You and me both brother. While I enjoy their steps forward this year and they at least have me hopeful for 2005, I consider any year without the SB a failure.

The Simpsons has been in a decline since season 10 (so basically the last 7 seasons have sucked). They really need to hang it up and stop clinging onto the show because its getting very crappy. All The Simpsons do is drag a celebrity out and organize a show around that celeb...they cant write their own original ideas anymore.

Problem is, too many people mix up "respect for their accomplishments" with "deep-throating them a la Joe Theisman". I think this Patriots squad is one of the top 5 best teams ever put together...that doesnt mean I'm dropping to my knees for them like some people here are doing. They are a great team...and it will be all the more sweeter for me when the Bills take their place atop the AFC after knocking this dynasty down a few pegs.

I liked the alien character, but the rest of the show kinda felt flat to me. Maybe its because it was a pilot episode and McFarlane had to keep it somewhat tame so the network execs wouldnt pull his show again, so I'm willing to give it another chance. I cant wait until May 1st...New episodes of Family Guy baby, one of the funniest shows ever created gets another chance. Also, for you lovers of the Family Guy/Simpsons/Aqua Teen Hunger Force style of comedy, check out "The Venture Brothers" on Adult Swim. That show is hilarious.

Just remind your in-laws of the years and years of New England futility and their almost-move to Hartford because no one cared about the Patriots in the mid-90s.

I agree, this should give us all the motivation we need...think how sweet it will be when the Bills are the ones to figure the Patriots out. I think its great we have this "dynasty" in our division, we beat them this year and think about how much that'll do for the Bills momentum.

Oh come on now, none of that...its too damn easy to look back and judge...besides, Reed was voted the best WR in college football when he was drafted, it would be hard to argue against that. Just because Branch is the better pro doesnt make me feel bad at all.

In one of the greatest Simpsons episodes of all time, Mr. Burns hired a bunch of MLB stars to become his ringers to win at a company baseball league. One of the shows producers was talking about how great all of the baseball players were and how much fun they were...except for one guy who he described as "an egotistical complainer". He said he couldnt name names, but this player's name rhymed with "Pose Ranseco". The Simpsons show us the way.

I bet those Patriot fans will be joygasmic tonight against a completely inferior Philly team.

Randy going to the AFC East would really hurt his career. Its one thing to pad your stats against the piss-poor Defenses of the Lions, Bears and Packers...its another thing to be fighting off the superior AFC East Defenses. Plus, the Jets would get RAPED in terms of compensation, so I say let them have Mr. Malcontent. Plus, think of it this way...we would have a 50/50 chance every time we play him whether he was trying or not! I've seen Randy give up on many a game.

A buddy of mine was actually in a Rochester Salvation Army store and found a Bills SB victory T-shirt, but failed to retrieve it for me...so my search continues.

Damn that really sucks to see him go...perhaps he made his intentions clear last year, hence the reason we brought in Roll to compensate him leaving? It might have been one of those things where he was convinced to serve out one more year while the Bills prepared for him to go.

Replacing Lindell is a huge priority this offseason. The guy just cant make these kicks in The Ralph, and for a team that plays in crappy weather we need a clutch kicker who can perform. Reed is a possibility because he knows how to kick in really bad weather, but I'm guessing the Steelers will be doing all in their power to re-sign him. If we had even an average kicker this year we would have made it to the playoffs I think, but because Mularkey & Company were forced to gameplan around his crappy leg instead of gameplanning an offense that utilizes the kicker as a weapon, we were held out of the dance. If the Bills really want to move forward, they cant allow Lindell to keep crapping it up out there.
