Yeah the CBA...it all falls under the rules for the 2010 uncapped year, lots of weird little notes that make this year's FA class different than others.
That list is not accurate as there will not be an agreement to the collective bargaining agreement in time. This list tells you who is guaranteed to be a UFA and who will be a RFA because of the failure to reach an agreement.
The list of available UFAs is VERY slim.

Using that list as a guide, I'd like to see us bring it Kevin Walter (WR from Houston), Wade Smith (OT/OG from KC who Gailey knows) and Tully Banta-Cain (OLB from Pats if we switch to a 3-4).
Keep an eye on Colt McCoy at the end of Round 1 or at our original pick in Round 2.
Gailey said during the press conference that he likes personnel and players who have been successful everywhere. McCoy broke the NCAA mark for most wins by a QB and has had success at almost every level of football he's played. Gailey's had a reputation of liking scrambling QBs who can create havoc with their wheels. McCoy has been known to do this. We need a QB. McCoy is a QB (...kinda...)
I'm not saying I would be 100% on board with that move, but I'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills attempt to trade back into the late 1st after drafting a LB or OT at #9 and get the QB they covet.
Not at #9 we do, just because Gailey coached him in college doesn't mean that he's worth a Top 10 selection.
However, if as the OP states, we trade down to end of the first round...it could definitely be a possibility there or in the early 2nd.
There is no way that Marshawn Lynch gets traded this offseason. Nix and Gailey are both huge fans of the power running game and having two capable backs to spell one another makes that a whole lot easier.
Lynch stays and may actually be the one to benefit the most from bringing Gailey on board.
Roscoe on the other hand is most definitely gone. Trade him away for a 4th rounder and I'll be happy. Methinks Edwards is going to get released as well.
Nix destroyed Sullivan at the press conference...get ready for an entire offseason of jabs like this.
Wait...the Bills could have hired Bill Belichick AWAY from the Patriots and Sullivan would still hate it.
Meh...I doubt either gets traded to Buffalo. Look to Philly if the Bills are going to swing a trade. Also, Miami's QB situation is worth watching post-draft. If they bring in a younger QB then you could see Thigpen cut and make a hasty reunion with Gailey.
