  1. Hopefully my fellow Bills fans can finally get behind this staff and front office and Trust the process. Most of you guys gave them crap all over social media and the radio for the moves they made and accused them of tanking, but all they did was end the drought. Get behind these guys moving forward, please! Fair warning is some players you like will get processed. After making the playoffs, if you’re a Bills fan you owe it to them to stand behind them.
  2. I love Mayfield’s skill set and I’m starting to come around on him after learning more about him from the Heisman ceremony piece and his speech. Only thing that scares me about him is his attitude. He can either apply it and turn it into a positive and give the whole team a chip on their shoulder, or he can go the route of becoming a team cancer, especially if he’s on a team that will have to lose to get better. Oh and there’s the whole Heisman jinx thing.
  3. If you go college ranks, there’s a lot of noise down here that Matt Canada is waiting on an NFL job to open up soon. It’s become evident that he’s heading out because he was taken off the recruiting trail weeks leading up to signing day. Also of note, he was Peterman’s OC and QB coach at Pitt.
  4. Mayfield is a hot head like Ryan Leaf, no thanks!
  5. whats the record for most interceptions thrown in a game by a QB? What the hell, let’s go for it! Time to start thinking of packages to move up and grab Rosen.
  6. Just in time for the Saints game.
  7. Tonight solidified my stance that QB is #1 priority this offseason.
  8. A 3rd is an excellent trade for the Bills. I dont even count the 7th because thats like Beane telling the Panthers well pay for shipping.
  9. BS. Im all for Beane to play hardball here. Boldin signed to play with the Bills, probably taking other potential free agents off the board we could have signed but didnt because Boldin was committed.
  10. One of the two most influential music legends from New Orleans. The other being Louis Armstrong. Its a sad day down here saying goodbye to the fat man. I went to his house about 5 years ago for work. Got to meet him and his family.
  11. I'm an LSU fan and season ticket holder. Dupre has a lot of talent, but he's inconsistent. He left a lot of people scratching their heads when he chose to skip his senior year for the NFL. He could have really benefited from another year in school because he took a step back last season with dropping the ball regularly and showing no willing to fight for the ball when defended. He's not a head case, he comes from a really good family. I just feel he wasn't motivated enough. In the bowl game against Louisville he put it all together and it was like watching a whole different receiver. Maybe he was motivated then by the thoughts of gaining draft stock and heading to the NFL, but he fought for the ball in traffic and made the catches expected of him. I think he'd be a good fit in Buffalo if the coaches can motivate him and keep him motivated.
  12. Holy cow, what was it about the last 15 years that gets you to think "it's all good!"? Fans who wear their emotions on their sleeves are ridiculous, and I've learned over the past 48 hours that the Bills fanbase is loaded with them. Give the new regime a chance to clean house and build their team. It may fail and a new regime will come in in four years and do the same thing, or four years from now we could be looking deep into the playoffs. Who knows, but you have to give them a chance to do work.
  13. Sammy is overrated. All he has shown is potential, nothing more than potential. In reality he's an injury prone #2 receiver at best.
  14. I'm in! First time Coach and GM you know will give their all to prove their worth. We don't know their worth yet, but I'm excited.
  15. Something y'all might not know about Tre White is he has blood already in the NFL. Former Cowboy and now Jets DB Morris Claiborne is his cousin, and they look extremely alike. Google a facial shot of Mo Claiborne and Tre White to see a strange resemblance.
  16. I hope Mahommes starts next season so that first round pick can be really high.
  17. I'm an LSU season ticket holder. For the last four years, I've watched Tre White grow into the player he is today. You're downright stupid and don't follow LSU football if you think Jamal Adams made Tre White. If you ask Jamal, he will tell you that Tre White helped make him the player he was, hint why Tre White was voted by his teammates to be the first Tiger to wear #18 for his team for both his junior and senior year. You never had to worry about White's side of the field, and neither was Adams. Jamal Adams spent most of his time backing up younger corners like Donte Jackson and Kevin Toliver. While showing signs at times, he struggled a bit during his freshman and sophomore seasons. But a lot of that had to do with changing defensive coordinators 3 times from John Chavis to Kevin Steele. Then for his senior year he had Dave Aranda as his defensive coordinator.
  18. Tre White Baby! Screw all the haters! Dude was the leader of our defense as he wore #18 which goes to the team captain, and an excellent punt returner.
  19. Definitely Taker losing to Lesnar at 30. Might be because I was there, but the sound that went over the entire Superdome after the pin I'll never forget.
  20. I posted here frequently a lot around those times. Got to know Scott, ICE, RRich, MarkVader, BFinIndiana, and few others pretty well. I took a few years off because of life, and now I pretty much just lurk, especially around draft time.
  21. I know one thing, we got two absolute animals with Lawson and Ragland. Ragland will lead this defense for 10 years.
  22. Anyone who doesn't like this pick doesn't know Ron Brooks. This dude is mean and a playmaker. Only reason he wasn't a full time starter was because of numbers. 2010 Patrick peterson and Mo Claiborne were your starters. Brooks, Badger, and Tharold Simon split reps in the nickel. Brooks is no Peterson or Claiborne, but who really is? 2011 Claiborne and Tharold Simon were your starters. With Brooks and Badger in the nickel.. Only reason Simon was the #2 DB because he's 6'4 with coverage ability. Look for Simon to also be a first rounder when he comes out. Also because Badger was a must to keep in the Nickel because of what he does that made him a finalist for the heisman. Brooks could have started for any other team in the country. He's that good. I don't ever remember seeing him out of position his whole career. He's smart. What you're getting is a DB with Brooks is not elite, but great coverage ability. Elite speed. Can kick return. And will hit you if you're in the way. Look up what Brooks did to Auburn when he to start opposite of Claiborne when both Simon and Badger got suspended.
  23. I have no ties to Buffalo and became a Bills fan when I was old enough to understand football. Nowadays I'm much more into the New Orleans Saints. Not because of the Bills struggles, but because ever since Hurricane Katrina hit us here, I've felt a great sense of pride for my home state and my people here alot like most of you Buffalonians have for WNY. The things that the Saints organization had done for the locals and the community is remarkable. They had every opportunity to leave New Orleans for San Antonio when everything was at it's worst, but they decided New Orleans was home. It's really a shame at what has happened to the Bills, and a big part of me wants the Bills to move to Canada so I can stop giving a damn, but another part of me still hopes the Bills can win the Superbowl just one time only for the lifelong friends I have made through this board since joining back in 1998 because you guys deserve it.
  24. Thanks bro! LSU's success depends on how well our QB's progressed from last year to this year. We are loaded everywhere but QB, but Jordan Jefferson showed alot of skill when he took the job from Jarrett Lee. So we will see, our schedule is brutal as we play the top two teams in the SEC-E in Florida and at Georgia, and we also play our two biggest SEC-W teams Alabama and Ole Miss on the road. Oh yeah, neither Bama or Ole Miss play Florida or Georgia. So yes, it's going to be brutal, but if we can win 2 out of those 4, that will be great! I see 10-2 and Sugar Bowl at best, and 8-4 and Chic Fila Bowl at worst. Go ahead and pencil Florida in as the National Champions. The only game on their schedule they won't be at least a 10 point favorite in is when they come to Baton Rouge to play us. But they have their off week the week before, while we are playing at Georgia. Unless something happens to Tebow, they will cruise through their schedule and the SEC, and more than likely any given team who chooses to meet them in Pasadena.
