its the coaches job to make sure his players dont have mental mistakes. Thats what coaches do at practice

Best comment I have read in a while "You know there is trouble when a team subs in Braylon Edwards to replace a guy who is dropping passes."

Andy Reid's son found dead at Eagles training camp

eventually we will start treating these people for their addictions rather than labeling them crimminals and locking them up. -
Who the hell would want a rookie over Romo!?!?! Romo and the cowboys could easily win the SB this year. What teams with rookie QBs could say that?

NFL's Players Poll: Most Underrated
peterpan replied to FitzShowUsYourTitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im confused by the others in the top 5. How are perenial pro bowlers who are always talked about as the best at their positions, under rated? I was expecting more Lanch Moores and Navarro Bowmans on the list. PS: Fletcher is #6, we could still use him on this team! And WTF is with slideshows these days? They blow. -
We need to hang onto those picks, particularly the 2nd, to keep the ammo for a potential trade up for a QB. We can't risk missing out on a QB this year, but we can miss out on Bowe and still survive. If Miami gives up a 3rd and 7th for this guy, then I think we should offer that too. Keeping him out of Miami or NE for that matter would be key. But the problem with this team isnt WR. Our guys get open, VERY open. Our QB just can't him them. And our D still sucks. I would be more inclined to trade for Brandon Flowers or Tamba Hali. Throw in Brady Quinn just because.

I'll make this a more realistic discussion. Fitz, Cassel, or Gabbert? Pick your poisen boys! And listening to you guys talk down on Romo because he 'chokes', I'd love to hear how you talked about Kelly during the SB years.

Seriously, when do you think Fred Jackson gets traded?
peterpan replied to Buffalo Mike1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They wouldnt have just cut White if they were planning on trading Jackson IMO -
So Bowe wants out in KC, where is is playing for one of maybe two other teams who could claim to have a worse QB than the Bills, and we think he is going to sign an extension with us.....? Doubtful. Besides, WR isn't our problem. He have a number of WRs who are constantly open. The only WR worth pursuing at this point would be one with a track record of being able to throw himself the ball!!!!

McKelvin is like the WRs shadow in coverage. He sticks right with him stride for stride, just don’t ask him to stick his hand up a swat the ball down!!! McKelvins issue has always been his ball skills, they are unfortunately so bad it makes him useless as a corner. As a PRer, he has been great. I actually rode a tram in the Atlanta airport with him and Andra Davis. McKelvin was wearing all bills colors, shoes, hat, earphones, and a Bills hoodie. Some little schmeeb Patsies* fan started chirping him about how they he was a Pats fan and what a good game it was the week before (we had just beat the Pats, this was last year) McKelvin was hilarious listening to him talk to this total stranger who had no ideae McKelvin was actually ON the team. He was definitely animated. I didn't say anything to them, because I didn't want them to get mobbed in the airport, but Andra Davis did catch me staring at them....quite awkward. On screens or Wild Cat me may not be that bad, but I would rather use CJ or Graham in those roles anyways.

Did Carrington tip Feely's miss?
peterpan replied to SageAgainstTheMachine's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Carrington has been producing this season. Everytime I notice him in their he gets pressure. I think he needs more PT. -
Shawne merriman is back with the Bills
peterpan replied to superbills315's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Interesting, Merriman said he wanted to be a LB in a 3-4 when he was cut. I wonder if he will be going back to DE or OLB? -
Chan/Whisenhunt Reactions to Bad Penalties
peterpan replied to MURTR's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
the over the top crazy screaming coaches always remind of that scene in old school where Will Ferrels character is freaking out and screaming 'we gotta keep our composure' while banging a folding chair into the lockers. Having played for a few coaches like that, and the more calm more mentor type, I can tell you the wild screaming ones are not the best. -
T Jax would be the shot in the arm this team needs. We are obviously under performing and its blatently the QB that is holding us back above ALL else. New QBs can bring jolts to teams, it happens every year. We need to give him a shot, he really couldnt do worse.
-
No more letting our good players go. Winfield and Greer are still two of the better CBs in the league and they could have been on our team their entire careers. Instead we have wasted lots of high draft picks trying to replace them and our team is worse off now than when they were here.
-
If RW's arm is just OK, then I hope Fitz is a lefty because that schit is embarrassing!

The Packers are a 3-3 team with a chance at the Superbowl. The Bills are a 3-3 team with a chance at the first overall pick. Hopefully everyone can see the distinction.

I wish Wilson wore them at the Combine, Maybe then Buddy would have drafted him!

If Russel Wilson had these he would have been a top 5 pick. http://www.squidoo.com/shoe-lifts

Wheres all the Mario talk???!?!
peterpan replied to HamSandwhich's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Often times I was focusing on the DL and thinking 'man, Mario is on the right side and getting pressure every play!!!!!' Then I realised it was a 54 and it was Kyle Moore! I thought he played great - better than Mario and Anderson have played - and earned a starting spot. -
If the Bills Defense is Surprising to You...
peterpan replied to Boludo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Considering how Chan NEVER GIVES HIM THE DAMNED BALL I think his assessment may still hold water. We are keeping out best player on the bench - so maybe it could still be considered a terrible pick? -
We lost v the Bungels and Giants last year SPECIFICALLY because of Fitz being too terrible to throw a simple fade route. While SF blew us out, we were right in the game until another crappy should-have-been-TD-pass fade was udnerthrown by 10 yards and picked off. Our team packed their bags at the point and cashed out. The game was over because the team knew they couldn't win with him at QB.
