  4. Did you switch seats ?
  5. Point taken. I think Evans will be a true star in this League. Great hands to go with blazing speed. I'm not sure how the Bills view the slot WR position anymore. With a 1st year QB, the Bills should be running more to set up the pass. If they use the FB frequently to block for MaGahee, then it's not a big concern. Reed and Aiken may be getting their last chance to show something, prior to opening day. Freddie Smith serves a role as a return man but these 2 would be wise to play with a sense of urgency this summer.
  6. I mentioned him also as a possibility, then started doing some detective work on why the lack of interest. He was never a speed guy but apparently injuries have slowed him to a crawl. I guess he wasn't able to hit the holes fast enough and daylight vanished before he could get a yard.
  7. You mean the sores on my hand are there for a 2nd reason ?
  8. Thank God the Colts just re-signed Travis Brown. If TD even flirted with the idea of bringing him back, I'd throw up.
  9. ? Corey Moore was selected in 2000. I didn't start posting until March 2002. You have the wrong guy.
  10. Here's a guy I wouldn't mind the Bills picking up in the middle rounds. Ryan Moats of LA Tech. Built just like Barry Sanders and has that incredible open field ability of Sanders and the great Gale Sayers. Watch his highlight films on his website and post back. I saw him play 3-4 games and thought he was sensational. Click on Meet Ryan Moats to the right on page 2 and watch his moves, once the video loads up. http://www.ryanmoats.com/
  11. My God . Height wise, he makes Flutie look like Yao Ming. Sproles is 5-5. Good highlights to watch, none the less.
  12. While the Bills could still draft a DT, they could get by with Anderson on running downs and Edwards on passing downs. I liked Pat Williams but the better tackle by far is Sam Adams.
  13. Not so fast. If the Bills see him on the board with names like Baas, Spencer, Hawthorne and other targets already gone, then he's right back into play.
  14. Bills will probably have a 2nd and 3rd round pick like they do today. If they can move up 11 spots, more power to them. Aquiring Shelton prior to the first pick in Round 2 would complete a satisfying off-season for the Bills, when weighing their cap situation and current roster.
  15. Court battle coming up.
  16. I'm going to Moscow in a few days. Should be fun.
  17. We have a golf pool at work for all the majors ( 4 of us ). Phil was the 1st pick and I drafted Tiger 2nd. We each draft 6 guys and best team score wins. I have Tiger, Sergio Garcia and Mike Weir as my top 3 guys, so I'm feeling good about my chances. Of course that could change in the next 48 hours.
  18. Crowell has played very well on ST's. He's the backup on the weakside to Spikes. Stamer is the backup on the strongside to Posey. If the issue is someone pushing Posey, then Stamer is the guy to step up.
  19. It will never happen. I like our current stadium. Plenty of parking. Great neighborhood, even with the Bro ( Hammer) next door. . Multiple routes/thruways to access it. The Bills chose wisely 30 + years ago. With the current lease and the age of our owner, the headline is nothing more than political grandstanding without any substance. Although I do like the waterfall idea. That would be cool ( Giggling like Butthead).
  20. I don't know if the Bills really want to trade up, beyond swapping picks with Arizona and moving up to #44. Moving up to the bottom of the first round would mean giving up our 3rd rounder in addition to our 2nd. For Matt Jones, a man without a position ? I'm not saying he wouldn't eventually be a good player but this seems like a gamble pick for a team with extra picks on Day 1, not us with a shortage. We have too many needs ( C,CB,RB,DT etc. ) to sacrafice our entire Day 1 on this guy.
  21. Now you did it. The curse continues. He'll be cut within the year.
  22. Actually, Rosenhaus may move some more $$ up front in the form of a bonus ( and garnering himself a cut ) while lessening the future cap hits and keeping Owens an Eagle until the end of his career. May add a year or two. I didn't give Owens a chance in hell of being healthy for the Superbowl, after that ankle injury. Despite the prognosis, he showed on one wheel and played big in a losing effort. He has an acerbic tongue and annoying personality on camera but delivers huge on the field. Philly would be wise to listen to Rosenhaus.
