  1. What I wouldn't pay to see someone throw their shoes at J.P. Losman and plunk him in the head the next time he takes the podium for a press conference. After hitting him square in the head I would like the audience to say: Now thats how you hit your target J.P.! As much as I like Dick Jauron as "a person", I wouldn't mind seeing him hit in the head with a shoe as well but only if the thrower missed J.P. first during the press conference. That could be one way to wake up Dick Jauron and help him realize he is one of the worst game day managers the NFL has ever seen and he needs to resign, especially if he just signed an undeserved contract extension.
  2. We traded our first round pick to get Rob Johnson and the Jags took Fred Taylor.............nice! We traded a first rounder to get "statue of liberty" Bledsoe and look where that took us. We traded a first rounder to get J.P. Losman and he can't even complete a pass of more then 10 yards (unless its the opponent) and his pocket presence along with ball security are quite comical. Then, this year, we focus so much on getting size at the WR position we take a high draft pick on a WR from the University of Indiana (never known to produce any kind of receivers unless your Randle El) when we had Eddie Royal (Virginia Tech) and Desean Jackson (Cal) sitting there for the taking. I can remember Jerry Rice saying BEFORE the draft that he had been working out with Jackson and he was going to be awesome. One of the guys from my wedding party down here in Northern Virginia coached Eddie Royal at Westfield H.S. and followed his career at Va. TEch and said the kid was unbelievable and couldn't even believe he lasted so long into the 2nd round of the draft. As far is James Hardy is concerrned, who cares about size if they can't get in and out of their cuts fast (looks real slow), can't run NFL Routes effectively, and has average hands at best. SPEED AND QUICKNESS KILLS AND WE PASSED ON IT FOR THE SAKE OF MAKING SIZE MANDATORY FOR OUR TEAM NEEDS AT A CRITICAL POSITION FOR OUR OFFENSE. I know this is all hindsight talk but it just pisses me off that the average Bills fan could have done better with alot of these draft day decisions. I say this because I hear all the draft day chatter on this board and we all tend to think similar. The Bills organization continues to do these ridiculous things and it continually sets back our franchise hence the reason why we can never improve and (or) take the next step towards a playoff birth. I'm still wondering how long it is going to take before the Bills also realize that our offense still lacks a top notch TE and our offense is in desperate need of one (for years now).
  3. If you give me an aging (present day) Jim Kelly, Thurman Thomas, Andre Reed, James Lofton, Pete Metzerlas, and the old rock solid offensive line and put them with our old offensive coord. and head coach Marv Levy from the Super Bowl Years, I would have to believe they might even look better then our current cast of misfits. I feel bad for Marshawn, Freddie J, Lee Evans, and Josh Reed............they bust their ass for a horrible off coord. and head coach in a terrible offensive system.
  4. Too funny Ray!
  5. Please explain to me why the people who pay for Jauron's salary (the fans) are NOT allowed to know if he has or has not received a contract extension. Maybe they're afraid if they admit they screwed up on giving bonehead a 3 year deal, the fans will be reluctant to keep financially supporting the team that continutes to go nowhere each and every year with Jauron as they're worthless leader. I still can't figure out how you offer someone an extension mid-year when he hasn't even achieved anything during his entire Bills tenure and has a career sub .500 coaching record. Yeah, Dick Jauron is a nice guy but you how that story goes.......................NICE GUYS FINISH LAST AND UNFORTUNATELY HE HAS PROVEN THAT SAYING TO BE TRUE. I will never stop cheering and watching the Bills but if he returns next year, I will be very disappointed and pessimistic about our chances for a run at the playoffs. The man is a terrible game day manager!
  6. I was thinking the same exact thing during the game when Losman had like 85 yards throwing going into the last quarter (or something like that). You call that a quarterback in the NFL. He will not get anything more then a back up position on a team next year regardless of the situation....................he absolutely sucks! I still can't believe Losman thinks he is learning from his mistakes. The only thing he has learned since wearing a Bills uniform is how to REGRESS.
  7. Here comes the scratch/rub/itch by Jauron. I can't wait to hear the same exact lines. Did anybody really expect Losman to bring his troops down the field on those last 3 possessions to win the game? I was trying to figure out how he was going to screw things up and (or) turn the ball over. His defense kept trying to save his sorry punk ass but he still couldn't accept the gifts given to him. What a sorry piece of crap. I would personally like to pack his bags and kick him in the ass on the way out the door. Thanks for nothing J.P. you worthless piece of %^&*#@
  8. How many seconds into the press conference before Jauron starts with the skin condition thing?
  9. Too funny, that was a good one. I forgot to mention about the blown time outs that seem to happen each and every game for the entire Jauron era.
  10. It will take all of about 10-15 seconds into the press conference and then we will start to see Dick Jauron do one of the following annoying things: - rub his face (he especially likes the chin area) as if he has posion ivy or maybe just had a good shave or better yet maybe just trying to get that mole off the side of his face that appeared within the past year - rub his eyes as if he was just waking up in the morning over and over again - rub the back of his head as if he just fell down and got a boo boo and his mommy told him if he rubbed it, he would feel better - rub his eyebrows and (or) front of his head as if he thinks he is losing not only his team but his eyebrows due to old age and stupid game time decision making and is once again searching for answers but unable to come up with any Along with these predicatable and constant itching/rubbing actions you might hear the following comments: "Well, the guys played really hard, they worked really hard and never quit but as I always tell them, if we don't protect the ball in this league, we won't win many games and thats what happened". (Losman will be a turnover machine once again today) "The Jets are a really good team you know, they are really good, they have alot of talent and as I tell my guys all the time, on any given Sunday we can beat any team but at the same time any team can beat us as well". Geez Dick, thanks for clearing that up for us, AGAIN! "We deferred the opening kickoff today because we have our own personal reasons and its for me to know and you to find out because I'm just not telling you so stop asking me that question every week". Alot good that decision does for us Dick, way to let the other team jump out to an early lead on us and gain monentum. At least it wouldn't hurt to try and take the opening kickoff and maybe Leodis possibly returning it for the game opening touchdown and 7 points that we just can't make anymore through our "vanilla" offense. "Well, we're still in the hunt because we're not OFFICIALLY out of it yet so yes, we would have liked to win the game but it just didn't work out that way and we are what we are, 6-8". NEWSFLASH DICK, YOU AND YOUR PREDICATABLE TEAM ARE OFFICIALLY OUT OF IT AFTER TODAY'S JET LOSS! "Well, I'm not able to comment on that right now because I will have to look at the tape. In any case, thats okay though because if anyone would have told me we would be 6-8 with two games left based on my career Won-Lost record, I would take it in a heartbeat. Hey, we have a chance to be .500 with two games left and thats what we're shooting for. It will mean we will have improved our team this year. We're gonna keep fighting and working hard, they're a good group of guys. They can't seem to stay healthy for these last two years but they're a good group of guys and I really like them. I'm now worried about them and (or) losing the players because I know we will keep battling". Dick, are you worried about job security due to the recent struggles of your team? "NO, not at all, don't forget I just signed an extension after we started out 5-1 so for me to be up hear at the podium knowing our team has gone 1-6 since that extension, I'm feeling pretty good. Now if I didn't sign that extension, I might be telling you a different story. We just gotta get back to work, we'll watch the tape, fix our mistakes, and move on and take things from here. There is nothing we can do about what has happened up until this point of this season because it has happened already so we'll work and try to get better". THANK YOU SO MUCH DICK FOR SUCH AN UNINSPIRING PREDICATABLE PRESS CONFERENCE, NOT TO MENTION THE REPEATED ACTIONS WITH YOUR SKIN CONDITION!
  11. You and I knew as soon as we started running it those first two plays Jauron was coming back with a 3rd down run. The whole stadium knew it. Why the heck would you take a chance on a long FG into the wind when all you really needed was one more 1st down to set up Lindell.....................ONE MORE!!!!! You would have had 3 chances to move the chains closer for a much higher percentage FG and instead you chickened out and played scared. Boy, if that doesn't give Edwards and the rest of the team a vote of confidence. A win would have saved their season, "possibly" given Edwards a shot in the arm to boost what little confidence he has left, and maybe could have led to a 3 game winning streak with KC and SF coming up. Instead, we realistically have to start looking towards next year and continue to second guess on what might have been this year and what the hell happened to our team besides the obvious injury problems. Edwards looks lost and is also playing scared to match the scared coaching and playing not to lose. Where is a coach and a team that goes for the jugular or knock out punch? Do we really have to go through 3 more years of this with Jauron? We will always be a hustling, hard working team that does just enough to stay close for most of the season only to drop out of contention when it matters most. We deserved to lose when we finish a game off with that kind of play calling. We deserved to lose with those 4 ridiculous turnovers. We were lucky to even be in that position at the end of the game and yet we still found a way to blow it. We got back into the game by being aggressive with our defense (except for that big run) and then we play soft at the end..STUPID! Way to go Jauron...............its unfortunate that you probably still haven't learned anything from this and these types of trends will continue as long as you lead our beloved team. I can't wait to go to work tomorrow and go through all the "wide right" stupid jokes that are deservedly coming. I feel bad for Lindell................yes, he probably still should have made it but his coach could have made his job much, much more easier IF HE HAD ANY BALLS.

  13. From the research I did on him through all the NFL Scouting comments and what I saw from him in pre-season. Its just an opinion, do I have to explain why I think Obama won the election as well.
  14. just when you think things can't get any worse with our injury situation..................................I'm hoping Reggie Corner and Leodis step up in a big way. Corner, although untested, seems like a playmaker with a real nose for the ball.
  15. Hey, just stating the facts. Many people don't post on these boards because some OTHER people are rude and sarcastic with their replies just because they have nothing better to do with their time. Thats not whining, just stating the obvious. Obviously, you're in the majority and as far as "well respected seasoned posters"..............where the heck do you get that from? If someone posts ALL DAY, EVERYDAY, it qualifies them as a well respected seasoned poster? If someone doesn't post that much it makes them a troll? Hey, whatever you say man......all the more power to you and your little pals. I enjoy reading many of the posts on these boards on a daily basis but I don't find the need to throw sacarstic comments and insults on this board everytime I disagree with someone's comments on their initial post. You should try and do the same, its really not that difficult............or is that too much for you to handle?
  16. Dude, the post was just for fun so if you can't handle that.............don't respond with one of your typical sarcastic posts.
  17. See what I mean, perfect example. I have news for you, looking at your posts I wouldn't talk much if I were you. The only difference being I refrain from wise ass comments on your initial posts.
  18. Now you can see why me and alot of other people hardly ever post on these boards.............some people have nothing better to do with their time then be a wise ass.
  19. The players mentioned in this post were all drafted close to the McCargo pick so it could have been a real possibility and just posting this for fun..............not a big deal.
  20. Nick Mangold as our Center or Demeco Ryans as our LB to go along with Poz and Mitchell. We would have one heck of an offensive line or LB group. McCargo was a bust right from the start and the only reason why he even looked decent in college was because Mario Williams was getting double and triple teamed which freed up McCargo on a consistent basis to make plays.
  21. Anyone able to give some good feedback?
  22. Normally, the little wifey and I go to Champs in Reston Virginia to watch every single Bills game (picture/no audio) but would like to try a different venue today. I used to go to Grevey's years ago but I'm not a big fan of the food and (or) mini-T.V.'s. Can anyone recommend an AWESOME Bills bar in Northern Virginia that has some big T.V.'s, great sound, good food, and GREAT BUFFALO BILLS FANS! You're help would be greatly appreciated.
  23. The one thing I noticed more then anything else during the Seahawks - Bills game was the swarming of the defense to every single tackle. How many missed tackles did you see by a Bills defender today? I didn't see many at all and it seemed like multiple defenders were right where they needed to be on every single play with very little "Yards after the Catch" by Seahawk receivers. Granted, we faced a depleted WR corps from Seattle but Perry really had his guys ready to play and the defensive scheme was excellent all day..............way to mix it up! I'm curious to see if our "D" can maintain this level of play on the road against a solid (but not spectacular) Jags team. As long as the offense can continue to be productive, move the chains, and keep the defense relatively rested, I think we can continue to see similar play from our defensive unit each game. Some other key points I took notice of in this game: - Marshawn didn't have many holes to run through all day and made something out of nothing several times. I'm hoping Jason Peters getting back to LT and Langston going back to RT can open that up a little more for Marshawn. - I hope Marshawn stays healthy all year because while Fred Jackson is a good 3rd down back, he's not even close to being in the same class of runner on a full time basis. - Pass protection was great and I'm expecting it to only get better. - James Hardy was invisible all day. I hope he learns this offense sooner rather then later...........we are gonna need him, especially in the red zone. - I truly believe we are one solid LB away from being a top 5 defense in this league. Ellison is decent but still not sold on him as a difference maker at his position. - Edwards is only scratching the surface of where he is going to take this offense and he can thank Turk Shonert for accelerating his progress, Fairchild was horrific! - Disappointed with some of the inactives (Corner, Ellis, McCArgo), I was really hoping to see them all play although Corto looked great on Special Teams. - Due to Pats losing Brady for year and squeaking out a win at home against a weak KC opponent, Chargers and Colts losing at home, Jags off to a 0-1 start, the Bills truly have a chance to win this division with a playoff berth and top seed a very real possibility now. The AFC looks completely up for grabs and the Bills young roster has a huge upside as the season moves along.
