  1. There may actually be some truth to it: http///ppfg.wash/bills/gameanalysis
  2. Note the name on the account: @PatsFanNH. He's a Pats* fan, just gently trolling.
  3. Booming high kick with a backwards spin. wind pushed it away from McKenzie, and then the backwards spin bounced it away from him.
  4. It was a pro wrestling move. He may as well have hit him with a folding chair.
  5. I know AJ hit him hard. But, it wasn't that hard. It was a perfectly clean hit. If that's all to take to sideline Tua for multiple games, I'm going to say it's time for him to find a new line of work. I'm pretty sure that most Miami fans would agree, and I suspect that Tua Tagovailoa might agree, as well.
  6. If you are seriously claiming that Spygate was "never that serious," you either: a) are lying b) are in denial, or c) have no idea what you're talking about. Of course, none of these things are mutually exclusive. I assume, especially judging from your post history, that it's a combination of the three. I recommend you read any number of articles that outline just how serious it was. And, as far as that "petition" that you think is a clever joke-- you know as well as I, it is utterly unnecessary. The asterisk that will forever be attached to the Patriots*, and Bill Belichick* is well earned, and established. https://www.businessinsider.com/espn-report-patriots-spygate-scandal-2015-9
  7. The Pats* cheating was one reason they were so dominant, just like Tom Brady*'s deflated balls were one reason for his dominance. It more likely kept the Jets out of the playoffs than the Bills. But having a dominant team in your division that cheated so egregiously that they had an entire room devoted to one aspect of their cheating that they tried to hide upon inspection, and then destroyed what was likely criminal evidence, is a damned good reason to hate the franchise, and those that run it.
  8. I don't think the Panthers can beat the spread without McCaffrey, and that makes me sad. ☹️
  9. It's great to see Darnold getting some success in a decent situation. But, man... Christian McCaffrey carries the Panthers. Crazy for a running back to be doing what he's doing.
  10. It was hard to get a bead on when he was in on offense. (I know he didn't play on the end-of-game kneel-downs) I think it was mostly on short yardage plays. He was in on Moss's one-foot TD run to make it 34-0. Williams was in the snap before that, when Allen made what was first thought to be a TD run. It makes sense to put him in on a play like that, because there isn't much lateral technique-- everything goes straight ahead. The dude is so big, and strong, and athletic. That play is easy for him. I think they also put him in on all the extra points, which accounts for his ST snaps. When I saw his snap count (11% of offensive snaps) my assumption was that McD put him in there for garbage time in the fourth, but that wasn't the case. It's interesting to see that McD sees situations (like the Moss TD mentioned above) where he feels that Brown is the right guy for the job, and it's pretty easy to see why. If you go back to the preseason games (GamePass rules!), you can see that Brown has been getting better every game. And, judging from what we know of him from his college days, he seems like a classic McD/Beane "high character, process guy." Sorry, @Zerovoltz, but I think it may be that Spencer Brown was The Steal of the Draft.
  11. He played seven snaps on Offense, and six on ST vs. the Fish.
  12. Brisket, or ribs... it's always a tough choice...
  13. I have a terrible memory for such things, but I feel I can say with confidence that when the Bills have been backed up to the end zone with goal to go at the one yard line, Edmunds has stopped blockers, and ball carriers dead in their tracks on multiple occasions. Maybe that's not considered a "splash play," but it has kept opponents out of the end zone. And that's about as far as I'm probably going to go in this conversation. This seems to be one of those debates that gets dominated by the extremes from both sides. Too much intransigence. Although, I will say that from reading some of these arguments, I have adjusted my perspective on Edmunds, and his position. And, I stand by my initial point on Edmunds in this thread: While his development has been relatively slow, I believe he has yet to reach his potential.
  14. Out of respect, Isaiah McKenzie should have a special at his restaurant in honor of Tua. "Tua's Ribs. Hawaiian Style Spare Ribs, Extra Mild" Served cold, laid out on a Bed of Greens with a Side of Mashed Poi.
  15. I'm concerned about McKenzie's ribs. Have any Bills players posted any pictures of that BBQ party Isaiah was hosting? Edit: This might even warrant its own thread.
  16. When Edmunds has been out, or has played injured, this defense has struggled. Something that I have been pondering (and granted, I'm a total homer, and way too optimistic, in general) is Edmunds' ceiling. It strikes me that he has played exceptionally well the last two weeks, including vs. the Steelers-- I would say, better than he played all last season, or up to this point in his career. I honestly think he has yet to reach his ceiling. It could very well transpire that Edmunds gets extended, and for a reasonable price, we end up with a MLB that is top 10 in the league. I do still think he has that potential.
  17. The Pats* are currently last in red zone production, I believe. Which more than anything confirms that Belichick* isn't allowing him to make too many risky throws. It would seem that the plan for Mac & Cheese is for him to have a slow ascendance, and only let him run plays that he feels perfectly comfortable in. Honestly, comparing how the Patriots* are developing Mac & Cheese to how the Jets are "developing" Zack & Wheeze is pretty remarkable (quotation marks unfortunately necessary). Mac & Cheese spent the offseason with a seasoned vet (Cam), and now has an even older vet (Hoyer) in the QB room. He's well protected on the field, and is running a simple playbook. Zack & Wheeze spent the offseason with two of the scrubbiest QBs in the league who are barely qualified to hold a clip board, and he's now battling for his life every Sunday. The Jets offense on the field is so chaotic, and Wilson has so little protection, that the playbook is practically an afterthought.
  18. This kid could give Benjimin Solak a run for his money:
  19. I'll be flying into Rochester the Sunday before Thanksgiving. If I could get some fans to come out, and support me, it'd be much appreciated. I'll wear a Bills hat.
  20. "Stop going to the airport" gets a five page thread? What is this, the offseason???
  21. OMFG..... Proves last year wasn't a fluke to whom??? Side Note: I would just like to thank the mods, and @Hapless Bills Fan for making this its own thread. @FilthyBeast should get a plaque, or something.
  22. Ask former congressman Arlen Specter who threatened to have congress revoke the NFL's anti-trust exemption for destroying evidence. But wait a minute... Arlen Specter's dead!.... coincidence...?
  23. Well, Handyman Kraft, and Belichick* are still there. I wonder what mitigations McD, and the current Bills practice??
