Leodis Fractured His Ankle - Placed on IR
peterpan replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We missed him when he went down. Graham was getting roasted -
What's his nuts is shaping up to be our best most consistent wr. I can't believe he didn't end up on the pats. Hogan that's his name
-
This guy is a total stud and because of his issue off the field he won't get crazy money. I'd sign him in a heartbeat for a good contract. We likely will need an upgrade at RB next year

Should Bills trade players like McKelvin and Brown?
peterpan replied to mdk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We'll, no. I likely wouldn't have traded for brown in the first place. I'd much rather we kept Stevie Johnson and have a stacked wr core. Running backs basically have to have two things to be worthwhile in my book. 1-never fumble and 2- read blocks. After that it's all gravy. Brown fumbles and spiller can't read blocks. MacKelvin is a good return man but he fumbles. I let him focus on corner bc he seems to be this defenses weak link (if I had to pick one). I'm surprised Corey graham hasn't gotten more chances after his early season success. -
How long till Lee Smith gets a penalty ?
peterpan replied to Buffaloed in Pa's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lee smith doesn't give this team anything. Why not use a backup OL in that role? He can't possibly catch any worse than smith. Smith isn't a good blocker either! So gragg is no worse in that regard. Meh -
NFL Schedulers need to Be Fired
peterpan replied to John in Jax's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Maye Indy was a bad example for this season. But his rookie year I don't recall seeing him once and would have loved to. This year, I've seen him once or twice. By next year, I'll likely be on overkill if they show him that often. Just like I have zero desire to watch ANY steelers or Baltimore or NE or NYG or Redakins game. Philly is interested only bc of Chip Kelly. Otherwise is never watch them either. -
Sammy Watkins among Pro Bowl-Caliber Rookies

Preston brown also gets an honorable mention at the end of the article. Not bad for a third round pick. -
NFL Schedulers need to Be Fired
peterpan replied to John in Jax's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I get tired of watching NE or whichever one of the four NFC East teams is on in prime time by week 3. I'd love to see the cards get in prime time. I'd love to see Andrew luck more. If I wasn't a bills fan if love to watch Buffalo bc pf Watkins and our DL. The only team I want to watch every week is the Bills. Playing the same old teams every week keeps me from tuning in, when I otherwise would. Give me some variety!! -
Sorry I'm typing on my Phone

The way the redskins throw around money I would think that we could pay Dareus and Hughes and Glenn two times over and still be well under the cap. I'm tired of the bills letting players walk. A few years ago they had Levites and Byrd up. They resigned neither. Ah be good maybe bad but if te bills let these guys walk I'll be so F@@/&@/@g pissed I'll never watch another game again!!!!!

Who should be the starting QB for the rest of the season?
peterpan replied to Dorkington's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Orton is what, 30? He could conceivably be our QB for the next 5 years. In the event that we are out of the playoffs, I'd rather see Orton develop chemistry with our WRs and our offense than see EJ get more reps. -
The play calling was great I thought. The redbone especially. There were 5-6 touchdowns left out there because the players didn't execute. That includes the brown fumble
-
The salary caps goes up exponentially every year. That deal we gave to Mario is nothing now compared to the deals watt McCoy suh and Dareus are going to get. The sooner we pay him the cheaper he will be. Remember Byrd!? He wanted 8 mil a year we said no and tagged him. The next year he wanted ten mil and got it. His value went up 25% in one year. Pay Dareus now or pay more later or lose him. That's your options
-
Sammy was also wide open on the 4th down play. Orton throw it short when Sammy was open over the top. Play calling worked, but the execution wasn't there.
-
The passes orton threw into the dirt we're throw away because the screen was covered or his recover was covered and he was avoiding a sack. Those were actually good plays by him believe it or not. The ones in the redone were just way off inaccurate throws. One at least was a mis-read but the other looks like the ball just sailed out of his hand :-(

What happens if The Bills lose Thursday?
peterpan replied to first_and_ten's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Remember the dolphins also had a last minute loss too. Although they were losing the game the whole time and had no business being in a close game at all. Kinda opposite the bills. I think both teams come out flat however or DL crushes. Winner is a toss up -
Bryce needs to run like tiki barber did when he overcame his fumbleitis. Anything less and it will continue
-
I also questioned why we threw it 4 straight times on our last two red zone attempts, but we were getting guys open. Orton was just off. Proton missed an easy te to hogan woods and two to Watkins. On that last forth down, Watkins was WIDE open over the top of the defender bit proton threw it as if it was a come back route. That pass would have won the game. Orton just missed it - and 4 others, any one of which would have been enough to win The 5-6 drops early in the game didn't help either. And it's clear proton is getting antsy in the pocket. The lack of quality G play is taking its toll on prton and clearly affecting him negatively

When do the phantom calls against us stop??
peterpan replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thanks pal. I have a tv and saw the replay on said tv. I wouldn't call it a flinch and it's only noticeable when zoomed in and in slow mo. In real time it's not noticeable. From a distance its not noticeable. The movement didn't draw the guy offsides. Like I said, if the flag was thrown WHEN Henderson flinched, I'd believe the claim that the ref saw it. Because it wasn't flagged until AFTER the KC guy jumped, I'm not buying it. -

Also in the GB Chi game last night, haha Dix was called for a personal foul for hitting a guy on the sideline who was still in bounds!! That's how tight the refs are calling that stuff these days!! For hogans hit to be a no call is ridiculous, and it obviously affected the outcome of the game. Penalties need to be challengeable. Or maybe they need teams of refs watching video from the booth or something. This is getting absurd. It's also kind of crazy to wait a second or two, until after a defensive player on the other side I the line, jumps offsides, to call such a minor little movement that you can only see it when it's slowed down 100 times and magnified by 100 times. If the ref saw such a minor subtle movement the. He should have called it right away, and he didn't. That makes me think he didn't see it. Remember he was standing 60-75 feet away. If the ref threw the flag right away then sure, but he didn't, so I don't believe he saw any movement and just guessed. -
I found a G and his name is incognito!
