  1. I said nothing about college???? And while its popular to rip into Marone and his ginger child around here, the offense they put out there was much more effective than the execution they were getting from their QBs. The coaches tape they call the All-22 will tell you that, its plain as day. Our QBs couldnt even make the proper reads on a dig route. A dig route!!! Thats like entering the Daytona 500 without a motor. If they have shown more promise, yes, they do deserve a shot over EJ.
  2. This is only an NFL issue. College and HS football are great to watch as is. IMO coaches do not get good players and then build a winning scheme around them The only guy who seems to do that is Belicheat. Chip Kelly's offenses seem to be doing just fine with average QBs in the NFL. I believe the issue is the coaches, not the QBs. Develop the players and get a scheme they can thrive in, that is the answer. Instead, you have them drafting players based on pure physical measurements (EJ Manual) who are not quarterbacks. Then you take the assets they do have (mobility, same issue with Losman here) and try to minimize that and turn them into Peyton Manning. WTF?? PS - Russel Wilson is great, idk if you watch him much, but he is unbelievable. And that is another example of a coach building a system for a player, rather than trying to build a player into the system
  3. Statistically Glennon was the best QB from the 2013 Class ( Better than EJ) with 19 TDs in 13 games. This is while playing on perhaps the worst team of all the other rookies, with Greg Schiano as coach. So, after showing the most promise of ANY QB drafted, Tampa brought in a new coach and GM who brought with them a very high priced FA to start over him. He still managed to start 5 games and throw 10 TDs. Why in the world are people not giving this kid a chance but still want to ride EJ? The answer is - Bills bias. Plain and simple. Yes he is a statue but so is Flacco. Get this kid a good OL and he has a future. He throws a good deep ball and teams will have to defend Watkins deep. Teams dont have to do that with EJ at the helm.
  4. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-1/All-four-Bills-defensive-linemen-receive-AP-All-Pro-honors-/0fa69f01-ace7-474c-99d2-b13e6af55b55
  5. I think Matt Flynn should get a real shot. He has learned from the best for a while and has had some major success in limited starts for the Pack. The only FA who can say that.
  6. I fully expect another OLman to be signed. Iupati gets a lot of attention but he could draw 9 mil a year and that is money I'd rather see go to Hughes. Boling is a very good G and I agree that at least 1 of the NO Gs will be realeased. However I expect the Bills to go more of a bargain signing. I predict that the Bills sign JAMES CARPENTER of the Seattle Seahawks. He is a very good starting LG who wont break the bank. He performed very well in the playoffs this year. He is a big mauler and would look great on our team!!!
  7. Good luck enforcing that contract across international boarders. A similair situation happened with ovechkin, where he snuck away from his Russian team and flew to the US.
  8. Lets assume Brady is not using HGH. One thing the Patriots would TOTALLY DO is have brady 'retire' take HGH all offseason, then 'un retire' in June. COme back for a 1 year deal. Retire, HGH, unretire, repeat. Thats one way to avoid teh drug testing!
  9. Unfortunately I think the Jets got a great coach and I think Chan Gailey will do very well as OC. That is a very good staff. I like ours too, but I wish the Jets hired some joker instead.
  10. James Carpenter, FA Guard to sign with Bills. You heard it here first!
  11. I agree and this has always been my philosophy. I think it should apply to the draft too. Obviously there are limits but this is a football team not a choir. Someone getting charged with a crime is a lot more different than actually doing anything wrong. Remember Brian Banks??? http://espn.go.com/los-angeles/ncf/story/_/id/7967794/ex-usc-trojans-recruit-exonerated-rape-conviction Ray Rice I would stay away from because his actions were on video. But Hardy? He ***MAY*** have done nothing wrong, we don't know. Incognito? I wanted him all last year. All he did was make some gay jokes with his buddy which were then taken out of context by the media. Who here hasn't joked with friends about something like that?
  12. Is that an NFL rule? Im guessing it isn't, so who cares. and even if it were, Its not like that would stop the Patriots. If nothing else just sign him to a contract now, for the 2016 season.
  13. Brady had illegal knowledge of te other teams defenses and that knowledge was illegally radioed to him. And that is the only time that we know of. Who knows what else they have used to cheat. No way Brady can be the GOAT. He is disqualified.
  14. edgarpoe3 says: Jan 22, 2015 8:37 PM At least in this investigation the NFL has interviewed the people that were in the center of it. 123 9 I liked that comment
  15. They would steal the other teams defensive signals and illegally radio them to brady's helmet before the snap and even during the play. ANY QB could be a studd with that info. And there have been many MANY complaints from other teams about radio issues when playing the Pats**** Both pre and POST Spygate. Knowing the other teams plays can make a coach look like a Genius and a QB look like a superstar. O, the Pats did something wrong alright. Thats why there was a planned STING OPERATION TO CATCH THEM RED HANDED. Then the miraculous state changes just further confirms it. There are no coincidences like that. What the NFL will do now is cover it up. Its obvious. They cant admit their champions cheated their way to a championship. Just like they did with spygate they will destroy the evidence and say nothing bad happened. They are already starting to release new reports about the footballs, reports only servicing on NFL Network mind you.
  16. Bills better go get some players with all that cap space. AND resign our own dang guys. Dareus Glenn Gilmore Hughes etc. James Carpenter is a very good G from Seattle that I would LOVE to see and imiagine will be available. I like Boling and Iupati too of course.
  17. No, but it certainly got them there (see BALTIMORE. And HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE) And for the record, I believe anyone who assumes that deflated footballs is the only way the Pats have been cheating for the last decade plus, is seriously lying to themselves. For example: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laser_microphone "A laser microphone is a surveillance device that uses a laser beam to detect sound vibrations in a distant object. This technology can be used to eavesdrop with minimal chance of exposure." Considering the [complete and total cack of] integrity of the Patriots* organization I believe that they do use some kind of technology to lie cheat and steal their way to victory in any and every means necessary.
  18. They cheat. DOnt give them too much credit. Who knows where they would be without all the cheating, which has never stopped. 0 super bowl wins in years they were NOT caught cheating. Dont EVER forget that. The NFL will want you too. They will brush this new scandal under the rug just like the old scandals. They wont admit their league and world champions cheated. But they did. Remember that and remind everyone else at every chance you get.
  19. I thought the worst call of the night was the no call on the obvious intentional grounding by Mrs brady earlier in that drive. The late hit out of bounds call a little later was very weak also. And then they missed an obvious offensive pass interference in the end zone, which unfortunately prevented an interception. And the go ahead score could have been called Offensive pass interference too.
  20. You respect a team that cheated in all four of their Super Bowl winning seasons???? Why???? On another note, I love the Seahawks. They all competitors and they all make plays. They have each other's backs. They are a true TEAM. They talk **** and back it up. I see no reason to hate on them whatsoever.
  21. If this franchise was even 1/3rd competent gronk would be on OUR team and NOT in. NE
  22. The bills should do the exact same thing
  23. Chancellor is the only player in the league capable of covering gronk so tht works in the hawks favor. Who knows how much of an illegal advantage te Pats will have tonight tho. On another note it seems the NfL has addressed the subbing issue present by the Pats*. So it sounds like the D will be given an honest chance now
  24. Does a vacated Super Bowl victory count as a loss? Because if goodell had any balls the Pats* would have three of those Why do people dislike the Seahawks? I don't get it??
  25. Maybe he ment competing to host the Super Bowl? Although I'm in Phoenix right now and I can't imagine it ever being in buffalo, mainly because of the weather but also lack of other facilities
