I used to hear waitresses and hostesses in our restaurant (where I was also a waiter and bartender) complain about not getting tipped for literally doing nothing more than ringing someone out for a take out order. They didn't pack it up. They didn't take the order. They didn't cook the food. Meanwhile, they walked out every night with twice the money that the people in the kitchen made. I think what makes it "mind blowing" for some is the notion that RW relinquished control. For many (including myself), that didn't seem very likely, and at the same time is what the organization absolutely needed. Maybe not "mind blowing", but very unexpected and quite welcomed news.

Could this imply Littman and Overdorf are going to be out of the picture from a decision making standpoint? It's been long rumored that those two have been part of the problem.
