I’ll be surprised if either do anything. Ricks fell off after he transferred to Alabama. He was penciled in as a starter initially but had such of bad attitude. Haselwood is just not any good.
It was obvious the team was emotionally spent. We can blame coaching but at some point the players need take responsibility. It is vital to have leadership from a couple of players on the field and on that day we just didn’t have it.
I’m happy for him. He got his pay day and there is nothing wrong with it. I wish we could have resigned him but we knew we couldn’t afford him. I hope he does well in Chicago.
