  1. you’re probably not far off. Spotrac just a couple of months ago valued him at $14 mil./yr. Im cool with him and Milano in the $12-15 mil./yr. each. They are worth it and have been a steal at their initial contracts. T. White on the other hand is easy $18 mil. We really need all three as free agents are expensive and we send a message to their teammates sticking with Buffalo is worth it. After this year we’re looking at playoffs 3 out of 4 years. This year defines we are a heck of a well built team.
  2. SF, and you add three RB’s, a beautiful tandem in Singletary, and Moss as Thunder and Lightning, and maybe they even start using Yeldon like they should as a solid pass catching RB. Maybe we get really lucky and Knox and Sweeney turn out to grow a ton this year. Allen is high on Knox. Next year we take a DE with the #1 pick as our guys are getting older, and a stud TE in the 2nd. By then Knox is a stud or a bust. God, I can’t wait to see this team this year. To actually face the Hawks, 49ers, Rams, Chiefs, and Broncos and not worried about the outcome. Even the Cards should be good this year. Between their draft, Hopkins, Murray in his 2nd year, they are no push over. With all that, we have a winning record against these teams, and we crush the Pats (twice). Wouldn’t you love to see Edmunds just hammer Newton in both games.
  3. Just the facts ma’am, just the facts. I actually like Morgan better as Colonel Potter. I loved the early seasons of MASH. I guess the operant word is idiots. Right back at ya Bangarang.
  4. I couldn’t agree more which is what pissed me off so much about that bad call in the NFC Championship game. Brees, Kamara, Thomas, and Peyton would have spanked the Patsies. I was also so annoyed the Falcons imploded. Then the great Cheaters would have been 4 and 4, and the Falcons would have won their first. I like seeing teams that have never won the SB get their ring. Just stinks for Vikings, Lions, Browns, Falcons, Chargers, Titans, Texans, Panthers, and evening the Jags. It’s crazy in 54 years 28% of the league has never won a SB.
  5. It’s been years, but grey goose and Red Bull was good. The only problem is you wake up so much as you’re drinking makes for the worst hangover at least so I’m told. I’d like Diggs on there, but it’s no big deal he isn’t. This year he probably will earn that false honor. I only say that because who really cares about lists, power rankings, and so on. I care about and AFC title, and a boy can dream on the SB.
  6. GB, you might be right, but IDK if you listen to movin the chains in the afternoons, but those guys have been breaking down each unit over the last few weeks. They are on secondaries now, which Buffalo rated supposedly in the top 10. They don’t rate the top 5 until the 9th day taking one division at a time. It’s great as they don’t spend their whole show covering BLM or COVID-19. Don’t get me wrong, I understand it should be part of a conversation as we’ve doing for months, but they really try to have a theme each day that is football related. So what’s my point? The Saints have ranked with each unit O Line, RB’s, WR/TE’s, Defensive fronts, etc.) in the top 10 based on the data. Their window may be closing, but doubt it’s this year. It’s pretty cool as they look at their starters, back ups, etc. etc. Those Saints, Bucs games are going to be fun to watch.. Also, the NFCS is playing the AFCW, and NFCN this year so the Saints and Bucs will have the Chiefs, Packers, Broncos, and Vikings. Those are going to be some fun matchups.
  7. In addition to the Eagles being over next by $60+ mil., Atlanta is over by $20 mil., and the Saints at $47 mil. The Saints might be fine if Brees does retire as has been speculated before, but if I’m the Saints, Id do what I could to keep Brees for as long as he keeps playing at this high level. P. Manning fell off that last year in performance, and some say Brady (I don’t think so, just his talent at WR and TE sucked), but Brees is playing just as well as he did 5 years ago. If I were a Saints fan, I would be frustrated. Three years ago that MN miracle was a night mare for them, then the next year the OPI was nuts. Last year, they legitimately lost, but to be that close and keep losing in the end blows.
  8. Boo, now that’s funny. Just watch Chicago PD or whatever and it’s as if they give you the playbook of what not to do. I guess it’s really true, most criminals are simply dumb. How a person worth seven figures does a stick up is beyond me.
  9. Evans and Godwin, not #1 but as a tandem as ask yourself, Gronk (healthy), Brate, and Howard? How can a person not say they have the best crew (except RB and agreed there) to wreak havoc on other teams? We’ll see.
  10. Ok, I’m all about the Predatorlook as fun. Can you imagine the entire defense wearing these things. All kidding aside, if these masks previously depicted work, and proven and don’t reduce oxygen intake, why not. I don’t also see why they don’t have those long sleeve shirts underarmour thing, and gloves to increase protection if it really helps. I don’t care about inconvenience if they are more safe for them and their families and friends. I would add, why not add just a little time for young guys to bring out a fresh, clean towel after each play if the team adapts to a no huddle and wipe off and then cleaned. Whatever helps these guys out for now until we have a vaccine.
  11. Hapless, you ate you're Wheaties this morning, but not wrong at all. Well played my friend, well played.
  12. Am I dating myself if I said yes. I was an equal opportunity employer between, Sacred Heart, Immaculata, Mt. Mercy, and Narden, not to mention all of the public school girls. Fun times back then, a little innocent, but very happy times. I loved wrestling Canisius boys as it was one more golden pin on my sleeve. I assume you're guys did the same with those large gold pins. You didn't get it for simply winning. You had to pin you're opponent. In retrospect, I had a lot in common with friends at Joe's, Timon, Canisius, and so on. As much as we would talk crap, we still respected each other and came from similar qualities in our families. I appreciate the OP as reminded me of some fun times in the 80's.
  13. Given he’s more than a ST player, I can understand his argument. I normally tire of players always demanding more $, but he is in a tough spot. He won’t be worth much at 30 so a couple $ more should be worth it to them. With their top 51, they have just under $12 mil. In space. A little lean in a year like this one. It is hard for me to feel bad for some of these players wanting bigger contracts like another on their team in Kittle, when I know so many people who are professionals and have been laid off for months.
  14. That’s kind of funny his first sack in college is now his QB. The irony.
  15. As the outbreak continues, it’s likely more and more states will follow suit with NYS and have no fans. I still contend there will be games. Why? There is just too much $ involved. Thomas sitting out is silly. If he wanted to sit out because he’s worried about his family’s health and safety, I can understand it, but still getting $, just delayed by 35% is better than getting nothing.
  16. Not just players, but young people in general (many not all) are not showing restraints in distancing, masks, etc. The only thing that seems to get their attention is the fines they receive in FL now if they go anywhere inside of public facilities. The NFL players are crazy not to be protective if they get sick long enough, they don’t get paid.
  17. It is going to be so much fun watching his ars getting kicked by our defense. Just like we did in 2013.
  18. I’m actually not against you on this, but that goes with confirmation if they get it once, they can’t get it again. I sincerely hope so. When we know that maybe you’re idea is not s9 bad if controlled well. Losing one person to this destruction though is horrible.
  19. Teefs right. Many state universities are considering the same thing. This isn’t going to end. For a typical phrase, I’ll be a nickel more colleges than not will do the virtual learning thing in the fall, as I now with my second son graduating from high school Are being told it’s likely they will be doing it virtually.
  20. biscuit, luv ya guy, but we beat you in just about every sport when I was there, not to mention just as good of an education. You never won in wrestling when I was there as it was a prequisite win against you’re creampuffs. I pinned every opponent for all four years. Ill give you one consolation. My sons both went to a Jesuit School in FL, and loved their education. They both played down here on some of the best teams in high school sports as they were more like St. Francis kids. You know, great academically and great athletically. ok all kidding aside, you came for an incredible school, and how many people can say one of their alums was the great Tim Russert. Loved his books. Hope you didn’t mind the lighthearted kidding. Seriously, you have a great school. At least you didn’t go to St. Joe’s. That’s a joke ass that was a very good school as well. As not ass. Sorry, hate auto correct.
  21. Outside of injury risk, Inwas listening to detailed breakdown of the contract on MTC on NFLR, and Kirwan as always did a great job breaking it down. For those that have on demand, it’s at the beginning of the AFCE secondary review which they were very positive about us and the Pats. I guess he has to go to year 8 before he even matches the per year avg. of Wilson in Seattle. It was very interesting as these guys aren’t surface analysts. They really get into the nuts and bolts of it. This was great for KC, and if you’re Mahomes and want to be with a team for mist of you’re career, he’ll make a ton of $. I can’t even fathom that $, and each year, their risk is just no career ending injuries. Barring that, those guys projected by the time he retires, he’ll be maybe in the top 12-15 years. Sounds nuts, but after the next two years if they avg. out the cap loss, will skyrocket the next 10 years. Both sides win so KC gets to extend people, and Mahomes gets $ forever and his generations of family are set up forever.
  22. I knew there was a reason I liked you BillsRdue. Great place to go to HS. Those friends are still my close friends many years later. I actually wish I kept my wrestling sweatshirt. I’m sure we had to give it back, but was fun to wear on meet days.
