  1. Yes I think we are in full rebuilding mode. If the writings on the wall are correct, Nix is retiring after the draft and Whaley is taking over. Its very possible that behind the scemes, Whaley is already in charge and Nix is just hanging around for the draft. Im hoping these moves are at his direction and not at Russ Brandons I think there is a good chance we bottom out this year. I'd love me some Clowney. But Manzeil was a true freshman this year (Im pretty sure) and would have to stay in school for another year, so he isn't elligible for next yrs draft.
  2. He played for the Raiders, remember Randy Moss on the Raiders? Id take him in a heartbeat. Id even take his redonkulous contract. I admit he is not that great and over the hill but he is still two times better than Fitz. At this stage I think we need a stop-gap QB. Most people dont like any QB in this draft. I only like one and I dont like enough to take him in the 1st round, and I think he will be gone by our 2nd round pick. I would try anyone - anyone - over another year with Fitz. Why not Flynn?
  3. I still dont want Smith. I just dont think he is very good. I'll be interested to see how many QBs go before the Bills pick. I could see anywhere from none to 3. I read in an article quoting some NFL scout that its believe in NFL circle that the Bills are targeting Nassib, and are hoping to get him in the 2nd (thats an obvious assumption, who knows if its warranted). But the scout went on to say that teams know that if their team wants Nassib, they need to leapfrog Buffalo to get in front of them, and he said teams are preparring to do that. Basically, I dont think there will be any QBs left by the time our 2nd round pick comes along.
  4. I read in another article most people there had him between 4.3 and 4.5. Only one person, using a hand help stop watch, ahd him at 4.19 In other words, he is still really fast.
  5. Blah Blah Blah this is the guy that took Torrell Troup over homestown superhuman Gronkowski, who went on to score 20 touchdowns in his second year. Then Nix proceeded to pass on coutless quality QB prospects while trotting out highschool level arm Fitzpatrick year after year. The weinie that runs walterfootball.com could have done a better job than our entire scouting department. Id rather have tgreg and BuffaloBarbairen as a GM team. Short of maybe the Glenn pick, which still remains to be determined, the best move this team made under Nix was signing Urbik off of waivers. Think about that for a minute. Nix's tenure has been a total joke.
  6. Bryant McKinnie and Michael Oher started for the Ravens too.
  7. If Bowe can resign with the Chefs then God Blessed we should be able to resign a stinking guard!!!!
  8. Never heard of him.
  9. You mean like Kyle Williams or Dareus?
  10. He forces turners. He makes plays. Enough with the players that dont make plays already. Draft him in the 3rd if you can (doubtful) and hope he straightens out. He is still a 1st round talent.
  11. Didn't you know? Its horribly ignorant to state that NFL teams are askign Teo if he is gay, which for the record, they are doing.
  12. Is this discussion only regarding post-season performances or does regular season count too?
  13. I love it. Ansah is who I want too. How come? Ansah's #s in both size and athletic tests are identical to JPP, and I have read lots of teams are projecting him to OLB, so it would seem he could play both? Wasn't Pettine talking about playing a hybrid type defense too?
  14. IDK man, I haven't seen any board where he is the highest rated safety, he has been second or even third in some. He could easily be the 2nd or third safety off the board when you consider his height. How many safeties usually go in the 1st round? He could last.
  15. Not bad for three years of Nix's rebuilding.
  16. Ask him why his other, albeit lesser-known, nickname is 'Shredder' Maybe because its a team sport?
  17. I have watched a number of FL games the last few years and every time there is a big play made, Elam was the one making it. He is a total ball hawk, just a pure play maker. INTS fumbles sacks, coming out of nowhere to blow up the ballcariier. Like watching Ed Reed or Polumalo just dominate an entire game. He hasn't gotten any media press, I was really hoping he lasted until our second round pick.
  18. Small market teams will never sell out tho. They should move to LA where there is a proven ability to sell out a stadium....
  19. PS: Does this lose cause the Bills to focus more on a DE in the draft? I think Ansah is a total stud in the making, the Jorden guy and Bjorge howeveryouspellit are all pretty darn good too. Id rather see that than OL or DB or WR
  20. The Pats, Dolphins, and Jets just ripped out the reverse, counter, and bootleg pages from their playbooks! hahahaha. Kelsay was never very good. He never learned to keep backside contain. I even remember one interview where Kelsay admitted he was only a ~6 sack a year guy but thats OK because the Bills only expected that out of him. That said, he would have been viewed in a positive light by fans if he was paid even remotely what he was worth. I think he retired bc he was going to get cut. But I wish Kelsay the best of luck, he was alwasy a model citizen and its not his fault the Bills thought he was a stud.
  21. So it makes sense to cut Fitz then.....
  22. Inconsistancey. Looks great on paper, not on the field.
  23. One of the best CBs I have seen come out in a long long time. He will be gone by 8
  24. Now I admit I always got the Hopkins/Watkins dudes from Clemson confused, but they were both faster than all hell. I can't believe DeAndre Hopkins ran a 4.57 Did he fall and get back up? We should totally target this dude, he is a total baller.
  25. I'd love me some late round Honey Badger. Lots of teams will undoubtedly remove him from their board completely (the Bills Im sure are one of them) but that will cause him to fall into the 3rd-4th I bet.
