  3. Kiwi, Unfortunately you're in a tight spot here. Flying is no longer for the everyman. I recently flew round trip from Va Beach to Jacksonville Fla and even though the ticket was purchased well over a month in advance a round trip ticket in coach was $809! I wish you luck!

  8. Old Blind Cowboy An old, blind cowboy wanders into an all-girl biker bar by mistake. He finds his way to a barstool and orders some coffee. After sitting there for a while, he yells to the waiter, 'Hey, you wanna hear a blonde joke?' The bar immediately falls absolutely silent. In a very deep, husky voice, the woman next to him says, 'Before you tell that joke, Cowboy, I think it is only fair, given that you are blind, that you should know five things: 1. The bartender is a blonde girl with a baseball bat. 2. The bouncer is a blonde girl. 3. I'm a 6-foot tall, 175-pound blonde woman with a black belt in karate. 4. The woman sitting next to me is blonde and a professional weightlifter. 5. The lady to your right is blonde and a professional wrestler. 'Now, think about it seriously, Mister. Do you still wanna tell that joke?' , The blind cowboy thinks for a second, shakes his head, and mutters, 'No...not if I'm gonna have to explain it five times.'
  9. When NBC broke into the US Open with breaking news and I saw Tom Brokaw sitting there I knew it wasn't anything good. This is a total shock to me. I never met the man but I feel as if I have lost a friend. I can remember 4 years ago this week when my wife and son gave me his book Big Russ and Me for father's day. We were heading to Fla for a week and I sat on the beach and read it from cover to cover in under 2 days. I can remember laughing out loud at some of his memories. If you are a father (or a son for that matter) I highly recommend reading the book. It brought back so many fond memories of growing up in Buffalo for me, and what ties Buffalonians together. God Bless you Tim may you rest in peace. Here's to you Tim...an ice cold Genny Pounder!
