Serves me right for not checking on my question after I asked it. Turns out my question was answered by TD last week: Mark (Clifton Park, NY): How can you justify keeping Drew Bledsoe in as the Bills QB when he has such a terrible win/loss record since he's been here? Is it time to attempt to see if the offense can move with another QB in there? Tom Donahoe: Our coaches currently feel that our best chance to win is with Drew Bledsoe and even though our entire offense struggled in the Baltimore game, Drew has played good football for us this year up until yesterday's game. Some of the problems we had in the red zone were not strictly Drew. We had some passes that were tipped and some balls that should have been caught, but as generally is the case it will come down to the quarterback. If our coaches felt we had a better option, they certainly would go to it. Right now we feel that Drew gives us the best chance to win. Now I feel special.

Oakland is an interesting possibility for a couple of reasons. #1) Norv Turner loves tough, stocky runners who can just grinds out the yards (which, up until this year...Henry was). #2) Turner has seen what Henry can do, being on the Miami staff last year. #3) Al Davis LOVES to get players who were unwanted in one place and then attempt to turn them around. The only problem with a trade with Oakland at the end of the season is that The Raiders may have too high a draft pick. If the Bills do trade Travis for a 1st rounder (unlikely in my opinion), it'll be a mid-to-late 1st rounder, not a top 10 pick. Just for ***** and giggles, I'd trade with the Falcons again...might as well give them the player that was replaced with their first rounder.

If Bledsoe can be Trent Dilferesque and just hand the ball off and make simple throws, then I dont mind him finishing out the season. The problem is that he rarely can even pull that off.

Some people just need to cool out. I'm happy because the Bills won a game and, much to my surprise, Bledsoe didnt !@#$ up. Thats enough for me to be joygasmic.

Sadly, we cant always screw the Falcons out of their first rounder.

And we held their offense in check and were leading them in the 4th Qtr until we !@#$ed it up, whats your point? The Bills CAN beat them. Will they? Well, thats not up to you or I.

I'd settle for Bledsoe acting like Trent Dilfer more often...instead, he usually looks more like Ryan Leaf this year.

We almost beat the Jets if you remember correctly, in the Meadowlands.

Good job for Willis. In his only two NFL starts, he's had two 100 yard games.

Just be happy with the win. They are few and far between this year.

Alright, I said in the other post that I'd enjoy the game as long as the Bills were up by two TDs. Considering they are up by 3 TDs, I'm all good now .

LOL whoops, I meant WONT. There, I fixed it. Dont let my gramatical error make you think I like Drew as our starting QB just because he *gasp* threw a TD pass. Whoddathunk that our QB should actually do his job.

Sorry, just because the wind is there as an excuse today (and I am cutting Drew some slack because of it), the guy still should be benched. One TD wont change my opinion on him.

Beat me to it CW...its hard to run when you dont have to fear a passing game.

I'm trying to be happy with this game, but every time the Defense makes a stop or does a nice play, its heartbreaking to watch the offense get on the field and screw up.

Yep, thats the important thing to note. And its sad, but dont expect either team to put up a fight in the AFC Championship game against the Pats since neither team has ANY Defense.
