  1. Then they go for 2pts. and win! 😆 I am so glad the stadium built on a Native American village site and burial grounds would have no part of this alternate reality scenario. Devin made the right choice. He didn't need the 1st down. Josh took a knee on next play and moved ball back another 4 yards! Oh... Here it is again:
  2. You know why it was the right thing to do? Because Miami was conceding the TD. Never give your opponent what they want... You'll play into their hands /EndOfDiscussion "McDermott said it was smart of Singletary to recognize that if he didn’t score a touchdown, the Dolphins would have to use their final timeout..."
  3. Wrong. Didn't need first down. He ran on 2nd. Josh took a knee on 3rd. There was only two plays left. They were gonna kick with 2 seconds left anyway. No play was coming after that. Come on people... Trust the Process! 😏
  4. Yet... McD compensated by pitching a perfect clock management game. But... he was going up against a whiz-kid millennial... I guess that helps! Always do it during a sellout. Words for the wise. 😉 😜
  5. Still has 2.7 million people, the 2020 Census had Chicago gaining +2% in population from 2010 to 2020... ...They must be coming back?
  6. I was a legacy cable subscriber since 1996. I called to get NFLnetwork... I upgraded my plan. I had to get new Set Top Boxes (STB)... Had Legacy Boxes... I now have DVR. Doesn't come out to be that much more a month. I might actually enjoy the NFLnetwork... Get like +85 more channels too or something like that.
  7. It gets way less snow here than BFLo but gets waaay colder here. Very seldom dips below 0° in BFLo. Next week it may here. Snow insulates.
  8. But... They will build a dome! Bears will eventually move out of Soldier and go to Arlington Heights, Illinois.... They will build a sports complex/District like SoFi in S.Cali... Get a SuperBowl in Chicago It's coming...Just down the road.
  9. Hope it ain't like our petcoke we ship to 3rd World countries. That's like their "crack cocaine" for all their energy needs and environmental destruction. How bad can salt trailings be for environment? 😉
  10. What's the environmental consequences of the left over salt?
  11. Well... The dams at Hoover/Glen Canyon are Federal. Fed $$$$. There should be a BigAg return to the Federal taxpayers throughout the country... Just like when the taxpayers in Duluth pay to rebuild South Florida after a hurricane. Send the beef and sugar North. That's what pays the bills. Economy.
  12. Because the ocean is salty and that costs a lot of money for desalination... Rich don't get rich by spending money...😉😜 Anyway....They'd have to pump it up a ~1,000' to reach Lake Mead's elevation. You'd think that there would be a way to recapture spent hydro water. I suppose the energy balance to pump it back into pumped storage would be to great... ??
  13. Sure sounds like it's equipment. The original design of Hard Rock didn't have that equipment. It was added 30 years later... Just like adding heated benches. They added the roof and only one team, the home team benefits from it. It's not structural. It can be taken off.
  14. Without the invention of mechanical AC, WHICH coincidentally was invented in Upstate/BFLo, New York... The Sunbelt would be uninhabitable... Probably wouldn't have 3/4 of it's population. Go figure...
  15. Wait till he gets on bus and sees 2' of snow on the ground!
  16. Yet... Like the Jets, Mets, Nets (coincidence they sound the same) do not have a majority of their teams fans in any county in the US. Not one county has a majority of their fans! It's always another team: Giants, Yankees, Knicks...
  17. The Dolphins know they are gaming the equity rule with their new roof. The League should force them to at very least switch sides at halftime if the team can't provide equal shade. No different than turning benches on. Here's the dig, the rub... They know what they are doing: Check out this dig from McDaniel: "You don't really prepare for it besides mentally deciding whether it's going to matter to you, or not," McDaniel said. "To me, you just decide whether you're going to let it factor in or not, and then you adjust as best you can. There's certain things that become harder when there's moisture or it hits a certain level of frigidness. But the good news is that there's not different atmospheres on both sidelines. We will be playing the game in the same elements." THERE were literally different atmospheres in Miami between the sidelines back in late September!
  18. Again... How can Miami use the stadium roof for shade and the visitors aren't afforded the same thing? Aren't they using something the other team isn't? And portable tents don't count. Both teams should have the same equipment. The stadium roof in Miami is no different as equipment when compared to heated benches.
  19. Have at it! 17-7 Bills!
  20. Isn't that how they scored in September vs. Poyer-less Bills in Miami. Vertical middle...
  21. I think Devin Singletary has the potential in a snow game. Blocking not great... But the conditions might get him through to more daylight with conditions not being conducive for good blocking really needed. He just needs to find daylight...
  22. Amazing... Just imagine if States pulled that crap with signs like that today! People would lose whatever minds they have left... Especially if they applied it to ClimateChange refugees, citizen or not... I mean... It's over-populated... What's gonna happen to SW if Lake Mead gets to dead pool? Do they have a power plan?
