I think you guys over value the Bills first round picks. We are talking about a McKelvin or Maybin here, thats who we are going to be giving up in my scenario (our 1st for their 2nd and Cousins) We, at best, draft average starters with our top 10 picks. Even Spiller, the best 1st rounder we have had in 15 years it seems, is a part time player that hasn't benifited our team at all in terms of wins, or improved out running game.

HOw about extending Kelsays contract again? Or Fitz's! But I'm going to go with drafting Marcus Lattimore with our top 8 pick.

I know it sounds rediculous, Im desperate, and I simply dont believe there are many QBs as good as Cousins in this draft. We are going to spend a 1st or 2nd rounder on a QB anyways. We should trade our 1st for Cousins and their 2nd. That way we dont 'lose' any picks (still have 7) and gain a player. If we draft 7 or 8 and the Skins are 20-25 that basically values Cousins as the 12 or 13 overall pick. If what he showed this year was his Senior yr in college I bet he would be the #1 pick in this draft. Not bad value for us. And if the Skins have an opportunity to draft say, Mante Teo, by giving up a late 2nd and their backup QB - they just might do it. We could even give them TJ to replace Cousins as their back!

Yep, Nassib is legit. He has the strongest arm and quickest release of this years class. He reminds me of Arron Rodgers the way he throws it. Im so desperate I'd take him in the 1st. I'd take him with our 2nd but I bet he doesn't last that long.

Ive been trying to get people on board with a zone read option offense led by Tebow since he was kicked out of denver. Seems to be working well with RG3 and Wilson, and it got a bad Denver team into the playoffs last year. Before you knock Tebow for having an innacurate arm, a long wind up, and questionable armstrength, I'll remind you that Fitz is just as schitty if not worse than Tebow. (but he can't run). And no, I'm not saying Tebow is our best option going into next year, Im just saying he is an option (a better one than Fitz) I dont see any guys in the draft this year that could run the zone read.

To go along with what the OP said - how come they are constantly talking about building a new stadium in Buffalo but not in Green Bay? Lambeau Field is a national landmark. In the past two seasons, Kapernick and Dalton went after our 2nd round pick, Wilson, Cousins, and Foles have gone after our 3rd round pick, and the 2nd overall pick was traded away, which went to the Skins for RG3. Every year people on this board fall in love with one or two QB prospect they want the Bills to draft. Some may have hated Dalton but loved Kaep or hated RG3 and loved Foles, in the past two seasons it really hasn't matter who you liked because the Bills likely had a shot at them multiple times. My point is every Bills fan in the world could have stumbled upon a QB in the past two drafts. If you were the GM you could have taken Kaep in the 2nd, you could have traded up for RG3, or taken Wilson or Foles or Cousins when they fell into your lap. Any Bills fan, regardless of who you are, could have found a QB by now, and chances are they would have been good. How does Buddy not have to answer to his total lack of urgency and lack of scouting skill with regard to find us a QB? He should be fired on that failure alone.

I think Russell Wilson would be a better WR than Graham. Good point - we obviously scouted a lot of Wilson - and the Bills are simply too incompetant to see how good of a player he was. I said it to my brother and all my friends all damn season (last years college season that is) - if Russel Wilson was 6'3'' he was a top 5 LOCK - undisputed, probly 3rd overall pick, maybe even 2nd overall over RG3. What about the PI call on Moss at the end of the 2nd half? He clearly pushed off - like he ALWAYS DID WHEN PLAYING FOR NE - and FINALLY got called! He score 20 TDs in that one season and I swear 18 could have been called for offensive PI. of course the refs notice now that hes not on the Pats!

Don't forget that Nix also resigned Kelsay to another HUGE deal. We improved when he got injured. Can we rid ourselves of under achievers please? Fitz and Kelsay need to go and the Bills need to be big players in FA again this year, on top of resigning our own good players.

Cut all the QBs on our roster. Trade draft picks for Cousins and target Gleanon and Nassib in the draft, fill in with L Jones or Murray if you can't get one of those guys, but def get TWO qbs with our draft picks this year. Add Alex Smith in the FA period before the draft. Two rookies and a quality vet, start the best one that gives us a chance to win NOW. AKA - copy the Seahawks circa 2012

The case against nix is SO strong. Even look at Dareus. Where was he on JJ Watt or Aldon SMith? Sure average fans like us may have took Dareus, but isnt a man with a million dollar salary to lead the FO of one of only 32 NFL teams supposed to be smart enough to see the difference in how those three players play? You could add AJ Green or Julio Jones to the list too. It seems every team in the early part of that draft got a future HOFer and we got just an average starter. Then he took troup too. I mean really? Over Gronk? B Spikes? L Houston? Even Cam Thomas who went in the 4th or 5th is a much better NT. Id sure rather have Kaep or Dalton over A WIlliams. Sheppard - he cant be very good with how bad our rush D is. Where was he on Mason Foster, who was taken just after Shepp and is vastly superior? He was on the staff when we took Maybin - how did he let that happen?? Lynch is one of the best RBs in the legaue and all we have to show for him is a backup right tackle.... Then he hired Chan - who sucks. There is no need for me to go on, you simply cannot make ALL of those mistakes and expect to win in the NFL. Two or three of this decisions the other way and this team is amazing. Imagine if we took Gronk, Dalton/Kaep, and Watt instead of who we did. We are making the playoffs this year even with the bumbling idiot at HC.

Luck RG3 Wilson Cousins and Foles have all played great this year (great is a relative term). Would you not agree? You could say we had no chance at Luck, but we did have a chance at RG3 - we could have traded for that pick. Why didn't Buddy draft one of those 4 QBs? PS: How many drops did Graham have today? Why would we mention those ones? That makes no sense. Nix is paid millions of dollars to draft good players, particularly the QB we have needed since JK retired. We point out all the ones he wasn't good enough to identify.
