Here's the deal with Power Rankings. Through the first 5-6 weeks of the season the national Analysts still hold tightly unto their beliefs that all of their pre-season prognosticating was correct. Therefore teams like the Giants, who are terrible, still find their way in the top 20, whereas a team they thought was tanking and would pick top 3 in the draft, Bills, are 2-1 are still ranked below them.
