  1. D&C is still negotiating with Rosen to renew the rights to the kids. He's holding out, but the D&C is hopeful they can get the deal done before camp...
  2. After much consultation with my trusted advisor, my answer is currently: "Outlook good." Sorry I took so long to respond but my, er, advisor kept telling me to "ask again later."
  3. But good news! He's still technically a virgin! Oh, and BTW tater, I guess if you really want I'll put you on my ignore list as well...
  4. "Oh, you might pretend to be more high-brow with your highfalutin wine drinking these days, but I just bet there's some good old moonshine swillin' in your background...." ..and please listen to Tom...Face the camera!
  5. ...with $3000 worth of electronics on it... priorities...
  6. Living room couch and chairs courtesy of "Curbside Furnishings, Inc."
  7. Don't get me started on you....
  8. You're a social worker/case manager for a non-profit mental health organization (yeah, probably not exact, but close enough), your fiancée's name is Rachel (you proposed last October 15th), you live on the Jersey Shore, my guess is somewhere in Ocean County (who cares about what exact town...maybe Brick? Tom's River?)...and as for your last name, if it's anything like your posts, I would say it is "Suckey." As far as what else we know: you hate working with/for women, you're a Devils fan, a huge BNL fan, and you're a horrible human being (you suck and blow).... And, yes, I am up to your challenge. When you called someone's sister a whore you stepped over the line as far as I'm concerned...Welcome to my ignore list.
  9. Three words: "consider the source."
  10. Fixed your obvious spelling error...
  11. I've always thought Ullrich had to be fuming...finally out from under Armstrong's shadow, and gets busted for doping! So what is it with TdF-winning Americans and adversity...Lemond and the shooting, Armstong and the Cancer, Landis and the hip...what's next, a guy with prosthetic legs? Congrats to Floyd!
  12. Happy birthday to all!
  13. Sabres, in short: Campbell, Tallinder, Peters signed/extended. Numminen re-signed. Sabres sign Spacek (Edmonton) Pyatt traded for a pick. Briere first up in arbitration - $5m awarded...8 more still waiting on a hearing. go to sabresreport.com to get the full update.
  14. Disappointed they didn't work "pistol-packin' punks" into the rap... So that's what Steve Cichon has been up to since his WNSA days...
  15. For the two others here who might have known him, Sam Myers passed away on Monday. RIP to a great bluesman. His long-time collaborator, Anson Funderburgh, may look familiar to many of you. That's because Anson's former bassist and long-time friend was a man by the name of Mike Judge, who used Anson as a "human model" for one of his early cartoon characters...
  16. Wow, where do I get me one of those? It would save a lot of room in my shed...
  17. On top of that the computer RPG's are as much about dexterity with the controller as about all the "thinking" aspects of pen and paper. And, yeah, I've DM'ed games where players came up with very unique solutions that I let play out, and even gave them some bonuses because of the creativity. You won't get that out of a computer. Used to play with friends quite frequently, but children kinda put a kibosh on that (per Mock's comments, in many respects). Now the only connection we have to RPG is the set of web sites my wife owns...
  18. Gawdamya His mother was a disgruntled former librarian...
  19. You know, Ken, I was just thinking about your idea. If we ban humans, not only will there be no more humans killed by dogs, but global warming will stop, crime will stop, there will be peace in the Middle East...there's no end to the benefits! Why didn't we think of this sooner?
  20. HFB you backwoods mofo.
  21. Wow, they have a plant in Ohio? I thought the Japanese manufacturers were only building plants in "right to work" states?
  22. Actually, with the way Honda works, it's most likely manufactured in Japan. They won't bother setting up assembly lines for new products in the US until demand warrants it. I believe they've been selling the CR-V in the US since '97 and only started making them in the US last year...
  23. For the second time in this thread, you stomp your dick flat. And who's crying?
  24. Don't forget we need to also outlaw cars and lightning. Heck, in 2000 there were over 3400 unintentional drowning deaths. Looks like we need to outlaw water as well...
  25. ...and if you're going to google something to support what you said, you should also list the counter-arguments that come up in the results as well. One of the big things about the CDC "study" (and part of the reason why they didn't continue to log fatalities) was that the results were based on news and humane society reports, since reporting "dog attacks" is not mandatory. That triggers a problem because attacks by pitbulls will likely gain much more press than attacks by chihuahuas. In fact, if you actually read the actual study, you will see the following conclusions right on the first page: They recommend against breed-specific ordinances...
