  1. Call a timeout so I can hit the bar.
  2. You have a boner on your chest ? Did you click on the right shortcut ? This isn't noclosetdoor.com
  3. The Bills would be wise to run a single back offense with 3 WR's. I do like Shelton but the power running game just isn't there. McGahee runs best with delays/draws/counters etc. Let Losman roll out, hit the short stuff and pop a deep pass every so often. He's not a stand in the pocket passer, so quit trying to make him something he's not. I believe our line to be average and this formation plays to their strenghts or hides their shortcoming, depending on how you look at things.
  4. If Losman struggles in the first half of the opener and the Bills are down by 2 scores, you'll see Holcomb in the 3rd quarter. Are you French ? The season hasn't even started yet and you're looking to surrender to a fence post. Don't let the press influence your thinking.
  5. I only pay attention to the AP poll. Most of the writers make an effort to watch/tape multiple games before casting their vote. They wish to be fair. The Coaches poll is a total sham. Most Coaches have their sports information director or someone else fill out the ballot for them. The Old Boys Network poll.
  6. Ohio St.
  7. I'm not a playa, you ugly bastard.
  8. Todd France worked out for the Bills on Monday. That was on the local news.
  9. = RJ - equals Rob Johnson. Anyone that = RJ means that player blows beyond description.
  10. I'd be more impressed if he could sack Jessica Alba. Alas, he obviously can't " bring it " . Thus the practice squad and a free ticket to " The 40 Year Old Virgin " . Loser.
  11. Those doctored photo's of TD and the goat will keep him here indefinitely.
  12. Yes. One needs a specialist if your balls are dropping.
  13. I may be very late. Working several hours every Sunday morning these days, starting around 5-6am. Work has been unforgiving since the spring.
  14. Are you quoting Bob Marley again ?
  15. That's because 3,200 of us are busy launching the video.
  16. I watched my Buckeyes beat Miami of Ohio. Our AiO was in attendance. Zwick did look good at times. Boeckman, the redshirt Freshman, may be the best of the bunch. Whether they start suspended Troy Smith next week vs. #2 Texas will be interesting. He's far more athletic and had a huge game vs. Michigan, prior to the suspension. Texas looks awesome right now. The athletic QB Vince Young scares the heck out of me. Buckeye RB Antonio Pittman has the Willis straight arm and did look very good at RB. If the Buckeyes can get that reliable production at RB, they'll be tough but I still take it one game at a time. Especially with the huge game next Saturday night. Auburn and Oklahoma both lose their opener. Who would have predicted that ? I'm watching Va. Tech vs. NC State as I type. Football is back and I'm in my glory.
  17. and yet 1. 47,000 season tickets have been sold 2. Every game looks like a sellout. 3. Gameday is a blast. 4. The team has talent 5. I'm not dwelling on last year, I'm thinking of the opener and beyond. 6. One game at a time and keeping an open mind. What did you say again ? No matter...only my opinion counts...
  18. I've heard of those.
  19. I agree. Losman is lacking in experience and is still a work in progress when it comes to reading the coverages. That was evident against the Lions. I believe the weaknesses of the OL are lessened if Losman is allowed to roll out and hit the quick slants and out patterns. Plus spreading the field opens some lanes for McGahee on delays/draws/misdirections etc. It sure worked well with Thurman when he was here. Recently, Priest Holmes and E. James have enjoyed great success in this type of offense.
  20. Yeah, I know. The gameplan is already offensive. Anyhow, regardless of the names, the Bills kept 7 WR's. I know Roscoe Parrish is hurt but that's still a high # of WR's. This may signal what Mularkey/Clements plan to do on offense. I like Shelton as a blocking FB but clearly the Bills are running the ball better with a single back and 3 WR/4WR sets ( no TE ). Opposing teams have been stacking the line when Shelton is in. The student body right formation doesn't work with our OL. McGahee clearly runs better when the Bills run a spread formation, which takes the LB's and Safties off the Line of Scrimmage. A Coach doesn't keep a high # of WR's unless he plans on using them often. . The norm is 5, if you plan on playing 2 WR's with a #3 seeing a few reps. Looks like 3/4 WR sets could be a common site. I saw it often in practice and the final roster seems to indicate what our intentions are. Losman stayed in the pocket Friday against the Lions and that experiment failed miserably. Let him roll out and run around, since throwing on the run is something he's fairly good at. Quit trying to make him something he's not. Our fallback option, Kelly Holcomb, is hardly a downgrade. The Offense and Defense was very vanilla this pre-season, so I'll take it one week at a time. I see some here are already quitting. Shelton is a good blocker but due to the OL lacking the ability to just blow the opposition off the ball, it's better we go single back and fill the field with WR's. The numbers seem to indicate that's what Mularkey/Clements plan to do, since there is no need for 3-4 backup WR's not seeing playing time. Let's see what happens.
  21. It's baffling that the Bills employ a PK who obviously suffers from the gout. I saw a handful released yesterday. France was mentioned. Aaron Elling of the Vikings is another. Cinci and Dallas released PK's. Lets bring some in for a look. TD is NOT satisfied with Lindell. That showed in practice last week when I saw TD stare Lindell down for a good 30 minutes, while Lindell practiced medium range kicks. The problem is the other available PK's may be just as inconsistent. Let's see if the Bills call someone tonight or tomorrow, after the 24 hour waiver period is up. At least bring one PK in.
  22. The Bills have a glaring need for one. Ours obviously has the gout.
  23. So are the other 14,500.
  24. Don't frustrate yourself there. You're only direcctly involved in the effort, so what would you know. Thanks for the effort. We went and donated a bunch of stuff to the Salvation Army this morning. Looked like a good turnout. Nice to see some people still have their priorities straight.
  25. So we must guess the content ? 1. Bush bad 2. Losman blows 3. Lindell is poison 4. 3-13 5. He suggested a Laxitive for your own little "relief " effort. Well ?
