Wiz- you must have misunderstood me. I live outside of Buffalo, (FL) but grew up on South Park Ave. and went to St. Francis. I’m just as much a Bills fan as my brother, sisters, cousins, and nephews who still live there. Yes, I have my Bills towels I bring everyday to the gym, wear my gear and have my Fred Jackson jersey on every Sunday during the season. To think that you have to live in the Buffalo area to be a fan is silly. I already said, you seem to be a nice guy, but look at the posters and, and how many live in another city, but are from Buffalo. FL is full of Buffalonians especially on the west coast. That is why I spend the money on a the ticket every year since 1996. i agree with you I don’t care what people around the country who are not Bills fans thinks. How cool was it him standing up for living and playing in Buffalo. He called out some analysts not by name, but aggressively disagreed with them which sparked Coach Weiss and Papa on NFLR stating the same about our fans and the city. The week before Ross Tucker was quite animated not only on WGR, but also NFLR on his show. He stated of all the teams he played, Buffalo was his favorite as well as his wife. He was adamant people talking about Buffalo obviously have spent zero time there. you guys know I live in FL, but am still protective when I hear this crap at a sports bar or restaurant down here. Dont tell me we can’t get stars to play here. People want to be a part of what is building here. Maybe with a stellar draft we actually beat the Pats at least once next year.

I agree. I understood you’re point. The Browns with OBJ, etc. are a sexy prediction, but in the end who cares. As I’ve often said, prove it on the field and don’t listen to the noise. As an aside, the Chiefs jettisoned any decent player on defense for a bad defense so they better hope for an out of the park draft. McGahee, only b/c Donaho took him in the first with a busted up knee, and sat out for a year, and still trashed Buffalo on his way out. Back then a knee repair was not a guarantee, so we really took a cHance on him. He’s trash in my eyes. Brown did all this stuff on purpose to get out, but time will tell if he will be productive in Oakland. I regretted we lost Lynch, but he didn’t want to be here, but he wasn’t a jerk on the way out.

He did not play that well last year, but was on a very bad team. The key Coach Weiss made on NFLR was pertinent that his former college coaches did not endorse him, and there was speculation he did not take the time to do the film tape to win. That is the antithesis if Allen, per his peers. This doesn’t bother me at all.

That’s between Poyer and Gore. In the past, teams have allowed the two players to work it out. Sometimes the Gore type player would give $ or a gift, but not required. Sometimes the younger player gives up his number out of respect, which is what I’m guessing happened with Poyer. It actually speaks to Poyer’s character.

Weo, I respect you’re opinion, but respectively disagree. McD has had a difficult job these last two years, and now finally this year and the next, we have the $ to spend hopefully wisely and can build the team the way they are trying for long term success. They seem smart enough to maintain a healthy cap space so they can keep building each year. This year should be fun. The next even better.

It’s whY I think we grab another G, and can focus on other things in the draft. Fun off season. With the bank we have next year, 2020 could be fun if these guys are smart.
