  1. Not sure how much this means. I've seen some websites list Siran Neal as a CB. I doubt it has much bearing on DiMarco though.
  2. I don't think Murphy staying, or Foster leaving would be a surprise. Nsekhe leaving would be, though.
  3. Your words based on one, clearly flawed study written by an economist-- "Studies definitively prove there is absolutely no disproportionate targeting of non whites by police. You are wrong. That is not opinion that is fact based on empirical data not anecdotal evidence and misplaced and manipulated emotion." I merely posted a couple peer-reviewed studies. Regarding your comment on my ego, again your words-- "I’ve read actual studies, I don’t rely on media and honestly ignorant athletes like the ones in the NFL and other major sports leagues. They’re as conditioned as you." Congratulations, you have identified yourself.
  4. I think Duke will not likely make this team's 53. But, I don't think he will last long on the PS, either. A player who comes in late in the season as he did last year, and makes impact plays with a higher completion percentage than the guy throwing him the ball will get a serious look from other teams, imo.
  5. OMG! Gotta watch it to the end! ?
  6. Yeah, don't try to make sense of it. The whole article may as well be written in French. I will say, though, that I am proud to be a part of a football community willing to devote six pages, and counting to such a meaningless pile of words. Most forums, like the JetsNation forum, for example, usually don't break a couple pages for far more worthy topics. Huzzah, Bills Mafia!
  7. That would be a pretty quick decision for McDermott. In fact, I would say that this is one of McD's flaws-- that he is quite stubborn when it comes to reversing a personnel decision. He seems to give players more than a few opportunities to fail. Plus, Klein has the Carolina connection. McD was his DC for all four of Klein's years there. I fear that Klein will disappoint, and that we will be stuck with him for a while. I also think that LB is the thinnest position on defense. After Klein, I don't know if Dodson, Joseph, Thompson, or the rest are going to be any better.
  8. Matt Milano: Records over 70 solo tackles, earns a decent contract, but takes less than he's worth to stay in Buffalo. AJ Klein: Gets under 40 solo tackles, disappoints. Duke Williams: 20+ receptions for 300+ yards, probably not in a Bills Uniform.
  9. Pat* 13th. Phins 23rd. Jets 31st.
  10. I appreciated them both. Tyrod was/is an incredible athlete, and his ability to extend a play was fun to watch. Fitz was/is very likely the smartest man playing the game.
  11. Or drops a pass....
  12. Another peer-reviewed journal article specifically addressing Roland Fryer's study, outlining its flaws as outlined in two subsequent peer-reviewed studies-- since you're such a fan of "empirical data." https://scholar.harvard.edu/jfeldman/blog/roland-fryer-wrong-there-racial-bias-shootings-police It would seem, btw, that the economist professor Roland Fryer has been suspended by Harvard for violating its codes of professional conduct. https://blogs.edweek.org/edweek/inside-school-research/2019/07/education_economist_roland_fry_1.html?s_kwcid=AL!6416!3!266402628866!b!!g!!&cmp=cpc-goog-ew-dynamic+ads+recent+articles&ccid=dynamic+ads+recent+articles&ccag=recent+articles+dynamic&cckw=&cccv=dynamic+ad&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7eHT89rB6wIVLh6tBh2D1QtvEAAYASAAEgJBLPD_BwE
  13. Or there's this peer-reviewed study: https://www.pnas.org/content/116/34/16793
  14. Other than being used as a returner, I don't see a lot of similarity in their play at WR. As I recall, McKenzie was used last season for primarily short yardage plays, quick outs, etc., as well as all the gimmick plays that Daboll loves, especially plays behind the LOS-- bubbles, end arounds, etc. I don't recall Roberts running anything more complicated than a post. Whether or not they retain McKensie, I don't think Roberts will be looked at to fill those roles. If anything, it's Diggs who makes McKensie redundant, as he ran all of those plays in Minnesota, and ran them much better. I think there is a valid point, though, that If they're using Roberts a lot on offense in a scrimmage, they're likely comparing his skills on offense to the other bubble players to decide who offers more, or unique value to the 53. In that regard, I would think Roberts would be compared more to players like Duke, Hodgins, or Foster than McK.
  15. Derek “Eyeliner” Carr Has a fine QBR Mariota is weak in the spleen But the off-season champ Again shines in camp He lingers like Covid-19 Peterman
  16. I will say, in a weird, Billsy sort of way, I found it comforting to see a "national media outlet" underestimate us so egregiously.
  17. Bills at 26th, eh? They also have the Dolphins at 23, and the Raiders at 12. And, the Panthers at 22-- I guess we poached the wrong players?
  18. If you have SSDs, you should probably go see a doctor, get some penicillin, or something...
  19. QB of the future? Fromm was taken by Buffalo, 167th in round 5. In that same round, with the 159th pick, NE* took placekicker Justin Rohrwasser, who currently seems to be behind Nick Folk in what Bellichick* has described as "an open kicking competition." So, do you think Bellichick* coveted his placekicker of the future over his QB of the future? I don't buy it. If Bellichick* valued him highly enough to "give up this year," he would have drafted him. And, I just don't see any team poaching a rookie, with zero NFL game-tape, from another PS this season for anything other than immediate need. 53-man roster spots are too valuable to risk on rookies, of whom so little is known. There are 31 teams in the league who know just as much about Fromm now, as they did when he was drafted.
  20. He turns 28 on Monday. Happy birthday, Daryl!
  21. Nice block by Williams,
  22. Sounds like a camp body, with little chance of making the 53. I wonder what his chances of making the PS are?
  23. Bellichick* could only poach him to put him on the Roster. I can't imagine a team, including the Pats*, poaching a backup QB to their 53 for the purpose of development-- not this year. Poaching will be done on a need basis, and if any team feels like they need Fromm, then they (and the league, for that matter) are in trouble.
  24. I misspoke, and corrected already.
