  1. I thought the same against Pitt years ago. I talked about it with Ross years ago, and he was so disheveled from it. We were pulling lineman off the street we were so banged up. Felt bad for Mularkey as I assume that was you’re reference.
  2. Who’s you’re witch Fish? I expected them needing another year or two to put it together. WHO IN THE AFC IS AFRAID OF US NOW WITH BACKUPS? BRING IT WITCH! Anyone afraid of the ravens now? We just destroyed the Fins with backups. Chiefs, here we come. They are the only ones that can beat us. Want to have fun. I’m not a other team board thing, but just wait two weeks before the AFCC and we beat the Chiefs (stretch, but we can do it), amd look at our NFC opponent in the SB. WHOS MORE AFRAID?
  3. Guys, we just walked out without any significant injuries and up still by now 22. Great job Norman. There is basically 23 minutes left. Bury the Fish!
  4. No disrespect at all. But no. Now rest whoever we can. We’ve dismantled them. Let’s save everyone we can, and with a 22 pt. Lead, let’s rest whoever is important. We have depth. We’ve also put fear into every AFC team we can crush you at will. I don’t care if we win by 1 pt. Now. Get the stars out if we have enough depth. Humiliate them by beating them with backups. Make sure they walk into next year, you’re not here yet. They probably to a point will catch up, just not this season. As the manager said to Jimmy Braddock in Cinderella Man. BURY HIM! My god I can’t believe we’re back to the Kelly Bills. Remember that Raiders game when we beat them by basically 50. screw being afraid if the Chiefs. THEY NEED TO BE AFRIAD OF US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. I was working at a response that didn’t ding me and we’ll...
  6. Love a good beef bologna, with a Webster horseradish mustard on a deli rye. Yum to my days at OMGC, in Blasdell back in the day. I used to love delivering Blasdell Pizza to the guys in HC, College for a year at the McKinley. Never seen a bigger man than House. I remember asking him who the Sheet pizza was for (sorry bad grammar), and he said “Me”. The answer of course was yes sir.
  7. I don’t know why, but just a vibe even though the Fins have everything for to win, and not as important for us, but I think we’re going to win. I don’t see McD playing a ..... move by not letting Poyer fight for his $250,000 bonus, Allen to at least get his 40 yards, amd then pull him. He can do that in one series, amd give at least Poyer a half to fight for the INT. GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!! OUR TIME!!!!!!!
  8. MJS, there you have it. You said Marrone, but Sir Andrew was referring to Meyer which makes sense as he made a comment about his successful recruiting. Marine was horrible at SU, but Meyer was the best at it.
  9. I’ve spoken positively about Milano and how undervalued he is by many here, but the bottom line is the only thing we have to do in 2021 is decide whether to sign Milano, how to do it, whether to do it, and for how long. Edmunds isn’t anything to even worry about for two years. That assumes we sign Allen and use the 5th on Edmunds. The Mgmt and ownership may ask Allen to take the 5th year as it’s a COVID year and sign Edmunds after next year. Allen could have self interests as he will get paid. Now the cap guys on the board can enlighten, but 5th year options are determined by draft position (an example is the Bears declined Trubiskys 5th yr., but it would have been $23.8 mil. and he was drafted 2nd). Allen was drafted 7th and I believe available cap is part of the equation as well, so Allen would be taking less, because he would push the following year for a multi year $40 mil. With probably a lot in up front bonuses. Thats why this discussion on Edmunds, Milano, Allen, and so on has so many moving parts it’s just not easy to ascertain what Beane and the Pegulas will do. My guess is they will try whatever they can to keep all of them.
  10. I didn’t either. I just looked it up. That was a great and sad story.
  11. You’re correct. NYS wouldn’t work out a tax break issue to film there and Ohio jumped at the chance. You’re politicians at work. The story was written with the Bills in mind. Vic talked about it several years ago on Press Coverage, a show on Saturdays on NFLR. I also read the story in one of the newspapers up there.
  12. C, I think it could be something in the middle. At a minimum, I wouldn’t want to see Allen and Diggs. The injury risk too high as it’s not like they could be out for a couple of weeks and come back mid season. We have to have the stars be healthy in the playoffs. My only contention is the Beasely example. Even if he didn’t play doesn’t mean he could’ve done the same thing in practice. You can’t bubble wrap these guys. I’m betting whoever plays we’ll see our best players getting pulled somewhere in the first half. The D Line’s on a rotation, and we don’t have that many O Linemen. We’ll find out at 1pm. Probably the most attentive we’ll be for the first snap to see who is playing. Then it will be sit down watch. The best outcome is receive, score three times and then run the hell out of the ball. Moss is going to have a good day.
  13. Andrew, are you referring to Meyer or Marrone. It seems some think you mean Meyer. Is that correct?
  14. Instead of a never ending debate about semantics, does anyone have the answer to Hap’s question. Does anyone know where Cam Lewis is now? Is he still on IR, trying to get on another team, on a PS somewhere. The only thing I found was his release in October, and he was very positive about the Bills on his Twitter account. If he healed and was picked up by someone else, you’d think he would announce on his account. What do I know, I don’t have a Twitter account.
  15. I still want Milano, but it was interesting Pat Kirwan on MTC today between the four teams who played the bowl games yesterday (Ohio, Clemson, ND, and AL) there were 92 draftable players here. If you guys watched those games, that’s about 35-40% of the draft.
  16. Do you remember the snow game in Detroit. Do you think if Frazier leaves, McD would ever tolerate a DC getting hoisted up on their shoulders. That’s their attitude back then. He was a good DC for us. I don’t hold against him the failed HC gig. We have the personnel to meet his style, but I don’t think McD wants a guy that doesn’t fit his style. There’s nothing wrong with that philosophy. McD was a driving force with Frazier having this defense increasing by the week throughout the year.
  17. You don’t want him laughing so hard he busts a gut do ya? That was funny. Allen, “I am the Sun, and the Earth”.
  18. Heitz, we were asked about our opinion, and I gave it. I could care less if guys like it, it’s fine. I don’t. The OP by the framing of his title inferred it was the new SHOUT song. That implies replacing. That’s all. I don’t want to rehash my thoughts anymore so enjoy guys. You like it, great. You don’t like it, ok.
  19. MJS, You know I love you’re posts, but Meyer was 187-32 in His college coaching career. He was phenomenal at UF, and is so beloved down here. Jax is almost a reverse suburb for G-Ville. Max became regionalized years ago and why they have the “Greatest Cocktail Party” game with UF and Georgia there each year. Hell, the RV’s show up on Monday in their stadium parking lot, people take an entire week off, are drunk by 10 am for a week getting ready for that game. Florida is a college football state. The NFL is an after thought. Meyer is a good coach from someone who watched him for a decade, and I don’t know if that transfers to the pros. Most times it doesn’t. Given there should be fans next year, that city will go nuts with Meyer as coach and Lawrence as thei QB. Everyone down here has probably seen every Clemson game as it’s not that far from Jax. Marrone was a terrible coach and have no sympathy for the guy. He needs to go back and be a line coach as that is what is suited for doing in the NFL.
