  1. That was a looonnnggg night for Baltimore. Reid called it well. I believe we can beat the Ravens, but not sure on the Chiefs. They are scary good.
  2. Beane is planning for the future. Brown and Beasley are 30 and 31, so the hope is not only Davis, but Hodgins produce down the road. Davis is doing it already and thankfully they are different than Brown and Beasley in their size. I loved Davis in college, but I understand if you don’t live in FL, you’d never see him.
  3. I’m thinking 15 years. My only concern is I think Douglas will be a good GM, so his next hire might be pretty good. I’m still not worried about the dumpster fire of the NFL.
  4. Please Woody hold on for about three weeks so they are in utter disarray when they face the Bills a second time. 52-3, Bills! Josh Allen gets MVP, and the J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets commit Harry Carry.
  5. He’s not going to the Bills as a backup. He’ll probably go to a place like NO, Tampa, or Indy where those QB’s are about to retire. On a very good team with a good coach, he can probably be rehabbed into a decent QB. I feel for Darnold. He didn’t choose to be drafted by a dumpster fire as the Jets will perpetually suck forever unless they unretire Parcells. Fat chance that happening. He’s the only HC I can even think of as decent for that team. Oh, there’s Belicheck, but only for about 12 hours. 🤣😇😂👌
  6. Happy for House. Glad he found a job even if it is for Marroon. Once Maroon is forced as their debacle is coming, I hope the next coach retains him. He was good other than the long ones.
  7. It’s fire watch time for Quinn, Gase, and Patricia. At least Patricia won yesterday. That was surprising. Tonight, I’m guessing the Chiefs win, but I don’t really care as long as each team gets some losses this year. The way the Ravens have been playing, I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they won.
  8. Get you’re bullhorn out Greggo. It will be you’re only shot at even an interim head coach until you’re fired at the end of the year.
  9. The Jets are the Washington Generals to the Globetrotters. The NJ Armpit Jets. At least after Douglas fires Gase mid season, maybe he hires in the off season a real head coach while air horn Williams is the interim and has no chance of a head coaching job. I do think Douglas will find a decent coach. He seems to be a guy who can become a good GM. He never wanted Gase, so we’ll see. Who cares? We’ll beat the, no matter who they bring. Flores will be a decent coach and we’ll see how low long BB lasts. He’s 68 so we’ll see.
  10. You mean the only N.Y. team with 12 TD’s, and the two NJ ARMPIT teams at 6 TD’s at 6 who both suck eggs. At least the NJ Giants beat the Cheats twice.
  11. Doc, I usually agree with you, but most people forget common opponents as one of the time breakers. I’m not saying you, but if the Pats and us both end up 11-5 and we have a better record in common opponents that matters, just like Conference and Division. It just depends how things shake out so I don’t take any game as less important than another. Beating what we think are tough teams is good for the players and coaches as they then continue to build confidence against the next one, and in this case it’s the Raiders and then the Titans. We beat all three, just think how confident they will be hosting the Chiefs. For you guys, I hope they open up the stadium even if only 25% for the Chiefs game. Not only because I live in FL, but wouldn’t go myself given the close proximity in the tunnels, etc. but for you guys, I hope they do it.
  12. “For Bein Born”. Sorry, never too early for a Tombstone reference. “You tell the Rams, he’s comin, and hell’s comin with him”.
  13. Not doing the Prince thing, but Mannc, excellent points. Having a workout, church, daddy/daughter day and yes all Bills by 1 pm. If you get up,at 5 am, you can do it all. Go bills and watch the rams cry by 4:30 pm. Real bills fan.
  14. 24-23 Bills if only Milano. If Edmunds and Milano, 27-23 Bills. Ford, Spain, and Morse need a very good game, but the whole line has been playing well. Not worried about Ramsey as Diggs will beat him a few times and by drawing attention, watch out for a good game from Smoke, and the Bease Man. Motor, if, and a big if we use effectively Smith or Gilliam as an effective FB (I know they are officially TE’s) will run well. Looking for another Davis TD catch. One TD catch will not draw enough attention from them and perfect with his size and hands to be effective in the red zone. After this week if successful, DC’s will be watching out for him.
  15. Mannc, I’m with you in that I didn’t expect Newton to be this good so early, but I also don’t think he makes it the whole year. Did you see the contact he had week 1 with the Dolphins. I’m not trashing him, just he’s 31 playing like he’s 25. His body will break down if he keeps this up at some point. I don’t wish ill of him as I never want to see guys get hurt, but if he wants to make it, he needs to slide, run out of bounds and use his legs like Wilson who is a master of being accurate and mobile. He just is the best at avoiding hits. I can see the love for Murray. If you didn’t watch his full games, it may come across like he came out of nowhere. My middle son loves the Cards (long story from when he was 7 and met Larry Fitz SB week in Tampa). Bottom line is I watch all their games to talk to him about it, and he really is lighting it up. Fitz is still Fitz, and Hopkins has catapulted this team. I’m fine with Allen where he’s rated, but if he repeats a performance like the first two weeks (minus the fumbles) against the Rams, Raiders and Titans, he should be 5th. He’s never going to be rated higher than Wilson, Mahomes, and Jackson as they are playing the best in the league.
  16. I think Immodium helps with that hyperdrive colon problem.
  17. And in the warm ups we have #81 hailing from parts unknown, Tyler, whoah watch out for that banana peal! The Bills now have another IR designation with Tyler, two left feet Kroft. All kidding aside, I didn’t want us to restructure him, just cut him before they did it. How deep would we gO if we took a stab at Hooper or Ertz? The only saving grace is the draft class next year there is supposedly several TE’s, but that’s for a March 2021 conversation.
  18. I don’t know what’s worse, the decor of the house or the misery of moving to Detroit.
  19. We need both of them badly. We can’t not have both for the big games this year. If we have a chance to beat the top teams, we’ll need our top players. I know that’s captain obvious so just going to say prayers they can both make it.
