  1. We also have impeachment. It is really up to Congress. The House is also representative of the will of the people... Just a little more fine tuned than the Electoral College. "Donald Trump’s presidency has brought the nation back to constitutional territory: talk of impeachment, this time based on a wide range of alleged misconduct, including possible financial conflicts of interest, his presidential campaign’s possible collusion with the Russian government to influence the election, obstruction of justice, threatening freedom of the press, encouraging the harassment or prosecution of political enemies, and degrading the presidency,” writes University of North Carolina distinguished professor Michael J. Gerhardt in his timely book, Impeachment: What Everyone Needs to Know." "First off, the president doesn’t need to have violated a federal law ― or any other law ― for the House to file impeachment charges and for the Senate to convict him." "But again, criminal charges are a separate matter from impeachment. Presidents can be impeached for actions that are in fact a violation of the law, though it doesn’t mean they always should be impeached in those instances. And they can also be impeached because they’re believed to have abused their power, even if a criminal charge doesn’t apply. It’s up to Congress to decide what rises to an impeachable offense, defined by a term in the Constitution, “high crimes and misdemeanors,” that has always been up for grabs."
  2. Trump is not even giving you a reach around, you believe him.
  3. I was here telling people that they were being lied to on WMDs! I wish the Board still existed! Let me guess, more father issues. ?
  4. Semantics. But back to the duscussion. We will see how Trump respects impeachment proceedings. I don't have time to dig up Greggy's evidence, but I have a hunch Trump will do badly.
  5. Greggy wants to see that the earth is round. How about we launch him into space! /smh Stop being purposely obtuse.
  6. So you the earth is round too? You a flat earther? How the hell am I going to get evidence. We will have to wait for the Mueller Report. But you have the inside story. Slow down grasshopper!
  7. LoL... A conspiracy theorist is calling me a conspiracy theorist... Thanks... It's time for me to step away from the podium. Step away very slowly and carefully. ?
  8. Donald J. Trump✔@realDonaldTrump: "Remember, Michael Cohen only became a “Rat” after the FBI did something which was absolutely unthinkable & unheard of until the Witch Hunt was illegally started. They BROKE INTO AN ATTORNEY’S OFFICE! Why didn’t they break into the DNC to get the Server, or Crooked’s office?" Andy McCarthy✔@AndrewCMcCarthy: "Sir, in mobster lingo, a ‘rat’ is a witness who tells prosecutors real incriminating info. Perhaps a different word? Searches of lawyer’s offices common enough that DOJ has a procedure for them. Here it yielded evidence of crimes you said he should be jailed for. You should stop."
  9. I have always been the same. Our politics differ. I am not trying to troll. Yes, preachy... I mean come on, there has to be differing viewpoints. I came here fully expecting this reaction.
  10. Not HIS federal power. You're off your rocker. If Trump was so hell bent on doing what you say, he'd respect the checks and balances built into the Constitution. Trump is Tito in Yugoslavia.
  11. Has anybody noticed how many of the people (different people) on the PPP echo chamber are fighting me since I came to visit here? It's because it's an echo chamber here. That's what happens in echo chambers. It's like 2002-2003 before the ramp up to war. Everybody here was so sure the war was the right thing. And if they didn't believe it was right, they tacitly went over the cliff with the other lemmings in the echo chamber. What was my position. That you all were being snowed. You are being snowed again to believe things are a "witch hunt." I am not saying trust everything the government is spewing. At least have a moral compass. You are watching checks and balances eviserate a dangerous authoritarian. Honestly... The man is corrupt and unfit. Simply remove him and move on. Admit, He's the wrong answer for America. We can just agree to disagree on the minutia. You won't see a corrupt businessman engaging in collusion, currying favor... I will. Leave it at that. Put down the entrenchment tool. It's best for all. Thanks... I know we disagree Glenn... But don't go off the cliff with the other's. I will try and check myself from my inherent Left leanings.
  12. No. It happened. Why are you so hell bent on protecting corrupt demagogue?
  13. https://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_5c15302ee4b05d7e5d827572/amp?ncid=NEWSSTAND0001 Yeah, HuffPost, but pretty straightforward when it come to Constitutional questions. Guess what Guys (& Gals)... Thus, when Trump and his supporters claim “collusion” is not a “crime” under U.S. law, it’s largely irrelevant, whether it’s true or not. A presidential campaign conspiring with a foreign power that interferes on its behalf in an election rises to the level of impeachment if the Congress says it does. A Laundry List Of Charges Even if Trump isn’t shown to have conspired with Russia on election interference, his repeated lies to the American people about his connections to the Kremlin while he worked with Russia on a personal business project, the Trump Tower Moscow, well into the campaign, could rightly be viewed as an impeachable offense. And even before the Cohen filings made the timeline of that deal clear, Trump’s calls for better relations with the Russian government, including lifting sanctions and changing American policy in Ukraine, could be viewed as an impeachable case of putting his own selfish interests before the United States’.
  14. On PPP... With these Conservative lemmings? 2002. You should have been here before the old board got 86'd... Was a good time with this crew justifying war. Probably before all their "Deep State Enlightening." They sure could have used Greggy back then! LoL...
  15. Silver lining. They are offing themselves more: https://www.ajc.com/news/gun-deaths-highest-level-years-cdc-says/vgcdQWPITScDYEdpHrswBP/amp.html And they had drugs in their systems: “Those individuals that do complete suicides -- when autopsies are performed, (they) definitely have one or more substances in their bodies at the time of the suicide death,” Cauffield said. She said those who take their own lives tend to fit the same demographic. “We are seeing a real rise in suicides, particularly males age 60 and higher,” Cauffield said.

  18. He died in 2013. It's probably documented. This is the sad part... "According to the Doug Engelbart Institute, his death came after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, which he was diagnosed with in 2007..." That's right @ debut of the smartphone. Sad.
  19. Is EZ-Pass part of the group? I have EZ-Pass out of New York on 2 of my cars. It works across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, etc... I-Pass is Illinois. I got one, but they hold a $20 deposit and zap $20 when low. EZ-Pass free... Only $15 a pop. Had these well over 15 years... I forgot when Indiana, Ohio, Illinois came online. Indiana Turnpike used to be I-Zoom... But they renamed to EZ-Pass. Oh... WARNING: A few years back, I sent in my expired transponder back to New York. They were refreshing the units with new ones. USE THE FOIL MAILING BAG... OR WRAP IN ALUMINUM FOIL WHEN MAILING. I had no issue with mine I sent back. I use the bag. BUT... The new transponder they sent to me was going off in mail truck! For real! I almost had a cow when I checked my statement. Check your account frequently! Especially when they mail new transponder during a refresh. Really! All the way from NYC service center. Bridges. Thruway. LMAO... Dumbazzes. Something like 30 bucks!!! They reversed the charges/tolls. In matter a fact... That reminds me, checking both Illinois and New York accounts now!
  20. You ain't saying! The clank off the post. Pen shot... I just saw the goal they whistled off for the Bs. That puck was still moving, but the ref lost sight. Is Our luck turning... It seems to be in Boston, this is 3rd win going back to last year's two @ TD Garden...
  21. You have to be important to talk this way. We go way back, I'd actually feel dirty if I didn't earn your distain. I thought that was a given. Retreat to your bubble, you will be safe there Snowflake. I know the news from the conservative leaning media is hard to take. Sorry for crashing the party.
  22. Interstering read from Forbes: https://www.forbes.com/sites/stevedenning/2018/12/16/mueller-exposes-putins-hold-over-trump/amp/ Puntin's hold over Trump... Is This Beginning of the End for Trump? On December 7, the New York Times asked, “Is This the Beginning of the End for Trump?” Such a question had already been asked more than a hundred times since Trump’s election. All too often, the question reflected wishful thinking. On this occasion, however, we do appear to be at a turning point, since we finally know what hold Putin has over Trump. Yet, we may be rather “at the end of the beginning,” in that we finally know how and why Trump became president.” The beginning of the end” will come once there is a viable path towards doing something about it. While the liberal media highlights the salacious aspects of the payments to cover up Trump’s affairs with Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, and the Russian spy Maria Butina’s interactions with the NRA, and trumpets the claim that Trump himself became a felon by directing felonious campaign finance contributions, Trump’s defenders have scoffed. Breaches of campaign finance legislation might be felonies in a court of law, but in the court of public opinion they are unintelligible technicalities: Moreover, Trump’s defenders also note that in order to prove that Trump committed a felony by instructing his lawyer to make illegal campaign contributions, the Special Counsel would have to show that Trump did so “willfully” i.e. that he knew that the payments were illegal under the notoriously complex campaign finance law. This may be difficult, given that the liberal press has spent two years seeking to prove that Donald Trump doesn’t understand the law of anything. It is noteworthy that Mueller has handed off the prosecutions of the hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal and Maria Butina’s involvement with the NRA to other parts of the Justice Department. In effect, the Special Counsel’s Office gives every sign of focusing sharply on the larger narrative with Russia. It is investigating the possibility that Donald Trump, his campaign, his organization and his associates, participated in a set of criminal conspiracies with Russia to defraud the United States both of a free and fair election and of a government solely devoted to its interests (18 U.S.C. § 371).
  23. Breezed through a little. Fascinating. What caught my eye, everything is in capital, upper case letters. Is that line above the proper names, first word, etc... Suppose to signify the difference between lower and upper case?
  24. Yes, in regards to a well regulated militia. Let's not forget that part.
