Expecting to get deep into the playoffs without ever seeing JP start a game is quite optimistic. If MW were a free agent on another team, there is no way TD would offer him what he is currently making to come to the Bills. We are paying way too much for his production, or lack thereof. As the #4 pick overall, he's almost been a bust. He definitely improved last year but he's not the dominating player we expected. We aren't going to cut him any time soon nor would I want to. He just hasn't live up to the expectations of a #4 overall pick. RTB

The problem with the HIV is that it mutates so much and so often, which makes it almost impossible to create a vaccine against it. There's a fairly new strain that seems to be highly resistant to drugs and is rapidly progressive that is surfacing in the gay community (see the stories on crystal meth sex parties). I think offseason mental work by the o-line is overrated. It's not rocket science, you just have to learn some terminology. As long as Shelton is here for training camp he'll work out fine. If you can have an undrafted free agent start at left guard and do a serviceable job I'm not worried about an experienced left tackle missing nothing important. RTB

Who would waste a second round pick on a friggin kicker? That's crazy. I can't think of any highly drafted kicker besides Janukowski who actually worked out well for the team that drafted him. The need is obviously o-line. Unless there is a tremendous run on guards and centers in the first round, we should be picking there. Either that or a cornerback. Knowing TD, he'll probably draft a QB and end up looking smart. RTB

Paying 3 million a year for a tackle who isn't in your offensive line plans is a lot, even for a team like the Cardinals who aren't known for smart decision making. TD knows this, and its a lot easier for us to keep TH than it is for AZ to keep Shelton. The pressure is on AZ to get this deal done and that's why I think we'll swap 2nd rounders with them. RTB
