I don't believe in the 3 year plan happening in '19
machine gun kelly replied to PUNT750's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don’t believe is insurmountable, and we could improve to 7-9 to 9-7, and outside chance of 10-6. 2020 could be the year we go on a run and deep in the playoffs. I’m not in for throwing in the towel. They had so much to fix these two years. -
Merry Christmas all, and enjoy if you have little ones when they open those presents it doesn’t last forever, and you’ll treasure those memories of hot chocolate, egg nog, and spending time with family. I never cared about me getting presents, but more so the joy of others when special. My family is Catholic and those holiday masses are a treasure. My children are older teens and although still wonderful, it’s different when they were little. Enjoy those great meals today.

The rule is accurate. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway. We couldn’t do anything on the offensive side of the ball.

I like most of you’re thoughts, but if we can get Jonah from Alabama, he looks to be a sure thing as a tackle.

Pregame thread: Wk 16 Bills at Cheatriots
machine gun kelly replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Love it frostbit. I just called into both WGR and made my prediction, 17-14 Bills, with bomb to Foster to start the game 45 yards. And in for a TD, and one of the last plays of the game Allen drives all the way down the field, with capping it off with a leaping run from Allen to the pylon. Brady takes the lead with 14-10, and the final minute Allen shows Brady there is a new sheriff in town, and that is Allentown. Also we pressure and hurry Brady all game in a heroic defensive effort and a couple of sacks, and to quote Rocky Balboa we’re going to hit him so hard his grandchildren will feel it. “IT’s time to put some some hurtin bombs on Tom not so terrific. A boy can dream for Christmas. That would be the best present for me over the next couple of days. BILLIEVE! Merry Christmas to all. -
Ravens at Chargers 8pm NFLN

I was so bummed the Chargers lost. I was hoping for Rivers and Lynn’s sake They pulled out the #1 seed, vs. the 5 th. -
It can’t happen soon enough and my sincere Xmas wish is we spank them for the next decade, and every year I’ll bust my Patriots friends chops like they’ve done to me for 17 years. My pat answer typically was “you became a Pats fan after 2001. Before that we spanked you for 14 years, and the same for th Sabre’s over the Bruins and I’m not even a hockey fan until the playoffs.

Thoughts on not making Anthony Lynn our HC?
machine gun kelly replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wish Lynn all the best and hope his team wins the SB, but they also have Rivers, who I’ve always admired his tenacity and grit, but no, we now have an excellent coaching staff, scouts, and front office. Just be patient which is tough to do as a Bills fan. -
Rebuilding your offense from the inside out
machine gun kelly replied to WideNine's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I want two WR As a speedster like John Brown, and one excellent possession receiver like Sanu or Tate, and a good Guard. We can afford it and still have holdover money for the stars we have to resign the following year. Then in draft we take that stud from Alabama crimson tide Logan as our first take although he is supposed to be a top five pick. I don’t care if we have to bundle picks to get him. Then TE, and more WR and O-Lineman to solidify this offense. Look for gems in the undrafted ranks like Foster. We’d have Jones, Foster, and McKenzie with two experienced WR, along with a better line, and find a TE and RB later in the draft. it’s doable and would dramatically change our offense. I know some want a CB, but we already have the #1 passing defense, and if we completely load up offense, we’ll see a top flight team. We can afford it, and have the money and draft picks to sign these guys, along with holding over money for White and others the following to resign, the following year. we still have time before we have to pay Allen big money with a 5 year option, if he turns out to be as good we think he can be for this team. Thats my wish list. -
Wow, that was a surprise waking up to the results of the game. The Rams better win the last two if they want to keep up with NO, and hope they lose. Most likely Saints will get #1 and Rams #2. i agree with the previous poster that Woods wanted to get closer to home. He was not targeted to be released, it’s what he wanted. Not only by what McD said, but Woods character and play are just what McD likes.

Question on Intentional Grounding
machine gun kelly replied to Ed_Formerly_of_Roch's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
716. - Spot on, but would add if he was in the pocket and threw closely to a target, but really throwing away, he wouldn’t be called as there was someone very close as opposed to out of bounds. -
Well written

That is just not true ie. Patriots, Steelers with Ben, and so on. I counted up a long time ago the SB wins from each conference and they were very close. Starting from the Jets in 69, Chiefs in 70, Dolphins and Raiders in the 70’s. The NFC OWNED MOST OF THE 80’s, and into the Bills SB YEARS, but then the Broncos won twice in the 90’s, and about a billion Pats victories in the 2000’s. This year you have the Chiefs, and Chargers look just as strong as well as the Pats. Bottom line is the AFC has 25 SB wins, and NFC has 27. Sounds pretty even to me. Don’t take my word for it, you can easily find in Wikipedia.

Martavis Bryant Suspended Indefinitely

I’ll never understand how anyone in the NFL would willingly make such stupid decisions. It’s as if they don’t think about how difficult life can be for the regular joe like many of us. -

Coach of the year candidates

I voted for Lynn. I think what he has done is amazing. He did it with no real hometown advantage. I’m sure McVay will win, but I love our old OC. He’s so interesting on his weekly call on NFLR.
