  1. I think its easy, Lance Armstrong lied for years, convinced a nation he was a role model, even started a plastic wrist band trend. Lance was a lying icon.
  2. To answer your question, I think if he buys into it, yes, but he hasn't been the unselfish and modest player an UDFA should he, so I expect a BS injury to occur, when really it was a lack of conditioning. He will be released with in the year.
  3. And Labatts, I know that its Canadian, but its something western New Yorker grow up drinking...I introduce screamers to pretty much every girlfriend, they hate it but I love watching their facial expressions.
  4. I think Moore understands the situation, of the 5 OL positions, RG is the least important/glamorous, until you see a giant gap. In the off-season, no one sees a post 30 year old RG as a target. But once training camp starts and we see areas of concerns his value increases. He has had his tires kicked several times, but left without a contract (other teams). Teams want to see if their back ups and younger players can fill that position before signing an aging vet. I think Moore is a strong possibility and Urbik could be moved to LG. Urbik, can fill the LG position he is actually one of the most versatile linemen. Personally going into the season with Glenn, Urbik, Wood, Moore and Pears would make me feel better. Welcome to the stadium wall
  5. If you're going what day(s) I'm making my annual escape from August in Orlando to see family and check out training camp, I will be there August 13th http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-2/2013-Training-Camp-schedule-announced/a3a5a024-604a-4c42-90d7-f2dc392bc36c
  6. Before I opened it I was sure that's what it was...happy discovery though.
  7. I was there too. They were recording for a Sunday morning pre game show.
  8. What I got from this story was how much more I like Mario Williams, not because he is a gun owner, I have a glock, it's legal (in Florida pretty much everything is legal) it sits safely away. If it wasn't a gift I wouldn't still have it. What made me like him more is the picture he put on his instagram, I love that these Bills (first Stevie) show how much they dislike the Patriots, rather than play the we respect them card, they've said we hate them and in Stevie's case more. This has honestly been my favorite offseason, not because we went out and got the #1 free agent on the market, but because, Tim tebow, the "lost" super bowl ring, Gronk's injury (shows that maybe our training staff and scouts knew something and thought he was on borrowed time) and now Hernandez..Anytime something negative happens to NE, an angel gets his wings. Let us hope that we get out to a fast start in the season. I think if EJ comes out and looks poised and is the playmaker that these scouts believe him to be, we can win the AFC east.
  9. Right after thurman became a dolphin, i saw him at blizzard beach (disney water park) i told him he broke my heart, he said the Bills' broke his. A friend of mine got a flat tire in a very upscale hood in orlando, she is a girl and had no idea what she was doing, i went to help, when i got there, jj reddick had the tire off, i helped him from there. Really nice guy, his wife is sweet too, she brought us water. I run into shaq all the time, oddest place, walmart in pine hills. For those who do not know, Pine Hills is a bad area in Orlando. he was shopping, cell phone in hand, he is good with faces, as i walked by him, i got a "what's up my man?" he is a large human. Robert Porcher and Kellen winslow sr are clients of mine, winslow sr is a super nice guy. Porcher's eyes will scare the crap out of you. there are others, but not as cool. i hate writing on my tablet.
  10. back when Wegmann's was a little smaller, I remember seeing this red helmet in one of those gumball machines deals, for whatever reason I really liked the charging Buffalo, that was 1986, I had no idea that that was the closest team to where I grew up. Every week I would try to get that stupid piece of plastic, one day I saw that helmet on TV, never liked another team from that point on.
  11. Patriots needed Kelly, Smith, Reed and Thomas to move on before they started beating buffalo
  12. I hate the morons that walk into a nice quiet bathroom and drop the seat down, it is always startling...at least to me.
  13. Cleveland got a 3 out of ten, before the away factor makes it a 3.5
  14. Winslow hurts their special teams, obviously he's not playing ST, but I doubt he is the starting TE...so one less able body special teamer.
  15. They were talking about it on Sirius, it is possible the pats will be without their top 5 pass catchers from last year. Gronk, Hernandez, Lloyd, welker and the midget
  16. Will the 2nd coming and the antichrist be able to coexist? I'm waiting for the vortex to hell to open and coach beelzbub to reveal his horns, the only reason for the hoodie.
  17. I'd be very okay with that, he only touched the ball about 100 times last year, is only 27 and image the backfield, how do you defend it when out of nowhere Hillis, CJ and Jackson are out there together. Now convince him he's a FB
  18. What happened to Sed Ellis? Wasn't he suppose to be all-world coming out of college?
  19. I think too much is made from these volunteer camps, if my boss said to me you have to go to a volunteer anything, it is no longer is volunteer...kinda duh. Every year a good player gets hurt during these OTAs, we love it when star players buy into the system and show up, but most of them are there to mingle. CB is the position that needs this less than any, practice without pads allows WRs to show them up. Williams played on a very good defense and his play had a lot to do with the pressure the front 7 created. He's overrated, but I don't fault him for hiding it by not showing up.
  20. Adaptation is the greatest screenplay ever written! One of the greatest films ever (imo)
  21. Agree! Hot chick in blue paint...tough call.
  22. My high School coach taught me it is not the plays that matter, it is how they are ran. The Defense can know your offense, even know the play but if you run them perfectly you'll win. Now that was in basketball, and clearly football is different but I think its true, plus it may just be terms. I am pretty sure the playbook will continue to grow as well. Though, I did enjoys the comments posted by readers, I am hopeful they were not self hating bills fans.
