Should I be saying this? Statue limitations up? My best friend's friend from college... His family had a beach house right next to the park. After they closed in 1989... We got liquored up and went comando... Snuck in. Got a few choice things... Got into: "Laff in the Dark" ride... Few different things there... Like an ape face relief plaque. Boy... Security sucked in those days? What would they do to us? Deport us? Pre-passport days.

LoL... Remember the chains in the parking lot? In 1977 I was chasing my olderbrother going back to car from lunch. Remember the days when people didn't eat in park, but packed their own food. Anyway, I wad chasing my Bro as we were hurdling the chains (vehicle row dividers)... I caught one and BOOM, went down like a sack of potatoes on the grass.. I instantly knew my left elbow was broken... Nobody believed me. Anyway... Being in Canada... My parents finally decided to take me back over the bridge and to the hospital... Sure enough, broken. Had to have surgery and pins. Pins still in my elbow till this day... Not sure why they put permanent pins in... My son had a bronen elbow, about same age (2005) and the Ortho removed his after the cast came off. Oh... Before the water slides went in a year later... The Park offered free tix. In the days before people really sued, why would we sue? My fault...

For the people that are confused... The current Comet is a combination of three. Used to part of the Crystal Beach Cyclone, then the Crystal Beach Comet, NOW the Great Escape Comet... From @Gugny 's review... Still sounds like the same painful Comet. I guess.my joke fell flat.

Yes....Many times... Never at Great Escape. Sounds like the same Comet (parts were originally the "Crystal Beach Cyclone"). I wonder if that's like @Mike in Horseheads being a fan of the Baltimore Orioles after they were first the Milwaukee Brewers and then the St.Louis Browns. ?? LoL... I was a Browns fan.

Went to Steamboat and driving up from Denver... Lots of billboards (urban areas around Denver etc...) with lawyers advertising: "Hurt in a snowsports accident?" Make that son of a bit... pay, we'll help... Okay... Maybe NOT the last part, but you get the gist. There's even ambulance chasers on snowmobiles and snowcats in Colorado!

Also... Years ago had my daughter, when she was very little, got run over by an out of control boarder. Sure it happens on skis... But you shouldn't have to hit your azz on the deck to stop. Uphill skier/rider is burdened should be in total control.

Good... Boards really do "chop" up a piste. I don't mind... But I have to get to a ski only resort to compare the difference... It's been years... It be interesting to compare the difference.

Since you were first. Came to a complete stop signalled... Then the bus stopped... Why didn't you make your left before arms of bus came out... Was the bus still rolling to a stop AND putting signals out. They shouldn't be doing that. Why did you heatitate? Make your turn left... AND the bus driver, seeing your intent, knowing you were first should have delayed signals until you cleared intersection. Don't open that door till you're gone... Boy... Bus driver was a real Richard Head for still rolling and putting out signals. Why did you wait so long too. You stopped, signalled before bus came to stop. You should have been long gone before bus was ready to unload children. AND again, bus driver seeing you, should have delayed till you cleared. You're not bad. The bus driver is a horrible bus driver.

It's not usually everybody... Even at +11,000' or so. If we were all born in Buffalo, that's around +500-600' msl. It is a big jump Back in Scouts, our Philmont crew, we had one Scout feeling the effects of high country. Staying hydrated is key. Eating well too. We got back down below 10,000 and he squared it away. Which was a good thing... Would have sucked to hike him out. This was in mid-1980s before modern communicative technology.

I never skied Utah. Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Cali, BC, Alberta... All round Utah, but never Utah... I think I will push for that next!
