As someone who has visited Yellowstone over a dozen times, and has watched countless bored-out-of-their-minds children throwing objects into the delicate natural hot springs, I wholeheartedly agree. I'll add a bit of knowledge that I only recently came to understand: Everyone knows (or should know) that we have the right to remain silent when questioned by police. But what not everyone knows is that you have to INVOKE your 5th amendment right by expressing this is what you are doing. If you don't, your silence CAN be used against you in court.

Me too. Always reminded me of Herschel Krustofsky's Clown Related Entertainment Show. -
It helps being 2 time zones back, but yeah I saw every minute and thought for sure we were going to a 5th OT. I have absolutely zero compassion for the Canes fans who lost 'twice' (the first FLA goal in OT1 was overturned).

It has a story all its own, and how it was incorporated into the script exemplifies just how many levels deep this show can get:

I can't go a day without hearing Seinfeld references in my head. Dentist appointment, renting a car, parking a car, getting Chinese food, getting low pressure in the shower, writing with a pen, eating soup, figuring out a tip, putting the tip in the tip jar, watching the Devils in playoff hockey, yada yada the list just goes on and on it's really quite remarkable how insane this show has made me. Serenity now.

It helps to go there. All the history puts things in perspective. Westminster Abbey to be particular. Kings that Shakespeare wrote about are laying right there in front of you. In 2066 we'll celebrate 1000 years since the one single battle that caused us to be writing a combination of Germanic and French languages right now. It's pretty neat when you think about it

Thanks for the story! I'm just curious how they are intended to be re-heated, if they are frozen while coated with sauce. -

Let me put it another way. We are all familiar with the textbook diagram of an atom. You have your protons and neutrons in the nucleus, surrounded by electrons spinning around it. The electrons have no particular position - until and unless someone is there to observe them. Until then, they only exist in a 'cloud' of probability of where they might be. I'm grossly oversimplifying this for the sake of brevity, but that's the basic concept. Another way of demonstrating this is through the double-slit experiment. Put simply, subatomic particles fired at these slits will pass simultaneously through two tiny slits, which causes an interference pattern on a wall behind them. This demonstrates these particles are actually passing through both slits at the same time, and thus are interfering with each other. But if you put a tiny camera behind the slits to watch exactly what is happening, something remarkable happens. The interference pattern disappears, and instead we see the particles going through one of the two slits at a time. The very act of watching the experiment changes how the particles act! Again, big time oversimplifications here but it shows just how counter-intuitive physics can get.

Nothing. This may be an even more difficult concept for us to grasp than infinity. It's the ultimate tree-falls-in-the-forest question. Not just asking if a sound can be heard, but does the forest even exist if there is no one there to observe it.

Of course it is. If there was a button you could push and you would live (ie. exist with consciousness) forever, would you push it?
