Bills at Browns Post Game Post Mortem
Peter replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Is it safe now to point out that we had the second easiest schedule in the league to put the record in perspective? -
6-2 sounds good and a win is a win. Nevertheless, it is probably wise to put the record in perspective. The last time I checked, we had played the second easiest schedule in the league and have one of the easiest schedules going forward.

The hit was not dirty. The form was text book. Moorman did not even think it was dirty. Moorman also congratulated Taylor on the hit. There was not even a flag thrown. If you are going to run a trick play in an all star game, you risk having your punter get hit. That is what happened. https://youtu.be/SC7Wx3zCiQo

The D isn't built to handle what hit them today
Peter replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This helps to tell the story. Also, I just read on ESPN that we have one of the easiest schedules in the league. In terms of difficulty, we rank 25 for the entire year (past and future for the season). We have the 31st ranked schedule up to this point. In other words, the second easiest schedule up to now. -
I don't think I have an issue with what happened on the sideline as far as I can tell. In any event, this should not come as much of a surprise considering we all read (or at least some of us read) that Daboll was. bit of a prick in Cleveland: Daboll in Cleveland

Josh Allen in concussion protocol: Update cleared 10/5
Peter replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Throwing the picks may classify as dumb mistakes. Fighting for a first down and presuming that players will not deliberately try to knock him out with an illegal helmet to helmet does not. -
Belichicks son and Pats staffers escorted off field

Hey kids get off of my lawn. -
I hope for the best with Morse - both for him and the Bills. Nevertheless, according to PFF, he was the 13th ranked center as I recall, and we made him the highest paid center. We probably overpaid even without his considering his medical history. Given his medical history before signing and now this, making him the highest paid center in the league when we signed him certainly raises some issues.

Arsenal's Sead Kolasinac fought off two knife wielding attempted car jackers in London . . . with his bare hands. That is one tough dude.

Would Bills Fans Cheer an Injured Opponent?
Peter replied to judman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This was one of the worst moments in the history of the Buffalo Bills. Up until that point, I thought that we had some of the best fans in the world. When this happened, I realized that, although some or our fans are great, there are far too many who are no better than the lowest common denominator. -
Patriots file tampering charges against Texans
Peter replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wonder why they fired our former VP Brian Gaine as their GM so quickly. They had a good year last year. There must be a back story. -
Would Bills Fans Cheer an Injured Opponent?
Peter replied to judman's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sadly, Bills fans cheered when one or our QBs got injured. Embarrassing. -
Great Q and A with Ken Dorsey (Athletic Subscription Required)
Peter replied to Juice_32's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great Interview. I am so happy the Bills decided to hire Josh a proper QB coach this year. I never understood why they did what they did last year. It was a disservice to Josh. -
Chris Simms "Josh Allen talks technique"

Wow. So sad. So young. RIP Sue.

RD 6, Pick 181: S Jaquan Johnson, University of Miami
Peter replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jaquan plays hard, hits hard, and seems to have good instincts.. I like the pick. -
RD 5, Pick 147: LB Vosean Joseph, University of Florida

Those were pretty cool. -
I have UM season tickets and the kid has got lots of potential.

Boring and outdate to some perhaps . . . . Classic to others.

Why would they change from their classic Jets uniforms? The classic uniforms are actually pretty nice. They already made the mistake of trying to fix what was not broken . . . as did we.

Robin Lehner on playing in Buffalo & Buffalo Fans
Peter replied to Reed83HOF's topic in Off the Wall Archives
As a decades long Buffalo sports fan, I have to agree with his assessment of some of the fan base and some of the media. Although we have some the best fans in the world, there is no shortage of miserable fans and current and former TBN writers (for example).
