I dont think ive ever seen a Coen movie which I would give it less than a 8 out of 10 rating. All are awsome to some degree.

Pretty bad tournament really. Just not enough time to get a real "team" together. Crapshoot. Canada has the best team. The most depth. 4 great lines. Just no time to get familiar with each other. Any of these teams with a hot goalie could steal it. But honestly, I have minimal regard for the Olympic hockey tourney format or its results.

Im not to bothered by this upset. It happens once in a while. Canada has a history of slow starts in these types of tournaments. They clearly dont have thier timing down yet but it will come. This is only the prelim round. Also sometimes you run into a goalie that is charmed and there is no way your going to beat him. It happens to the best of teams and has happened to Team Canada before. Anyone remember Tretiak of the old soviet Red Army and USSR national team? He's single handedly stolen a few games from Canada. Ive called him a F::::::: ahole many o time!

Alaska, thanks for the heads up. When I was a kid me and a friend were given two gold seats at the old Maple Leaf Gardens. We didnt know but when we got there they were first row golds right on the glass in the corner. Not sure if you are familiar with that arena but with those tickets you are almost on the ice. You could actually touch the glass. Anyway, those seats gave you a new respect for the punishment pro hockey players endure. Especially defencemen. I remember one play Brian Glennie getting hammered into the glass face first right in front of me by some Atlanta Flame forward. Big blonde guy cant remember his name.

For lunch at McCoveys's I had 2 nice Corona's. Usually skeptical of Corona's cause of skuniness. Despite that picked up 12 on the way home. Popped one of those guys and it was skunky!! Had to make a emergency beer run. PIcked up 12 Pacifico's. Nice. Drank a bunch of them. Watched some of the Sabre game cause no Sharks tonight. Good game.Now having a pinapple/orange with Sky to finish the night.

yup I hear you. Definitely not for all tastes. I just get so bored of the usual talking head espn "Look at me Im so witty" type guys on the radio. Listening to a drunkin ahole is entertaining some time. Hell thats why my brother in law comes over almost every weekend to watch hockey on the dish! Being from teh Bay area do you listen to Razor and Mr.T? For mainstream type guys they are actually pretty entertaining to listen to. They are about all I like and on KNBR.

Either the game was fixed or the NFL's best refs are incredibly incompetent. Either way its not good. Yet another blow to my wanning interest in the NFL. Between rigged games. Commercials up the ying yang. Trash talking moronic atheletes. And finally a Bills team that is getting worse instead of better, Im just about done with the NFL.

How many champs can overcome 14 points being taken away?? Maybe if your playing the Bills in the Super Bowl but in a close matchup it makes it very tough, if not impossible. Sure the Seahawks did not play a perfect game. Not many teams do. The Steelers were the AFC champs so they were going to score some points. Whether it be on a long run, trick play whatever. Point is, in tight matchup, the refs can indeed determine the outcome. Hell, would you say that the Sabres, if they were really championship material, should have overcome the infamous skate in the crease in OT vs the Stars???

Maybe if you add it up theyt didnt do enough. But the refs beat them down at the right times. Seattle could have taken control of that game early but they werent allowed to

The TD that will haunt them is the one to Jackson that was called back. Or the pass to Stevens inside the 5 that was called back on a phantom holding call.

I guess the refs just had a bad day. I hope thats the case. Otherwise there was somthign definitely wrong with the game today. Steelers had no right to win that game the way they did
