I think part of the problem is positioning. People coming from the north side have 4 gates in close proximity, while those coming from the south have 3, which on the surface doesn't seem bad, but the layout and foot traffic patterns are such that most of those people coming from the south side are funneled into gate 2. Gate 1 is out of the way and 3 gets jammed up with people coming from the ECC lots and spillover from gate 4.

Again, it's basically a volunteer position. It's not a career or livelihood. It's a hobby. If there was a male equivalent for fat middle aged Bills fans I'd have done it for free beer.

Domestic violence, child abuse, violent behavior in general; all legitimate things to call the NFL to task on. Jiggle tests and tampon advice? Not so much. And to my knowledge, the Jill's have been more or less run by a woman for years, so this isn't some "poor treatment of women" by the league. They are just using this as an opportunity to leverage the current climate in their favor.

I'll offer whatever help/advice I can, which unfortunately may be limited given that I'm occupado on Saturday night. That being said, why don't we help him come up with a basic iternerary? Not telling him what to do per se, but maybe help with where to go, estimated times, costs, stuff like that. For example, JMora, do you want to stay downtown or near the stadium? Downtown will offer more to do Saturday night, but you might find it easier to stay near the Ralph to ease your commute in the morning. Plus, if you stay near the stadium you can party at the Big Tree (mentioned by Andre in his HoF speech). The more we know in terms of stuff like that, the better advice we could collectively offer.

I'm working remotely, and while I am getting stuff done, admittedly I've had more productive days.

Put it this way, by today, the trust should have a pretty damn good idea which bid they will be accepting. It wouldn't be a stretch to think that if it's Pegula that they might invite him to attend the home opener. And if so, why not a teaser shot on our brand new JumboTron?

Now that we've gotten the big road monkey off our back, we can look forward to the home opener. For me it's the most fun game of the year, regardless of the opponent. The weather is usually gorgeous, there is a positive buzz in the lots, and being early in the season, the female fans tend to dress provocatively. So, with all of that being said, here are the top 5 things I'd like to see at the home opener against Miami: 5. Good weather. 4. The D really applying pressure to Miami - I think we can really rack up some sacks. 3. An energized crowd. See the Seattle/GB game the other night and tell me that fans can't have an impact on the game. 2. Continued growth from EJ. Yesterday was a great start to a season, and Rome wasn't built in a day. I'm sure we can expect bumps along the way, but having another solid outing from EJ in front of the hometown crowd would be fantastic. and #1..... I'd love it if at some point during the game, they were showing random shots of people attending the game, and one of them happened to be of Terry and Kim Pegula. The place might seriously go nuts. GO BILLS!

Oddly, I am too. I'm usually ecstatic after a win. I'm thrilled, don't get me wrong, maybe I'm just recovering from indigestion from a belly full of fingernails.
