  1. His System produced the worst offense in Bills history. He needs someone to come in with their own playbook and burn his.
  2. One of those Samoan OT's playing for June Jones at Hawaii.
  3. Bills | Banks Advises Client To Retire Sun, 8 Jan 2006 23:07:44 -0800 Updating previous reports, Agent Harkin Banks advised Bills OT Mike Williams to retire, after failing to get him extended this past week. The Bills view Williams as a fat tub of goo, which Harken could not dispute.
  4. I only hope Marv can club this into Prancers 14 point melon.
  5. If I had a dime for every time I heard that as a kid. What parent in WNY didn't use that threat ?
  6. Think Rosie O'Donnell at the Playboy mansion.
  7. I bet he sues. That commercial destroyed him.
  8. Bishop Reacharound was displeased.
  9. 4 year deal for 20 Mil ? The guy is worse than Mularkey at managing the clock. His old buddy who drafted him as a player, GM Carl Peterson, overpaid.
  10. http://www.footballsfuture.com/2006/prospe...euce_lutui.html and for Joseph http://www.footballsfuture.com/2006/prospe...vin_joseph.html
  11. having a full buffet table collapse onto it
  12. Hey, we were all hoping. Jags Offense played like us in the Saints game.
  13. The Jags playcalling mirrors ours from the Saints game.
  14. Gee. A talented TE being used in the Offense. What a novel concept. Too bad our ex-NFL TE Head Coach has no clue about that.
  15. I hope so. OT Ferguson and DE Williams are my dream longshot hopes. Otherwise, accept an offer to trade down.
  16. John Guy said the same thing about him.
  17. They should just do away with it, since that old belief has basically been put to bed. Didn't Lovie Smith just win Coach of The Year over Dungy ? Look at Marvin Lewis, Romeo Crennel, Herm Edwards. If I'm an owner, I pick the right man and could care less about the color of his skin.
  18. Bullseye. I've been calling Marv the great delegator all week. Gameday genius, he was not. That's my only hope for Mularkey. The right OC and DC are hired and he stays the F#*K out of the way on gameday, outside of screaming at the Refs.
  19. I guess I should start this with how my Draft is affected by March Free Agency. I'm hoping the Bills target a couple solid people for the trenches. On the Offensive side, LeCharles Bentley for either Center or Guard. A Pro Bowler at either position. Throw him the $$ and cure a big worry. Consider some other Guards, OT's in addition, like Neal of the Pats. If we could sign 2 UFA OL, I'd be thrilled. At Defensive Tackle, Maake Kemoeatu of Baltimore or Grady Jackson. Both are true 2 gap DT's who draw the double team and clog the middle. No more Ron Edwards, please. Sign one of them. Both would be fantastic ! I'm sure the Bills will find a couple other bargains at positions of need. A vet WR to replace Moulds wouldn't surprise me. My targets at Pick #8 would be OT Ferguson and DE Williams. In reality, I think it would be an amazing upset if one of the 2 dropped to our spot. I think Ngata is OK and I'd be fine with the pick but he's not the big talent like Ferguson or Williams. So look for a trade partner and drop down a bit into the first round, conservatively picking up an extra #3. Let's draft 1. Marcedes Lewis - TE - UCLA - 6-6 256 4.7 He can block pretty good and run and catch like a WR. Could be a special player at the next level. With Everett coming back, the Bills could rediscover the TE. The current 3 ( Campbell,Euhus,Neufeld) are junk. With Moulds leaving, he could be a huge asset for Losman and help draw the safety off Evans deep. 2. Davin Joseph - OG - Oklahoma - 6-3 312 Excellent blocker in the running game. Good pass blocker. Solid at either Guard position. Fights to the whistle and has a lot of talent. Strong and gets excellent push. Could and would start immediately. 3a. Babatunde Oshinowo - DT - Stanford - 6-2 330 A true 2 Gap DT who is uber strong and draws the double team. Not much of a rusher but his job is to clog/close the running lanes. Excellent at doing that and wrapping up the RB. Would immediately be put into the DT rotation. 3b. Adam Stenavich - OT - Michigan - 6-5 321 Always liked his run blocking. Strictly a RT with average to good footwork in pass blocking. His talent is burying people in the running game. Could also start immediately, while Peters moves to LT. Strong and experienced. 3c. Pat Wadkins - Free Safety - Florida St. - 6-4 200 4.5 I saw him leap high and knock away several passes during his career. Fights for the ball and has excellent height and leaping ability. Good athlete. Can find the ball and make a play. Could eventually add about 10 lbs. to his frame, according to reports. Could replace Vincent in the starting lineup by next year. 4. Cedric Humes - RB - Virginia Tech - 6-1 233 4.5 I've always liked this guy. Tough as nails between the tackles and even has a little burst. Deadly on short yardage or near the goal line. I've seen him catch the short pass and make a nice gain. If Willis went down or held out, he could step right in. I realize we have Gates but Shaud Williams does little for me ( no pun intended ) and Burns can only play ST's. Humes could carry the rock and not wear down. Has the good size and strength with fair speed. So, there is my thinking for the off-season. Flame away
  20. I thought TD did a good, not great job of player aquisitions, via the Draft and Free Agency. I called the Bledsoe trade a huge mistake immediately and emphasized it again after watching him sink like a stone in the 2nd half of 2002. Obviously, losing the power struggle to Cowher affected his decision making in hiring a HC. Gregg Williams and Mularkey were very dubious hires. Now with Ralph wanting to fall back on the inexperienced Marv, It may be a while before we can dig ourselves out of this mess. My only hope is that Marv shows Mularkey how to delegate and hires some sharp coordinators. It's not hopeless. TD had the opportunity to hire a great HC and instead wanted someone weak who would allow him to meddle and preserve his power. That, combined with the poor record, justified his firing. In the Cap age, it's a coaches game more than ever. Hiring not ready for prime time asst. coaches orchestrated his own demise. If he wants to place blame, he should go look in a mirrior.
  21. That video was a complete non event. A bunch of brain dead lemmings in the audience, responding to an applause sign while a 6th grade level debate is conducted. I feel dumber just having viewed that.
  22. The hypersensative to criticism part applies here. Keep digging the hole deeper.
  23. Oh, the irony of this response.
  24. Mine was from some ticket mgr. saying " We may not have a clue to what we're doing, but you'll get something shiny with your tickets this year ! "
