The fact that if he can get a winning season/playoffs the first/second season will make him the second coming of Christ in Buffalo and that Russ has the salesman way of focusing on the good things and making the bad things not so bad alone would make me consider taking the job. When you factor in everything else, I see it as one of the more attractive places to get a new HC job this season I would have considered the newly added bolded, underlined, and italicized under negative miscellaneous also.

"Wissy" is the only one that we are going for that has gone to a super bowl recently. He also gives players a chance to make plays. Some people say that isn't a good thing but every one was complaining about how Chan didn't give his back up QB a chance. Lovie could bring some of that killer instinct that we so desperately need.

That's a good point and can also be used for a rookie QB but how much of an influence did he have on that Broncos defense? They put that team to win a lot of their games in the 4th quarter

I agree with your coaching insight and all of your points except for the DB situation. The only CB I like on our team now is Gilmore. Justin Rodgers is kind of an iffy for me because I haven't seen much play out of him recently but he made plays in the late 2011 season. McKelvin and Williams don't have an eye for the ball and McGee is up there in age. Our CB's are hurt every year (whether that's a player problem or a S/C problem) and it seems we are down to our 4th CB in our starting line up every year. There's also Wilson and he's let me down a few times this season. To me there's a lot more holes that need to be filled up in the secondary then most people seem to think.
