  1. Unf***in believable. Just our luck.
  2. I hate penalties -- especially on returns and we stop them on third down.
  3. Man, I hope that I did not speak to soon. Get it together JP. He better do so soon.
  4. You are correct sir.
  5. Nice first drive. So far, he looks like he has shaken off the past few weeks. Keep it up JP. It is a good sign that he was very sharp in the first drive. Go Bills.
  6. We paid left tackle money for a right tackle who has had his troubles both on the field and staying on the field. I just hope that he can get it together. I have a feeling his next contract will not be nearly as much as his rookie contract.
  7. That average QB is the top rated QB in the NFC.
  8. Yeah, you are right. Madden and Parcells are wrong. They don't know that regardless of what happens, we are supposed to blame DB for everything.
  9. Not according to John Madden and Bill Parcells. It was the receiver's fault. You are reaching.
  10. You are tough. I think Kelly was a great QB. I would love to have him back in his prime (although he probably would get ripped for being a statue on this board).
  11. If your point is that Drew is less mobile than JP, thanks for stating the obvious (although which one has a running TD?). My point is that if the Bills would have upgraded the o-line (as they should have a long time ago), which QB would be better? Unless and until JP learns to throw the ball with one of his legs, DB is the much better QB at this stage of the game. Again, as I said, DB was not the problem that others made him out to be. We should have put together a dominated o-line for whoever was or is going to be the Bills QB.
  12. Would you make the same comment regarding Kelly and Marino?
  13. It seems like there have been a lot of injuries this year to some really good players. I cannot quantify it compared to other years, but it seems that you could put together a pretty competitive team with the players that are out or are playing through some pretty bad injuries.
  14. It just demonstrates that Drew was not the problem with the Bills as so many people argued.
  15. On the one hand, he may have just been referring to QBs who can run with the ball. On the other hand, he would be an idiot for not including Brady, Manning, or Favre.
  16. Over the past year, so many of you argued that JP would improve this team if he started. Now, many of you and the Bills are taking a different tack. I was hoping to win now. Based on what many of you now say, we may as well just treat this year as the year when we are going to sacrifice our previous team goal of advancing to the playoffs and beyond so that one player (JP) can learn how to play the NFL game. I wanted to go to the playoffs this year. I had hoped that the Bills made the decision to hand control of the offense to a guy (who had no meaningful experience in an NFL regular season game) because they actually thought it would achieve that goal this year. Either the Bills (and many of you) were wrong about whether JP would improve the team this year or the Bills made the decision for future years. I disagreed with the Bills decision (and many of you), because I did not think that JP was ready yet. It is the most difficult position in the NFL and perhaps in sports. I like JP and think that he has some talent and is a good guy. Unfortunately, the first three games have shown that he is not ready yet. I would have preferred to keep the other guy (who is now the top rated QB in the NFC) to maximize our chance of success this year, improve our offensive line, and give JP the time that he needs. Instead, we have no choice but to give JP the on the job training that he needs and consider this a throw away year unless something drastically changes. Having an inexperienced QB and a mediocre (at best) o-line is a recipe for a bad season. I really hope that JP and the rest of the team can turn it around this year (hopefully beginning this Sunday) so that we can have some meaningful games in December.
  17. Any QB that will help this team go to the playoffs this year.
  18. Apparently, the whole team has been listed as "winded."
  19. God bless and come back safe and sound.
  20. Given our 1-2 start and what we know now, what do you guys think would be a successful season?
  21. I think I saw the highlight of the long one where he desperately was chasing after whoever scored the TD.
  22. That may be one of the reasons why those guys play defense. Antoine could not catch worth a lick. Yet, he is a darn good corner. I have no idea how JP statistically compares to others regarding dropped INTs. I just hope that he has them out of his system, because he is pressing his luck. There do seem to be a bunch of them already. Do you remember the first pass in the second half against the Texans? That guy must have had hands of stone.
  23. That is why Parcells knows what he is doing.
  24. Let's see what it looks like at the end of the year including wins and losses. I really hope that we can turn it around.
