The way they are managing the fisheries is the issue. The DNRs are their own worst enemy. They introduced NorthWest Pacific (coho) salmon in the Middle 3 Lakes starting in 1967. That's what they are worried about. DNR created the salmon industry, fishing charters. Asian carp is a direct threat to the fishery... And that salmon stamp $$$$ on the fishing licenses.
