  1. I’m not a Redskins fan, but their defensive line is solid. They give a ton of pressure. Side note, can’t wait for their next name as Washington Football team is dumb. That said I get the aggravation with the old name.
  2. They are going to have to give Epenesa more time where they can as he is we hope a future for us.
  3. Don, I see Christie from time to time as he lives south of Tampa on the East side, and there is this awesome Bills Backers bar. They do the whole Bills first down with the hand motion, and okay the Shout song with every score, etc. He takes the time to talk to Bills fans with his wife and kids. They are a wonderful family, and that man seems very very happy with his retired life, as I’m sure House will wherever he goes. Im sure this probably wasn’t an easy decision for him, but if he invested wisely, he’ll be fine. Besides most smart players know they have a career after football so they enjoy a nest egg and can then do what us schleps do for the r3st of our lives and earn a living. He just has a head start with a couple million a year for several years.
  4. The odds makers because of betting moved the line. Very simple. Not because they are better, just the betting public placed $ on the line. Not complicated. .
  5. Butt, butt, Greggo is a defensive genius? Yeah not. As the great Freddie states, what a maroon. I hope this whackamole doesn’t show up anywhere else.
  6. Isn’t it interesting all of these people with less than 1000 posts always seems to be passively aggressively negative on the Bills and just love to poke holes. There are lots of true TBD people who can be scrutinize at times on Bills plays, strategy, or play calling, but is balanced with lots of pro Bills comments. It’s a trend we have in the last four months so many under 1000 posts of guys who keep tearing down our team. Seems interesting to me. It’s why I don’t respond to these tools. Trolls, don’t worry anything you say to me, I won’t respond so have fun. You’re not worth my time. BTW, that doesn’t mean I don’t welcome real Bills fans new to the board. You can tell in a heartbeat a true Bills fan.
  7. Its called a nap and an alarm clock, then watch on YouTube the highlights fir the Steelers game, and enjoy the game. All kidding aside I would probably do the same so no I’m home and enjoying a mini ice cream of cookie dough ice cream. Keeps me in the gym at 5 am everyday.
  8. I knew the media outlets probably scan these threads for Buffalo. Funny they posted it though.
  9. It used to be a joke in my house as my mom went from a birthday, to a birthday week, and by her retirement, she made it (for her) a birthday month. Miss that funny lady. im sure you’re wife and kids will have their bills gear on for you as a true fan, and get you that special meal, chocolate or whatever cake, and so on. Best gift. Beat the 9ers by 20 tonight. Go Bills my friend.
  10. Enthusiast, you should be proud you beat Yolo. No one beats Miyagi Yolo, Danya San.
  11. 4:30pm. What say you O great one, Yolo. I’ve come to count on you at 4:31pm for these things my friend.
  12. Who you calling a fart? Them’s fightin words. Oh wait, time for a nap first, well let me put my arthritis creme, then it’s on! 😇🏈
  13. Royal, I never before thought a white whale like us with Parcells, and the Chin. Given Harbaugh’s situation where he scored a very nice contract, yet hasn’t delivered a sniff at. The championship, this could work. Woody and family would need to relinquish a ton of control and stay out of his way. If everyone remembers, he took a beaten down 49ers team from worst to first. I would if I’m a Johnson, just say here you go, here’s the keys to the kingdom. Here’s a six year deal, establish you’re staff, build the team the right way, and make us not a laughing stock anymore.
  14. Wthan, you make sense, but knowing you, you have already looked at the cap tracker from Spotrac for next year, and who is a team who is good enough, and fits their defensive style, so a healthy Milano can make a difference. Bad teams try to fit a square peg in a round hole. Good teams balance what they do in their style and scheme, and have cap space on what they expect next year, and make a call to make an offer. just like when someone asked us on another thread, do we root for TN or Browns, there are too many unknowns to make that call. These things are later in my JP humble opinion.
  15. Boater, very good point as it’s important to remember whether it drops to $175, or maybe Florio is partially right, Milano will make much more $ if he takes a $1 yr., and then gets a very good 4 year contract after that one. It’s not inconceivable if Milano plays 14-15 games next year, to give him a very nice contract thereafter. If this we’re a normal cap year, I can see Milano saying heck no. No incentive for that one. Players can be somewhat reasonable to remain a Bill or any other team, but their agents aren’t going to let him be wreckless. This is his one chance to get generational $. It’s hard to get that third contract, and that is usually their last minus kickers, and QB’s.Think between his first four, a one year prove it, and then a four year contract, he’s up to nine years in the NFL, and many LB’s start to break down. Lorax, Spikes, and Fletcher are the exceptions. Maybe Milano could get a modest third contract, but not top $ at that point.
  16. Well, what do you want? If we want the 3 seed, we want the Browns to win, and this stuff is going to change every week. That means as of today, we would then most likely face either the Titans, or Dolphins. That’s making an assumption that moves the Colts into the South leader as I don’t know as the Titans and Colts would be 8-4. I’m assuming the Colts beat the Texans, and the Dolphins beat the Burrowless Bengals. So with these wins the Colts, Titans, Dolphins are all 8-4, and the Browns with the 5th get the Chiefs as the second seed. Now if you want the Titans winning, they would most likely remain at the third spot as they beat us, but don’t all of the AFC wins from the Bills and Titans. As of today, that means we get again most likely the Browns in the first round. Honestly it’s too early to pick who you want as there are way too many variables for the rest of the season to ever know who we get in the playoffs. This is a good question though after week 15, as the records are narrowing down, and have a better guess what we want. Bottom line is win the East. This reminds me of... I swear we get into these scenarios and my eyes go crossed. For example as I’m not going to write all of them is Miami should beat the Bungles, but then they have the Chiefs, Pats, Raiders, and us. That’s a few losses and could even mean the Ravens get back in the race if Miami loses at least two, maybe three more. Confused yet? I am.
  17. Matter, you have a knack for saying what matters (sorry couldn’t resist). The days of Ray Lewis MLB’s is over. The league has moved much more to fast, mid size, LB’s who can cover TE’s, proficient against the run, and are very versatile. The kid is 23, has honest praise by Kyle, now AJ, and is actually almost oversized for the position at 256lbs. By last count. He played with a messed up wing for the first 6-7 games and never complained. Klein, Edmunds, and Milano if healthy tomorrow are exactly where they are supposed to be.
  18. Burfict, anger management issues. No way. He’s a teddy bear (on 100 lbs. of GH).
  19. The draft gurus say there are 10 legitimate draft TE targets to consider. That will most likely be the answer at TE in 2021. As far as WR’s, I don’t know as we have Diggs, Brown, Beasley, and possibly Hodgins next year. Brown is 30 so he has some life in him. You don’t make an impulsive move when the guy could be fine in three weeks. You can even hold him out for the Broncos or Pats when he is eligible to come off IR, and help for the Fins and the playoffs. An off season will do him a world of good, and he was not that expensive as an acquisition. I’m not interested in pulling in a replacement when Brown was healthy was great in Dabol’s scheme.
  20. Its not that simple as this was discussed in the off-season. The NFL and NFLPA negotiated it out. The PA wanted 8-10 years if memory serves, and the NFL obviously wanted 2-3 years. I can’t remember where they landed, but thought it was 5 yrs. The other guys probably have the exact answer. I hope that helps.
  21. He seemed like a nice guy, but the ship sailed. Besides one of our deepest positions, um no.
