    The Pro Bowl is all a popularity contest, everyone knows that...but he's definitely going to be our only rep there. No way in hell does he not make it. Could lose out rookie of the year honors though to Orakpo or Cushing (both of which we could have drafted, but alas...)

    I'll be really pissed if Orakpo takes rookie of the year honors away from Byrd. Then again getting 9 INTs is a wee bit more impressive than getting 10 sacks.

    It looks like we'd pick 9th, based on strength of schedule. Still though, we're getting close to our comfort zone of #11 overall!

    Interesting way to make sure that Indy game is a sell out. Still though, thats a pretty good deal. I've already got tickets to Indy but I was going to buy a Bills jersey for my girlfriend anyways...might as well swing on down and get a pair of extra throwaway tickets while I'm at it.

    IF...and only IF we cannot land one of the top A-List coaches (Shanny, Cowher, Holmgren) then I'll take Russ Grimm. He sure as hell beats Haslett, Gilbride, Treastman or Mike Martz.

    I fear that this is the truth. I really think Ralph will just end up hiring some UFL coach or some nameless coordinator, but turn around and tell the fans "Well...we tried! Can't blame me!"

    Just curious to see what The Wall thinks of the Bears HC. He's posted a 48-38 record with the Bears with a SB appearance on his record. Rumors are flying that he'll be let go after the season. The only reason I mention him is because it's looking like its Shanny or bust in terms of big name coaches so I'm scanning around for what other options are available to us.

    Lets be honest. The BEST case scenario of our coaching search would be deciding between Cowher, Shanahan or Schottenheimer. Sure as hell beats deciding between Haslett, Gilbride and Trestman.

    Eric Winston would be interesting...I remember reading the Bills had pretty extensive contact with him during the Indy Combine.

    Agreed, that made my stomach churn. Worst was on the highlight shows where every clip was essentially "Watch his career end from this angle!"

    Agreed. We move up one spot in the 2010 Draft, but we face the potential career loss of our first rounder from the 2009 Draft. Somehow I'd rather give up that one spot and get Eric back. Let's just hope for some good news.
