  1. Tom, doesn’t even this story seem like an SNL skit. If he was more popular, it probably would’ve made it there. Remember all the Gerry Ford slip and falls. Before my time, but saw all the funny footage (no pun intended, well a little).
  2. I don’t see it either as there has to be someone better than him, as there is no other motivation. He’d have to be consistently outplayed in camp.
  3. So Lime is that you with Rolle? Cool pic regardless. He was a good bodybuilder as well.
  4. We’ll see. No ones even seen him so I have no idea what he looks like in practice. We’ll find out, but because there is no financial benefit for cutting, he can compete with the other guys and I do trust McD would cut him if there were a better option on the field.
  5. I think I found him. Nananana, wawawawa. Oh wait he slipped again.
  6. I was a little surprised in the beginning why people could complain about closing an ad to get to my favorite free site. Then again the jokes these last few pages have been good for a laugh from my TBD buddies.
  7. Matty, you had to bring up House’s favorite topic in Ertz. I agree I wouldn’t try and overspend at this point. I understand the argument we are close, so go for it, but the opposite is more important. As you said Matt, we’re not going to get a Bosa, or even be able to afford him with all likelihood. I don’t know what CB would be available and it’s important to get the most out of you’re cheap labor (rookie contracts, ie. Dane). I can actually see us releasing some they don’t expect to help the team and will free up cap space for some expensive contracts coming in Allen and Edmunds. It’s because he slipped on a banana peel.
  8. TB, I like you’re takes, but it’s the opposite. Most people don’t think the Browns are better than us, but possible with a ton of reasons better than the aging no o line Steelers, and the Ravens who can’t no matter what they do have a passing game. the browns will be in the hunt Andy we’ll see. It will be a fun year. nothing would make me happier than the division leaders are the bills, chiefs, browns (their drought sucked as much as ours), and Colts (how can’t you root for Reich may god be with you greatest comeback of all time). The wildcards who cares. I like some but as long as this year we are #1 with the bye is all that matters. I’d rather see the browns pick off the chiefs with that punishing running game.
  9. Just like you to be the Jimmy the Greek over under on this one. 😏🏈 what are the odds, not that I’m onto that. 🤪🏈
  10. I can’t write that whole darn avatar name so I’ll just settle on CAK or CK, you’re choice. He’ll no one calls me machine gun Kelly and I wouldn’t either as I’m now just mgk. Works for me. well written bud. I do think a guy with a 4’8 40 has a mountain to climb, and a new position. I don’t doubt at all this kid who I’ve watched since a freshmen at UF living here in FL is special. He even tried futile not his fault his dorm mate Hernandez once or twice in college. his faith shouldn’t be the issue, but of course it always is as a point. God forbid we acknowledge a guy who devotes his life to a higher power is a lightning rod. If he wants to express as others on their own peaceful way fine with me. I think he has a real long shot here, maybe practice squad and if he is humble enough to accept, god bless him. If he does more great. from a favorite movie among many is wasted talent, so go for it TT. Many of you know that one. If I have to say it you don’t know the classics for guys in movies.
  11. I thought it was fair given the mediocre running back game play juxtaposed with the #3 QB (Mahomes and Rodgers ranked higher) and #1 WR. Besides it’s just one of these silly ranking lists like power rankings, etc. it’s just fluff stuff while we are waiting for real football.
  12. Let me know augster. I’m not a definite yet but would love toss the ball and share stories with you and some of the guys. More than enough time later to talk. December is a light year away.
  13. Thurm I usually agree with you’re Miyagi wisdom (no offense to Miyagi on this board), and yes I really liked Sully’s Niagara article I read this morning on vacc. In this topic, he was spot on, but cmon bud, he’s been over the top on some issues for years that hundreds of people on this board commented on and have likened him to those dingbat takes from Schoop and the Bulldog on WGR. I didn’t reference Sully to slam him, but provide a correlation to this guy in MN who seems to have an ax to grind on Diggs. I do not mean that some of Sullys takes are not on point, just he has been over the top and hung onto certain issues. That’s all bud.
  14. It’s click bait from a disgruntled person reminding me if Jerry Sullivan esq. he’s not worth the time. Heres an idea, how about you write about the dysfunction at times on you’re team and the growing sentiment in MN that maybe their head coach has outlived his time in MN., or even better write about some exciting things happening on the Vikings.
  15. There’s no way the Chiefs trade for Julio. They had to do financial gymnastics already to get to $8.3 mil. Under the cap, and teams typically want at least $3 mil. for emergencies in the season which are inevitable. Player x gets hurt and we have to pick someone up. If you don’t, you have to cut someone to add someone or more than one. Its a,so why we won’t get involved when we have a deep core if WR’s. I can see the Browns, Pats, Colts, or Chargers as they are close, may think it’s worth it, and are willing to go for it for a big boost. Julio no matter how much he gripes has no say in the matter. He doesn’t have a no trade clause so if Jax with $38 mil. available (#1 in space) makes the best offer, the Falcons are going to take it. He can moan all he wants. The best thing other than a pin o line for a rookie QB with talent is having a true experienced #1 wr for Lawrence to count on in games. I actually think it would be hilarious he is moved to crap team who wants a boost like Jax. What matters is how much does ATL eat in Jones contract to save on the rest.
  16. Funny, in 2008, our neighbors were ( the husband) stationed at the Italian embassy as he was homeland so they rented their house to Michael Bennett the RB who was at MN, then Tampa, SD, and I think now in jail. The goof bought a rolls as the backup RB, and the wives called him daddy war bucks. For him and so many others living in my neighborhood like M. Clayton, the WR who was an alcoholic, they make such stupid frivolous decisions. In what world would you not just Uber to the airport? As Forrest says, stupid is as stupid does.
  17. So if you guys were listening to Dibiasi today on OBL, it’s not the worst play like Wide Right, or Music City debacle. He stopped that talk fast. He was asking what was the most BONEHEADED move one of our players or players of other teams did to screw up a game. My first thought was the moronic Leodis move when finally beats the Cheats to run it out vs., just sitting on the dang ball and we win. The second someone just brought up I forgot was Tuel time with that horrible interception against the Chiefs when we had the game done and throw it away or to Stevie. Those were horrific boneheaded moves. Just to help for conversation for those not listening for parts today. Bad outcomes are obvious stated in the beginning, or poor Everett almost dieting on our field and thank god for our medical professionals with the ice cooling techniques to the spine that literally saved his life. That wasn’t these guys topic. It was absolutely horrific decisions that cost us or another team a game. You can’t really say Norwood’s kick was a horrific decision. He wasn’t good at 47 or farther and did his best.
  18. You just accurately typified why I could care less about shows like this just like power rankings. Currently among most we are #3 and that is very fair, but if we were ranked #6, does it really matter if we end up 14-3, top ranked, make the SB, and whether we win or lose we made it. I certainly think we can make it this year. We certainly aren’t making 10.5 like the odds makers State. That’s ok as they picked us in Vegas to win 8-9 last year.
  19. #101, so he throws for 5300 yards, rushes fir 500, and pisses off every NFLN analyst and of course pff so they have eat their crow and finally give him respect. God, I can’t wait for him to show this wasn’t a fluke last year. Oh and all of those Lamar just needs receivers eat their words when he has no 6 guys they drafted in the last 3 years as well as Sammy etc., and still is #32 in the NFL in passing. Bitter, maybe a little. I understand the question mark before 2020. Now it’s just silly. in all seriousness, he’ll make the top 10. It will still be lower than it should be given he was the runner up for mvp, but I don’t see these clowns giving him #2 although he earned it. If you just think of the definition which is who impacted his team the most, how can you not say Allen didn’t make this team the last year.
  20. Kwai, I forgot about you my Bradenton bud. I’ll let you know, amd if nothing else we could toss a ball, and toast with a beverage together for a Bills win. I haven’t missed a Bills/Tampa game in Tampa since my first in 93. I’m going to really try not to miss this one. I’ll let you know bud. Hopefully you can make it as well. We have to get at least a few of us TBD guys there. I’m guessing there will be more than a few flying down from WNY and abound. Long time to go, but maybe in November we can see who can make it, have tickets and find a lot or off lot to sprout our various Bills apparel. If it’s anything like the previous 4 I’ve been to, it will have at least 20,000 Bills fans there. It’s how we roll.
  21. Dawk, it’s been commented on multiple outlets, but you probably know by now I enjoy MTC on Sirius with Jim and Pat. I’ll just them as a reference that the hit in revenues the owners agreed and certified by the NFLPA to spread out the hit over two years. So Pat was basically saying once they get through this hit and now that 100% fan attendance is expected, you should see a balloon in 2023 and 2024 catching us up. This is why we’ve had more one year prove it contracts and veterans accepting a lot less, as the teams wouldn’t hire them at premiere rates. He mentioned by the time this CBA and new TV revenue ends the cap should look like $225 or so in 23, and $255 in 24. Then teams start really benefiting and players of course given revenue sharing the back half of this decade is conceivable to end with a $350+ cap. I think extensions now that the capologists on teams can try to map out likely scenarios will back end Allen and Edmunds contracts using as an example. The players and owners took their lumps over these two years. Only time will tell as these things are calculated every year. Those guys logic on that show was relatively pragmatic.
