  1. Martin sliding could very well happen, I've read quite a bit on how teams have him all over the place on their draft boards. Plus, there are always a handful of guys that fall every year and always a handful of guys who get picked earlier than expected.
  2. I thought the McNeil comment was interesting. I feel like the Bills are going to wait until the Draft shakes out (see who drops, if someone offers a redonkulous trade down opportunity, etc), but soon after bring McNeil in for a visit.
  3. Also of note, said that you can get a good sized WR with speed in rounds 3 and 4. Talked about OTs again and their importance, but mentioned that if they dont pick one at #10 they feel they'll still be okay with the depth in the Draft. Also mentioned that they are "probably" not done in free agency. Marcus McNeil was brought up and Buddy said they are obviously aware he's out there. My take on all of that? 1st Round: CB (Gilmore by the sounds of it) 2nd Round: OT 3rd Round: WR/QB 4th Round: QB/WR
  4. No...Nooooo... *shifts eyes* It's just that he has "deceptive" speed for a "non-stop motor" and "lunch-pail" player.
  5. Keep an eye on Nolan Nawrocki's final mock draft coming out next week, he's correctly predicted the Bills pick the last two years in a row and even hit on Kelvin Shepherd in the 3rd. As for some weird mocks, I saw one that said the Bills are going to take Mike Adams at #10 and another that said Kenall Wright. Weird.
  6. http://www.buffalobills.com/news/article-2/LB-Kuechly-QB-Osweiler-the-last-pre-draft-visitors/65c75215-2466-4582-9691-c1fc214f79fc So with those names, the following individuals have visited One Bills Drive this offseason: Ohio State offensive tackle Mike Adams (4/4). Alabama safety Mark Barron (4/16). Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon (4/?). Clemson defensive end Andre Branch (3/29). TCU linebacker Tank Carder (4/2). Michigan State quarterback Kirk Cousins (3/31). Mississippi State defensive tackle Fletcher Cox (4/17). Oklahoma cornerback Jamell Fleming (4/17). South Carolina cornerback Stephon Gilmore (4/17). Georgia tackle/guard Cordy Glenn (3/?). Alabama linebacker Dont’a Hightower (?/?). South Carolina defensive end Melvin Ingram (4/17). West Virginia linebacker Bruce Irvin (?/?). Syracuse defensive end Chandler Jones (4/4). USC offensive tackle Matt Kalil (4/5). Alabama cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick (4/5). Stanford offensive tackle Jonathan Martin (?/?). Boise State linebacker Shea McClellin (4/16). Illinois defensive end Whitney Mercilus (?/?). Arizona State quarterback Brock Osweiler (4/18). Boston College linebacker Luke Kuechly (4/18) Appalachian State receiver Brian Quick (?/?). Alabama running back Trent Richardson (4/4). Central Florida cornerback Josh Robinson (4/16). Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill (4/17). Wisconsin quarterback Russell Wilson (4/4). That's 26 names announced out of 30. Bills posted on their website today though that Osweiller and Kuechly are the last of the pre draft visits which begs the question...who are the unannounced 4 that pushes the Bills to 30?
  7. My updated picks. 1: Ryan Tannehill QB: Miami Dolphins 2: Michael Floyd WR: Jacksonville Jaguars 3: Courtney Upshaw OLB: New York Jets 4: David DeCastro G: Dallas Cowboys 5: Luke Kuechly LB: Seattle Seahawks
  8. For those Gilmore lovers...he is in town today for a visit. OoooOooOOoOoOo
  9. 1: Ryan Tannehill QB: Miami Dolphins 2: Michael Floyd WR: Jacksonville Jaguars 3: Courtney Upshaw OLB: New York Jets 4: Lamar Miller RB: Pittsburgh Steelers 5: Orson Charles TE: Chicago Bears
  10. I'll still make the Albany to Buffalo trip for my seasons.
  11. Yeah that confused the heck out of me too. I was under the impression Peterson was a great returner last year but pretty horrible in coverage.
  12. Absolutely. It shows a complete lack of judgement and maturity. You could argue that having one or even two unplanned kids before you graduate college is stupid...but forgivable because young people make mistakes. Granted, these are life altering mistakes...but they're still mistakes. I could actually believe that. But four kids with three women before you're 24? Coupled with not being able to stop smoking pot even though you told everyone it was ruining your career? Whats going to happen when he pockets that first paycheck? Is all of his stupid behavior going to simply stop when he has all of that cash? No, quite the opposite...its going to make things much much worse. What about the mothers of the kids he fathered already, won't they be hitting him up for child support? Bad juju and red flags all over this kid, let someone else have this grenade go off in their laps. I'm not arguing his talent...but I want nothing to do with him and the baggage he brings.
  13. Doesn't he also have four kids with three different mothers? Seems lack "poor judgement" and this kid go hand in hand.
  14. Interesting results so far. I was expecting a much more vocal backlash against Martin.
  15. I thought I would gauge the community's feelings on this since the debate is running hot and heavy right now. Assuming the Bills stay at #10, what player would you hate for the Bills to take? I tried to only list players who have been regularly associated with the Bills selection in this poll. Have at it!
  16. I may not wish serious injury on Tom Brady, but I may have put a voodoo hex on him to cause yeast infections. Just sayin'.
  17. I would choke the world's most adorable kitten if we did that.
  18. My big prediction? I'm totally serious about this. Shawne Merriman hits double digit sacks.
  19. True, but Nix has done the exact opposite of that since he became our GM. He has a pattern of bringing it not just our eventual first rounders for visits, but our 2nd and 3rd rounders as well. I'd rather believe what we've seen Nix do and say over a hypothetical situation. I know some people really, really, really, REALLY want the Bills to draft Floyd...but the writing is very slowly forming on the walls here.
