  1. That works. I'll be checking in with you in December.
  2. What should be the terms? If you lived in LA, I'd say a pitcher of beer at Busby's, or something.
  3. But, as I mentioned before, wasn't he our leading tackler?
  4. I'll make a wager that by the end of the season Hogan gets targeted more than half of those aforementioned players.
  5. Kleptomaniacs don't understand puns because they take things literally.
  6. I did say "one of." Certainly not above Gronk. But, Amendola? Yep. Edelman, or Bennet? Quite possibly. You're probably a kleptomaniac.
  7. I strongly suspect that Hogan will become one of Brady's favorite targets.
  8. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Graham our leading tackler for at least most of the season?
  9. Yeah, it's far from posh. It's kind of amazing how giant the impact of the Rams return is, and is going to be, on this city. Season ticket sales are through the roof. I think this is much more of a sports town than when the Rams left. Clippers, Lakers, Kings, and Dodger games are routinely packed, and I think have also gotten more expensive. I brought some relatives to a Dodgers game last year, and was pretty shocked at the prices. And, the traffic is going to be brutal! Occasionally, I will have to drive over the 405 pass, and have noted how one school bus, slowing down the flow of traffic, can back traffic up for literally miles. A hundred semis carrying material in and out each day for two years is going to be unbelievable.
  10. This ain't Buffalo! I hope the tail gait will be fun for a six-year-old. It will be my son Bruno's first game!
  11. I actually worked there not long ago. I think I got some awesome seats.
  12. Stubhub had then starting at $150. I got two seats in lower section 25 for $200 a piece. Yeah, I guess that's a little pricey. But, they're 7th row!
  13. I was able to get some decent seats already on Stubhub, FWIW. All set, now!
  14. I will be there. Now, if tickets for the damn game would go on sale, I'd be all set!
  15. Personally, I'm a "glass half full" kind of guy. Unfortunately, it's half full of sh*t.
  16. I was really sorry to see MarQueis Gray released, and subsequently taken by Miami. I know he did next to nothing last season, having broken his arm, but I thought he had a lot of potential-- football smarts, athletic, versatile, and prototypical size for the position. I guess we'll se how he does in Miami... I always felt that Chandler played like he was afraid of getting hurt.
  17. IIRC, one of Dezmin's reported strengths in his draft reports was, apart from just his height, his ability to high-point a ball. That's a pretty valuable skill at 6'4". I don't recall Chandler high-pointing a ball ever. I'm really pulling for Dez, and looking forward to the WR competition.
  18. I agree with all of this. I don't agree with this.
  19. Country Sweet Chicken and Ribs. That is all.
  20. Lets not pretend that he didn't play well for us in the numerous games that we were out of playoff contention, last season notwithstanding. Frankly, I think Mario is going to have a monster season. He will be playing like he has something to prove (which he does) and I believe that he is absolutely capable of delivering. I can't say that I don't share in the disappointment of his poor play, and attitude from last season. But, I'm not going to play the jilted lover, and call him a bum. He was a pro bowl DE for us, and I think will likely be that for the Fish.
  21. He'd probably look better in a Steelers uni, anyway...
  22. He could change a nine dollar bill in threes.
