Good thing he was wearing his blue and white boxers when the call came thru.

Hot take regarding McDermott and the end of games
Rocky Landing replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall
Compared to some of the other hot takes on this forum right now, this one's barely above room temp. -
Mac & Cheese is perhaps my least favorite Patriot* of all time.

Hm. Wonder what's with the Canadian flag on his helmet? Heritage, I suppose. -

Week 7 Bills @ Patriots - on to Foxborough!
Rocky Landing replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
If the Patriots* lose eight more games under Bill Belichick* (which could certainly happen this season), he would be tied for the most losses of any coach in NFL history. -
Very happy that his injury isn't serious. But, I guess I'll be the one to say it... There should have been little doubt, even with his limited snaps, that Damien Harris would not play the entire season. He never has.

Quinten Morris with the clutch reception tho...

The Allen-Diggs Relationship in Decline?
Rocky Landing replied to hondo in seattle's topic in The Stadium Wall
Allen is a true leader. -
Bills signing Josh Norman - yes, seriously
Rocky Landing replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well put. This was my thought as well. (I mean really, Norman’s tank looked to be running low the last time he was wearing a Bills uni…) Especially for the sake of Elam, this signing may be his last chance to get his act together, at a time when we need him the most. -
What's On Your Menu For The Jags Game In London?
Rocky Landing replied to Peace Frog's topic in The Stadium Wall
Breakfast Beer and Pizza Recipe: INGREDIENTS: Leftover pizza that's been sitting on the coffee table from the night before. Whatever beer is left scattered around the living room furniture. DIRECTIONS: Place all the remaining pizza into the pizza box. Make sure all cigarette butts have been removed. Gather up all the beer cans, and red plastic cups, being careful to discard any with cigarette butts in them. Pour all remaining beer into a coffee mug. Serve and enjoy. -

TNF. Sorry, is CHI/WSH worth a thread?
Rocky Landing replied to stevestojan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Man, this is some seriously crappy football being played. -
I don’t want Diggs run blocking. I also don’t mind his soft tendencies in YAC. Diggs has been great at keeping himself healthy (knock wood), and we want him to stay that way.

We'll give him flowers for the interception, and props for his sack.

The good recipe against the smellfish
Rocky Landing replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
The survival of this team depends on having a dominant defense that can not only get to the quarterback, but also didn't have fish for dinner! -
The good recipe against the smellfish
Rocky Landing replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
If they're "scoring at will," we are in trouble. This game is going to require a dominant defense that will schematically cause Tua to hold onto the ball longer than he has been so far this season. Negate the short yardage plays, and stall the deeper routes from developing. And pressure Tua, FFS!!! -

Does anyone else read this with an Italian accent? EDIT: Also, mostly agree with the OP. Keep Tua, and the Fish from getting into rhythm. Ball security, etc. -
This may sound crazy, but…. Cover zero, play the corners close to the line, bump their receivers close to the LOS, take away the short yardage plays, delay the deep plays (even by an instant), rush five, and get to Tua as fast as ***** possible. In three games, Tua has only been sacked once (by Judon) He’s been waaay too comfortable.

It's Miami week! That means HAIKU

in three weeks so far Tua has been sacked just once let's show him the turf -
