They swarmed on it for sure, especially given the current climate. I occasionally cross paths professionally with them for reasons I'll not disclose, but about 5 minutes ago I was on the phone with someone from an aforementioned agency and they confirmed it was just a car crash from a local. It could be that it was intentional and not just idiots being reckless or having a medical emergency. That may not be known for a while.
