  1. McCoach better hope that Josh starts playing like we think he can and this is not a new normal. Otherwise, he will forever be known as the guy who traded the right to pick Mahomes. Given how White has played since he got hurt, the trade is even worse.
  2. Didn’t she used to play for Liverpool and now plays for Aston Villa? 😁
  3. Don't the Bills have their computers set for an automatic waiver claim on anyone cut by the Carolina Panthers?
  4. Thank you!
  5. Agreed. I am not going to let this ruin my weekend. With any luck, the Bills and Arsenal both win. Now I have to figure out what to do on Saturday. I see that Fulham and Crystal Palace are both at home on Saturday. Have you been to either stadium? P.S. I usually stay at a hotel in Paddington but they raised their rate to a ridiculous amount. I am staying at the Mondrian London Shoreditch. I have never been to Shoreditch. Any thoughts regarding that area of London?
  6. Yes. I was shocked. I was under the presumption that the London police do not like conflicting events in proximity to each other. I also am surprised that Kroenke would allow this to happen given that he also owns an NFL team (Rams) etc. How is it that it took this long for the broadcaster to figure out that Arsenal v. Man City is a game that people might be interested in seeing . . . . In any event, I am planning on starting my day watching the Bills at the Spurs stadium wearing my Arsenal shirt and then going to the Arsenal game (hopefully the Bills are winning by a large margin so that I will not feel guilty leaving early if I decide to do so). These are first world problems. Oh well. Go Bills!!! COYG!!!
  7. I also had been following Eddie and Nick on Twitter. Eddie was so inspiring. As a father of two boys myself, I was heartbroken when I saw Nick’s tweet announcing that Eddie had passed away. This really has effected me. Eddie was a very special little boy who had a huge impact on so many people in such a short life. I would love for the Bills to play one of the videos of Eddie yelling “GO BILLS” during or before a game. It would really pump up the crowd and be a nice tribute to an amazing young boy. May Eddie’s memory be eternal. For those of you who follow the EPL, Eddie effected me in much the same way Bradley Lowery did. Bradley Lowery
  8. 1) Flight to London ✅ 2) Hotel in London ✅ 3) Ticket to Arsenal v Man City ✅ (COYG!!!) 4) Ticket to Bills v Jaguars ✅
  9. For some reason you and others do not think he has been a distraction. If that really is your view, I cannot help you see the light. As an aside, how many threads and how many pages on here have been devoted to this guy's antics this off season?!? If the guy truly wants to be a leader and win, he should: - stop with the cryptic messages on social media; - not have skipped out on voluntary practices (if he REALLY wants to be a leader); and - have attended the first mandatory practice. Just my two cents.
  10. For better or worse, his contract essentially precludes a trade. I really hope that this does not continue being a distraction.
  11. As I mentioned above, I have my Arsenal ticket and airfare. I now also have my hotel (Good deal through Amex at the Mondrian Shoreditch - I have never stayed in this neighborhood before, I hope it is good). I did not have any luck yet getting a ticket to the Bills game today, but I am hopeful that I will be able to get one by other means.
  12. 121 looks to be a great location. Congratulations.
  13. I usually get tickets through the Arsenal Ticket Exchange because I am a red member and my older son is a silver member. This time, a friend of mine who is a season ticket holder, knew that I wanted to go and gave me a ticket for my birthday. I am lucky to have such a friend. If you are an Arsenal fan, I recommend that you become a member. There are various perks including being able to buy tickets on the Arsenal website. They hold back a few thousand tickets for members of the team that you can try to buy 30 days before the game (as a red member) and 60 days (if you are a silver member). I have had some success with that, but there is no guaranty. Once the game sells out, members are allowed to sell/buy tickets on the Arsenal Ticket Exchange. This past season was difficult because of the demand. We shall see about this season. I try to go to London to watch Arsenal at least once every season. Good luck. Go Bills!!! COYG!!!
  14. I don't have tickets to the Bills game yet, but I do have: 1) My ticket to London; 2) My ticket to Arsenal v. Man City (COYG) Fingers crossed that I will be able to get a ticket to the Bills game . . . .
  15. I think I will be going to Arsenal/City. I should know more in the next couple of days. Presuming the Arsenal game stays on Saturday, the weekend will work out perfectly. (North) London is Red, White and Blue.
  16. Out of curiosity, do you know whether we had more rushing yards per game in 2021 or 2022? Hmmm. P.S. I do believe that we needed a better offensive line in 2022, but that is not on Dorsey. He could only play the cards that he was dealt.
  17. The Dorsey hate is ridiculous. Buffalo Bills 2021 Offense (Daboll) Buffalo Bills 2022 Offense (Dorsey)
  18. The good news is that there is a writers strike so maybe we still have a chance.
  19. The biggest surprise watching this clip was that Harry Kane did not take a dive. My fellow Gooners will understand the comment above.

Thanks. They should change that then. Awful all the way around.

I wonder if there was an option for the Bills to put him on some exempt list to retain his rights while he went through the legal process. If there was not, there should be. Separate and apart from any football considerations, as I told many people I know back then, wait until all the facts come out. I remember how so many people I know in person, here, and on social media were so convinced that they knew exactly what happened and were willing to hang or exonerate him. Some people were so "certain" of his guilt or innocence there was really no point in talking with those people.
  22. I know this question was not directed toward me and I do not have an answer. Nevertheless, as an Arsenal fan, I do not want Arsenal to win the EPL this year merely as a result of City having points deducted etc.
  23. He certainly was. I actually was in London and at a pub watching his first game after his suspension with one of my best friends who is huge United fan. Although I am an Arsenal supporter, I always respected United and Sir Alex. I especially like the way that Sir Alex and Arsene's relationship has evolved.
  24. I have no issue with those that are longtime City supporters. You earned it over the years. As an aside, when I meet football (read soccer) fans here in the US and ask them which team they support, I respect those that are actual die hard fans (no matter the club) as opposed to those that jump on whichever bandwagon (e.g., Real Madrid, Barca, or more recent City or Chelsea fans). In fact, even though I am an Arsenal supporter, when I meet someone who says they support Spurs, I actually respect that. They are a true fan otherwise why would one pick Spurs out the blue.
  25. The oil money is limitless and the owners of City do not care one bit about breaking the rules.
