  1. I’d rather not rate which team as there is good and bad in any group, but as the LA guy stated, there is something special about Bills fans. We are the definition of loyal true blue. When I see a guy in the gym here in Tampa with a Bills shirt on, I’ll typically come up and say hi. I assume there is some connection to Buffalo, so I just name the street I grew up on (South Park Ave.) and immediately there is a connection and we start talking about our team.
  2. Not really. The trade is done. They can get the most out if him and have little worries about it and Goddard was out.
  3. Steve, my buddy in Ft Lauderdale originally from there. We worked at Abbott Vascular together during the drought and he was always trying to find positives on my Bills when we were together. Great guy.
  4. I love when you guys predict what will happen along with the score. For me, Bills 42 Titans 24 They are 21st against the pass, and we are going to torch their secondary. Henry is kept to less than 80 yards and we go heavier in our defensive scheme. A lot of Big Nickel alternating with traditional 4-3 if Milano can play with Klein. If Milano is not 100+%, then sit em, and just Big Nickel the whole way with more Neal than Taron. Neal is bigger and their WR’s are bigger along with Henry.
  5. For anyone surprised (granted this includes all running including Allen), we are ranked 5th in the NFL in rushing TD so far. Higher than passing (9th). I love our rookie guys not because they are King Henry, but it’s working this year. I do think we will draft another by the time Singletary is up for a contract extension. It’s a waste to spend high $ these days on a RB. Just draft another guy in the 2023 draft.
  6. Star, Oliver, and Basham (gets moved inside) will contain Henry to under 80 yards. I’m betting Klein will be in as well and have a solid game. He’s a powerful LB and can handle Henry with Edmunds in group tackles.
  7. Agreed on LAC. They are an interesting team with from what we can see now, a heckuva a good rookie coach. They are going to be a force moving forward. I don’t know if they are going to spend like drinking sailers though. Our cap space will adjust somewhat as we will probably move on from Mario A., and Hughes (they might offer him a low ball one year deal to help with the young guys). The good news for us is we have extended a lot of core players. This upcoming year we’ll have Edmunds, and we will make an offer, or keep him on the 5th year. That Taron Johnson offer looks better and better with each week. I’ll bet we let Beasley carry out his last year in 2022, and then move on. 17 games is a long season, amd he’s not that expensive for a quality slot WR.
  8. I swear when there are women or kids around I sound like Bill Cosby himself skit, where he says I used to think my father was an idiot because he couldn’t say a complete sentence. “You can’t say filthn foul filthn I’ll foul you’re filth, so you say I… da…. Get outta my face”. You guys remember the skit. Or YOU GOTT BE silence silence KIDDING ME. That IDIOT. What the ……. Uggh. parenting makes you sound stupid as you can’t say what you want to say so you just don’t complete sentences amd always look constipated.
  9. Thanks for helping me with my diet as I threw up my dinner. Ugghh!
  10. They are after 5 games 16th against the run, and 21st against the pass. We are going to dissect them in various routes and Knox will have another solid game. look for us to be heavier in our defense meaning more big nickel or trad 4-3 with Klein in as well as Milano (if healthy). I’d almost rather keep Milano out and stay big nickel as the bye comes and Milano would be 100% after the bye (you’d think). Look for more Neal than Taron. Henry’s going to run into beef. I see more Basham inside with Star. I can also see a little more Obada, AJ, and GROOT. Henry only had 53 yards last year and about 80 the year before. we should walk into the bye 5-1 and time to heal.
  11. Blasphemy I say! That cheater has been up there for 20 years. Do I hear 25? McBeane for LIFE! All kidding aside, I thought about with the articles on the Raiders, and the guy perfect for that job is Frasier. We are going to lose these guys eventually anyway. The Raiders have a solid offense and Carr takes too much crap for being a sound and efficient QB. He’s no Allen, but you can certainly win with him. Frasier’s demeanor and poise, not to mention a Dungyesque way about him is perfect for the Raiders. He could then hand pick his OC. He probably wouldn’t even make that change mid season. My point is we have an amazing Head Coach and GM, and one very good sign of senior leadership is developing those under you to take you’re role someday. It’s a testament to McD as he emulates what “good looks like”. Both Daboll and Frazier are going to take that with them when they eventually get their opportunities. BTW- Simon, you remind me of EF Hutton. When he talks, people listen. Great post bud.
  12. Not to get too far into the weeds, but it also can be called a rub route, and in some circumstances like. For example the Pats were good at it, they used the official as the obstacle. No contact takes place, but simply a body in the way of the defender for the WR to break free for a yard or two. Others have already defined the amount of yards allowed etc. Today, you’ll see rub routes along the middle all the time and Beasley is good at it. The key is using the ref to you’re advantage. It’s harder per to write out than it is to use an etcha sketch, or whiteboard to demonstrate without getting too wordy. I can’t remember the last pick play a ref called as a penalty. They almost never get called anymore.
  13. I love that video. I think you showed that when Tre wanted to get one right?
  14. Nick Wrong has zero to do with the mvp voting. The thing that could hurt Josh in mvp voting (and the only one I care about is SB MVP) is he is going to kick the crap out of a lot of weak teams in the next couple of months. With that said, don’t be surprised to see the Mitchster in the second half of the Jets twice, Jags,’and so on. I love it. I hope the cycle the rb’s, and the WR’s as well as the D Line as we are so deep. Keep everyone fresh and not hurt. Hindsight is 20/20, and we killed them anyway, but didn’t anyone let it creep into their head like my twisted one and question why Milano stayed in the Texans game. I really hope we capitalize on these teams with other guys too like Siran Neal, Cam Lewis and so on.
  15. What’s really nuts is the Bucs and both Ravens teams had less than avg. offenses. We have BOTH! Take that Nick Wronggg!
  16. DMA, the teams you list from him are some of the best, but so are the Ravens and Browns, Bucs and Cards as you mention, and us.
  17. Freddie, they had pics of him on here a year ago when they were looking at COVID helmets. They put Edmunds on that thing with his hair and predator pose. I agree though as he’s always in wait. With you’re breakdowns you’re making it really hard for the haters to keep going back to days gone by of Butkus and Lewis. The 2021 NFL wants an Edmunds prototype. Look how he’s doing now that we have Star back so he can work to his strengths. As always, nice write up bud. Keep em coming.
  18. Hey on the bright side, he’ll run out of excuses. Next week what will he say when we keep Henry under 90 yards. Well uhhh…
  19. Send that to OBD and GMFB, Kyle Brandt. He even referred to him as GROOT yesterday on OBL. I love it. To think, he’s just starting to develop his NFL DE skills is scary.
  20. Bear that’s where you go heavy. You strain the secondary a little more by substituting Taron for a trad 4-3 with Klein who is a pounder with Milano and Edmunds. We held the King to 53 yards last year and 80 the year before that. The Star haters are going to hate how important he is Monday night. Instead of all Oliver, you put Nasham in as his aternate as he has power and rotate AJ with Hughes. my bet is Henry is under 80. We’ll have to sub Klein and Taron in when we feel obvious pass plays. Trust in Frasier.
  21. It’s just a game specific matchup thing. Nothing to do with Beasley. Just like a couple of weeks ago Beasely’s number was called and had 11 targets. Just think of the opposing defenses strengths and what pegs do we put into counter. This is going to happen all year. Enjoy it. It means we are freakin deep in WR, D Line, amd Secondary vs. LB. There will be inevitably different formations every week to beat each team. We’re just not used to having this deep of a team. He’ll, we were lucky in the drought to find 22 starters.
  22. No sexual innuendos please. We are a family oriented TBD. 🤪 Bye I hear Brady likes avocado jelly as his fav. (Yuucckkkkk!)
  23. The other BB (I wouldn’t insult you to infer Belicheat), you’re poll doesn’t nearly go far enough! Texture of PB? Crunchy or Creamy (smooth) (depends on my mood) Jelly type? Raspberry (my favorite by far) Strawberry Grape Orange other? Inquiring minds need to know darn it! Get on it the real BB. Onward son, onward. This will be the burning desire all week!
