  1. Wrong. Not a faulty premise. If they (whoever) start putting fences up around The Court a month before the decision. You don't think people will ask questions? Doesn't matter if they got their own police force. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
  2. What makes the most sense is that it was Roberts or Alito... ...In order to get security in place. The decision was coming out anyway, they'd have no time to get the fences up and secure the lives of the justices if the conservatives didn't leak it. I have suspected Robert's since day one.
  3. What came first? The Boomers, their Echoes or Zoomers... What's really the difference! ๐Ÿ˜†
  4. He also had an artist's take on Sirius about: Carefree Highway was written in a rental car in Arizona... On the "Carefree Highway" (Arizona Route 74) with signs showing the way to Carefree, Arizona. He penned the song and almost left it in the glove box of the rental on way back to airport.
  5. Woooo...Slow down... NOT so fast. ๐Ÿ˜† My hate of Rangers overpowered all else. I like Lindy, but he's still coaching the Devils. Things may change depending on next teams. NOT sure where I stand on Hurricanes but it's a stone's throw from hurling: LindyLove probably survives another round! ๐Ÿ˜‰
  6. RIP... I always think of Old Fort Niagara when I hear this line posted below. We'd always take a field trip to the old fort while in gammar school. I wonder if he was inspired by the story of the headless body/lover story that was tossed in the fort's castle well and supposedly haunted the fort at night searching adjacent Lake Ontario and surrounding grounds searching for its head. I forget how the story goes off the top of my head๐Ÿ˜, you can look it up and search for it... "...If you could read my mind, love What a tale my thoughts could tell Just like an old time movie 'Bout a ghost from a wishing well In a castle dark or a fortress strong With chains upon my feet But stories always end And if you read between the lines You'll know that I'm just trying to understand The feelings that you lack..." Anyway... Its about his breakup. I was listening to his artist take on Sirius... His older daughter got him to change the lyrics later in life whenever he sang "If You Could Read My Mind" live to: "And if you read between the lines You'll know that I'm just trying to understand The feelings that WE lack..." Also as a child I always thought: "...Sundown you better take care If I find you been creepin' 'round my back stairs Sundown ya better take care If I find you been creepin' 'round my back stairs... Was: "...Sundown you better take care If I find you been drinkin' my Labatt's beer Sundown ya better take care If I find you been drinkin' my Labatt's beer..." ๐Ÿ˜
  7. ***** the O6! That's BS... They aren't the original teams... There were more. Seattle won the Stanley Cup in 1919. Teams folded during The Depression... ***** the O6!
  8. And yet... If Sabres just beat the Panthers ONE game during the season, Sabres are in and Panthers out. Granato better get off to a fast start AND make the playoffs next year or can him! Slow start, then can him... Coaching, IMO is 70% of game...
  9. +1 'Til we outnumber em! We got lots more! Pretty Boy Floyd (Wood Guthrie) ~Dave Pirner "Well, you say that I'm an outlaw You say that I'm a thief Here's a Christmas dinner For the families on relief" Yes, as through this world I've wandered I've seen lots of funny men Some will rob you with a six-gun And some with a fountain pen And as through your life you travel Yes, as through your life you roam You won't never see an outlaw Drive a family from their home
  10. Is this thread waning? Hogwash! The Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead
  11. It's perfectly healthy! It's the Universe adjusting itself! "Schadenfreude has been detected in children as young as 24 months and may be an important social emotion establishing "inequity aversion"."
  12. Bruins bandwagon lies in ruins! ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜น ๐Ÿ˜† ๐Ÿคฃ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜น ๐Ÿ˜†
  13. This thread should NOT be irrelevant! I think this kid has a real chance!
  14. What about Mike Ditka, 1961: 1961 56Catches 1076yards 19.2Avg. 12Td 76long Pretty impressive!
  15. Hi Mike! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Oscar Wilde wrote in his essay The Decay of Lying (1889), "Life imitates art far more than art imitates life," adding further, "the self-conscious aim of life is to find expression, and art offers it certain beautiful forms through which it may release that energy." He is! ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜œ
  16. That's a lot of gold man!
  17. "...Got nothing against the big town Still hayseed enough to say, "Look who's in the big town" But my bed is in a small town Oh, and that's good enough for me..."
