  1. "I'm Sorry" on Netflix. "Ted Lasso" on Apple TV
  2. FWIW - to those saying that Teller was traded because he was not as good in pass blocking, he is rated above our guards in pass blocking as well according to PFF. I do recall that Teller was well liked among his fellow players on the Bills. I cannot say why he was traded rather than someone else -- too bad they did not trade Spain instead. Given that Teller really excels in run blocking (and is rated a better pass blocker), it would have been nice to have him on the team - especially given the state of our running game. Teams have to make tough decisions and, as with many things in life, we sometimes wish we did one thing rather than another. Although the above is true, we are in the AFC Championship Game and one game away from the Super Bowl . . . so things are not so bad. 😀
  3. I thought that that pass was one of Josh's most impressive passes. I am even more impressed now.
  4. I remember Ricky Williams' first game in snow . . . fortunately, we won that game.
  5. The "miracle" to which I was referring was Al doing the Bills' game after he supposedly said he was not going back to Buffalo (which I have a hard time believing).
  6. I believe that he indicated that he and Chris C would be doing the game against the Ravens. P.S. Prior to the Pittsburgh game, I had heard the bit about him supposedly saying he would not go to Buffalo again, but I have never seen a link to an actual quote (I do not have time to go through this thread to see whether anyone has posted one). It sounds like this just may have been a rumor. P.P.S. If he does the Bills-Ravens game, does that mean we can believe in miracles again . . . .
  7. The writer was making a joke. No reason to take offense.
  8. That was fantastic. Thank you for sharing. Huh? He forgave him for making him look like an idiot: "I forgive him for making me, and so many others, look like an idiot."
  9. As a Bills fan, I would prefer that to Daboll going to the Jets. Daboll may feel the same way as well given that the Chargers have a young QB with potential.
  10. At the same time, you have to give Josh a lot of credit for doing everything he could do to develop his natural talent. I remember reading a lot of articles/tweets/posts about how unlikely it is for QBs to improve their accuracy and being worried about drafting him. Josh proved everyone wrong . . . and rewarded the faith that Beane (and ownership) had in Josh. Although I was worried when we picked him, I quickly realized that Josh is very easy to root for and loved the way he embraced Buffalo. Full marks to Josh (and Palmer, Daboll, and Dorsey) for the progress he has made, which has been spectacular. Josh not only has been a great leader and QB, he is so much fun to watch as a fan (particularly a Buffalo Bills fan).
  11. Once the Jets no longer were able to get the first pick in the draft (and the opportunity to draft Trevor Lawrence), I immediately thought that they would go after Daboll as their HC because of Daboll's involvement in Josh's development with the thought that he could do the same think with Darnold. I hope we do not lose Daboll to the Jets. I would much rather see him go elsewhere if he gets a HC opportunity.
  12. Mando - I love it. P.S. The relevant part begins at about 42 seconds.
  13. He certainly looked like a running back the way he returned that for a TD (except for the way he held the ball 😀). Great play by Jerry!
  14. As Fairburn states, "Sean McDermott’s vague comments on Mitch Morse do a disservice to Morse and to the fans."
  15. I guess that is why McCoach sat him. Hmmm. P.S. I hope you are correct . . . but the news is not reassuring given the reported comments of McD especially after the contract they gave him. His injury history (both before and after he became a Buffalo Bill) is not good.
  16. This is not good if Morse is not good enough to start. Highest Paid Centers
  17. No one could have made a play for us?
  18. It is funny how you took offense to the phrase "echo chamber" but not a peep about the use of the word "trolling." If someone criticized your knowledge of football "to almost trolling levels," I dare say you would have interpreted it the same way. Again, as a moderator, you may want to consider why I (someone who became a member here at least 7 years* before you) hardly come by anymore. * I actually joined before then. The site was changed and the date that is now reflected is when the site was updated or changed.
  19. I think I have. Echo chamber also is an accurate description of the responses I have gotten from a couple of guys. I think we should have defended the play better. Generic and some others think there is nothing that could have been done. We disagree. In the process, I was called a troll after being a member here for two decades. This discussion has reminded me why I hardly come by anymore after I used to spend hours here. Given that you are a moderator, you may want to consider that. Be well.
  20. Insult? I called his comments generic. That is tame. The guy essentially called me a troll. I have been a member here for two decades. My "discussion" with him and a few others has reminded me why I hardly stop by anymore when I used to spend hours on here and was one of the most devoted members of TBD.
  21. We disagree. Your moniker ("Generic") is appropriate.
  22. You and the other two can continue your echo chamber. I am glad that you think that we did all we could do and you are happy. I don't, and I am not. God bless.
