  1. 8000 employees to support a largely stable platform definitely feels like a bloated number. Time will tell if 1500 is the right size, but I suspect he's not too far off the mark.
  2. Seems like a gross overreaction. Censure would have been a more reasonable option.
  3. Again, it seems like you're reaching. It's quite clear to anyone reading my post in good faith that I've been referring to the US electorate specifically.
  4. I think I'm up to about 20 or so right now, 8 of which are Charvels. In my opinion you really can't go wrong, especially with some of the late 80s/early 90s made in Japan models. I have a few of the newer ones, post-Fender acquisition and they are great players as well. If you can still find one, the new 2022 Henrik Danhage model is incredible (especially if you like the relic'd look). If I remember when I get home I'll post a pic of my custom Buffalo Bills Charvel 475...
  5. The funny thing about crimes scenes... nothing you do at that point is preventative in any sense.
  6. I remember being at the Buffalo Bills draft party in the field house in 2013. We'd just gotten there and cracked open our first Bud light (sans bullet holes thank you Kid Rock...) and I got a text from my friend who insisted we were trading up to draft some quarterback named EJ Manuel. We all laughed....
  7. Ok I see where you're coming from but will disagree. Catholics, anti-abortion notwithstanding, have largely been democratic throughout history and only recently have become split down the middle across political parties. I'm loathe conflate the covering up of child abuse which has been going on in the church for decades if not centuries with conservatism in the United States.
  8. What exactly does this have to do with conservatism? Seems like you're kind of reaching here.
  9. You claimed to have read them already. They were linked and you quoted the post. Learn how to read. You might find something enlightening. Or at the very least you may be able to engage in rational discourse.
  10. You're illiterate. That's the only explanation. The voting rules link had info that shot down your warglebargle about hunting vs. pistol permits. This forum has really gone downhill. Even amongst the people who disagreed we at least to weed out the idiots.
  11. I did. I clearly refuted one of them and point it out where they called specifically for hunting licenses which you seemed too conveniently ignore. Keep in mind, I am a republican voter and am in favor of voter ID laws and a national ID. You on the other hand just seem to be illiterate.
  12. You mean like the obvious ones you missed when you did your worst impression of Evelyn Wood? The hunting examples are clearly listed in those documents.
  13. I dunno about that. You can be a taco-eating night owl and still be an excellent human being.
  14. I've seen quite a few people make that claim. 31 people deciding they don't want to eat a ***** sandwich just because Cleveland likes their steamers doesn't mean it's collusion. It's just common sense.
  15. The official ranch dressing is Rooties Blue cheese.
  16. 1-19? What about 1-17? I've always thought of 18 year olds as adults not children. Anyway, yeah it's clear the timing is meant to maximize the emotional response because of another crazy person shooting up a school, but it's clearly playing with the stats to support an agenda. I'm for sensible gun control laws that when viewed in the rearview mirror had a chance at preventing these wackos. A 120 wait, a permit, etc. would be a fine start without having to go the route of banning or confiscation.
  17. To hell with that little midget. Retire already and go make some more ***** rap songs
  18. I saw her late last summer at the Noco in the village of OP, wearing the tiniest bikini I've ever seen. I'm glad she'll be around again....
  19. This isn't Pizzagate or some nonsense. This seems like an actual conspiracy to keep some famous, powerful and wealthy people from at the very least being embarrassed by association if not something far more sinister. It shouldn't even be remotely partisan given the list of people with whom Espstein associated.
  20. "Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past." Jean-Paul Sartre These are the type of people you're dealing with when it comes to the denial nonsense. They are not engaged in good faith dialogue and will retreat behind some guise of "only joking" or name calling when you point it out.
  21. Some of you are absolute pieces of *****. I needn't specify, because you all know.
  22. Two of the founding members of Blue Oyster Cult went to my high school, but that was before my time. Larry King's long time executive producer graduated a grade ahead of me. He also had a bit roll in one of the police academy movies.
