    Like many, I was not expecting that they were gonna come this close. Unlike many, the fact that they were this close makes me hopeful for what's to come.

    If the Bills were doing this, there isn't much of a chance that it would backfire and confuse the Bills. It either works or it doesn't; no way it affects (effects?) them in a bad way.

    I was not expecting to see this today! Pleasant surprise! I love how the receivers played, makes me wonder how many we are gonna keep.

    It doesn't change my expectations but this game does strengthen my belief in them reaching my expectations.

    He was very impressive today. 19-23 212 yds with 2 TD is amazing for playing for the first time against an NFL defense. It definitely makes the QB competition more interesting and I can't wait to see him play against the 1's.

    are these short throws just to get EJ comfortable and deeper throws will come in the later games? from the camp reports and highlights, he seems to be throwing it downfield effectively.

    bad luck for Williams, had a pass thrown right to him and 36 broke it up. tough play though
